Abstract

Die Erfindung sieht eine Fixierstation (118) mit einer belüfteten Abstreiferbaugruppe für eine Bilderzeugungsvorrichtung (100) vor. Die Bilderzeugungsvorrichtung (100) kann einen Fotoleiter (102), einen primären Lader (108), eine Belichtungsvorrichtung (110), eine Tonerstation (112), einen Übertragungslader (114) und eine belüftete Fixierstation (118) umfassen. Die Fixierstation (118) kann eine Andruckwalze (122), eine Fixierwalze (124) und eine Abstreiferbaugruppe umfassen. Die Abstreiferbaugruppe umfasst Rippenabschnitte (236, 636, 736), die einen oder mehrere Schlitze bilden, die derart ausgelegt sind, dass sie ein Luftströmungsmuster erzeugen, um Kondensatbildung zu reduzieren. Die Abstreiferbaugruppe ist gegebenenfalls mit einer Eintritteintrittschutzeinrichtung versehen, die in einem oder in mehreren der Schlitze angeordnet ist.
