Claims (15)

  1. Dispositif d'extraction de bobines restantes ou de tubes vides d'un râtelier (1), se composant d'un dispositif de support de bobines (5, 5'), sur lequel plusieurs broches (6) sont disposées en vue de recevoir des bobines (4), dans lequel le dispositif de support de bobines est mobile depuis une position de fonctionnement (8) pour dérouler les bobines à une position de changement (9) pour recharger les broches, dans lequel il est prévu un dispositif d'extraction (12) dans la zone de mouvement des broches, et dans lequel le dispositif d'extraction (12) comprend au moins un moyen de transport pouvant être entraîné (13), caractérisé en ce que le moyen de transport pouvant être entraîné (13) agit par frottement sur le côté extérieur des bobines restantes (2) ou des tubes vides (3) et emporte celles-ci ou ceux-ci hors des broches (6).
  2. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les broches (6) sont mobiles sur un plan sensiblement horizontal (19) et en ce que le moyen de transport (13) en position d'extraction est disposé en dessous du plan de mouvement des broches.
  3. Dispositif selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que le moyen de transport (13) est au moins un rouleau de transport, dont l'axe de rotation (15) s'étend, en position d'extraction, transversalment aux broches (6).
  4. Dispositif selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce qu'une rampe (20) pour soulever les bobines restantes ou les tubes vides est disposée sur le dispositif d'extraction (12), avant le rouleau de transport (13) par rapport à la direction de mouvement des broches (6).
  5. Dispositif selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que la rampe (20) est un élément d'une table à rouleaux (22) pourvue d'une ouverture (21), sous laquelle le rouleau de transport (13) est monté de telle manière qu'un segment passe à travers l'ouverture et sorte au-dessus de la table à rouleaux.

Dispositif selon la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif d'extraction (12, 12') est réglable à différents étages du râtelier sur au moins un support vertical (30) et en ce que le support vertical est fixé à un train roulant (28), qui est déplaçable au-delà de l'étage supérieur du râtelier sur un support (27) de la position d'extraction à la position de repos.
  10. Dispositif selon la revendication 8 ou 9, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins dans la région de la position d'extraction, un rideau (33) est disposé entre les deux dispositifs d'extraction (12, 12'), pour dévier vers le bas les bobines restantes extraites ou les tubes vides extraits.
  11. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 8 à 10, caractérisé en ce qu'un rideau (37, 37') est à chaque fois disposé à proximité des dispositifs de support de bobines, sur chaque côté du râtelier, dans la région de la position d'extraction pour protéger les dispositifs de support de bobines (5, 5') contre des bobines restantes rejetées.
  12. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 8 à 11, caractérisé en ce qu'une fosse de collecte est disposée en dessous des deux dispositifs d'extraction (12, 12') pour recevoir les bobines restantes extraites ou les tubes vides extraits.
  13. Dispositif selon la revendication 12, caractérisé en ce que les bobines restantes extraites ou les tubes vides extraits peuvent être évacués par une bande transporteuse.
  14. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 13, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif d'extraction est précontraint dans la position d'extraction sous une force de précontrainte opposée à la direction du mouvement des broches et en ce que, lors du dépassement d'une force antagoniste admissible en cas de collision d'une bobine restante ou d'un tube vide avec le dispositif d'extraction, un interrupteur d'urgence peut être actionné pour arrêter le dispositif de support de bobines.
  15. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 14, caractérisé en ce qu'un détecteur est disposé avant le dispositif d'extraction (12) dans la zone de mouvement des broches (6), afin de produire un signal lors de la reconnaissance de bobines pleines ou de tubes avec un reste de fil.
