Claims (20)
- Papierbearbeitungswalze (1), insbesondere innerhalb eines Papierkalanders einsetzbare Walze, wobei die Walze (1) während des Betriebs einer erhöhten Temperatur aussetzbar ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Walze (1) eine warmbearbeitete Oberfläche (6) aufweist. - Papierbearbeitungswalze nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Walze (1) eine warm geschliffene Oberfläche (6) aufweist. - Papierbearbeitungswalze nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Oberfläche (6) der Walze (1) bei 50°C bis 250°C bearbeitet ist. - Papierbearbeitungswalze nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Walze (1) beschichtet ist und die Oberfläche (6) aus dem Beschichtungsmaterial besteht. - Papierbearbeitungswalze nach Anspruch 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Beschichtung aus Chrom, einem Karbid oder Oxid, insbesondere Wolframkarbid oder Chromoxid, besteht. - Papierbearbeitungswalze nach Anspruch 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Walze (1) vor und/oder nach der Beschichtung unter erhöhter Temperatur bearbeitet, insbesondere geschliffen ist. - Papierbearbeitungswalze nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Walze warm ausgewuchtet ist. - Verfahren zur Herstellung einer in der Papierherstellung einsetzbaren Walze, insbesondere einer in einem Kalander einer Papiermaschine einsetzbaren Walze,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Oberfläche der Walze warm bearbeitet wird. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Walze warm geschliffen wird. - Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 8 oder 9,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Walze bei der Temperatur warm bearbeitet wird, die im wesentlichen ihrer vorgesehenen Einsatztemperatur entspricht - Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 8 bis 10,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Walze vor ihrer Oberflächenbeschichtung warm geschliffen und anschließend beschichtet wird. - Verfahren zur Herstellung einer Walze, insbesondere einer in einem Kalander einer Papiermaschine einsetzbaren Walze, insbesondere nach einem der Ansprüche 9 bis 12,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Walze warm ausgewuchtet wird. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 13,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Oberfläche der Walze warm bearbeitet und die Walze warm ausgewuchtet wird. - Verfahren zur Herstellung einer Walze, insbesondere einer in der Papierherstellung einsetzbaren Walze, wie etwa einer in einem Kalander einer Papiermaschine einsetzbaren Walze,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zur Annäherung an Temperaturverhältnisse während des Betriebes die Oberfläche der Walze während der Herstellung zumindest bereichsweise einer Kühlung ausgesetzt wird. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 14,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der der Kühlung ausgesetzte Oberflächenbereich dem während des Betriebes von einer Papierbahn überlaufenen Bereich der Walze entspricht. - Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 14 oder 15,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Oberflächenbereich der Walze während der Herstellung in Kontakt mit einer Kühlflüssigkeit steht. - Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 14 bis 16,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Oberflächenbereich der Walze während der Herstellung in Kontakt mit einer mit einem Kühlbezug versehenen Walze oder Band steht. - Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 14 bis 17,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Oberflächenbereich der Walze während der Herstellung in Kontakt mit einem gegen diese druckbeaufschlagten Kühlbalken steht. - Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 14 bis 18,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Oberflächenbereich der Walze mit einem Gas oder einem Gas-Fluid-Gemisch angeblasen wird. - Verfahren zur Herstellung einer in der Papierherstellung einsetzbaren Walze, insbesondere einer in einem Kalander einer Papiermaschine einsetzbaren Walze,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das zuvor ermittelte Warmprofil der Walze (1) nachträglich, nach Erkalten der Walze (1) als Negativprofil auf die Walze (1) kalt geschliffen übertragen wird.
