Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft einen elektrischen Schalter (1), insbesondere in der Art eines Joystick- oder Cursor-Schalters. Der Schalter (1) besitzt ein in einer Verschwenkebene (16), in wenigstens zwei Richtungen bewegbar gelagertes Betätigungsorgan (3), wobei das Betätigungsorgan (3) aus einer neutralen Stellung in eine der jeweiligen Richtung zugeordnete Schaltstellung bewegbar ist. In der Schaltstellung wirkt das Betätigungsorgan (3) auf ein in etwa parallel zur Verschwenkebene (16) des Betätigungsorgans (3) angeordnetes Schaltelement (4) schaltend ein. Der Schalter (1) besitzt eine Steuerkurve (10) in der Art einer Kulisse, in die das Betätigungsorgan (3) bei dessen Auslenkung, insbesondere mittels eines Schalthebels (8), derart eingreift, daß das Betätigungsorgan (3) zwangsgeführt in die jeweilige Richtung bewegbar ist. Alternativ oder auch zusätzlich kann der Schalter (1) ein Betätigungselement (18) sowie wenigstens ein weiteres Schaltelement (21) aufweisen, wobei das weitere Schaltelement (21) einer Öffnung (20) in einer in der Art einer Rastscheibe ausgebildeten Kulisse (19) zugeordnet ist. Eine Halterung (23) mit einer Kugel (22) steht derart mit dem Betätigungselement (18) in Wirkverbindung, daß durch Bewegung des Betätigungselements (18) die Kugel (22) in Eingriff mit der Öffnung (20) bringbar ist. Dadurch ist zum einen die Halterung (23) in einer Raststellung befindlich und zum anderen wirkt die Kugel (22) schaltend auf das weitere Schaltelement (21) ein.
