Claims (9)
- Verfahren zur Herstellung von Werkzeugen für die Entriegelung von Steckkontakten, die Bestandteil von Kabelverbindungen sind, wobei ein Schaft (1) verwendet wird, der von einer Hülse gebildet ist, und der in einen Griff gepresst sowie mit mindestens einem Entriegelungsstift versehen wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein von einer Rolle auf gewünschte Länge abgelängter Federstahl (3) mit rundem oder viereckigem Querschnitt verwendet wird, dass der abgelängte Federstahl (3) als Entriegelungsstift verwendet wird, dessen freie Enden (31) ein oder zwei Entriegelungsstifte bilden, dass die Form der freien Enden (31) der Entriegelungsstifte einerseits durch den Querschnitt des Federstahls (3), andererseits durch die Ausbildung der jeweils zu lösenden Steckkontakte bestimmt wird, und dass der abgelängte Federstahl (3) in die Hülse gedrückt und mit der Hülse verkrimpt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Federstahl (3) in ein U-Profil gezogen und umgebogen wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die freien Enden des Federstahls (3) geschliffen werden.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Federstahl (3) auf Maß geschliffen wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Federstahl (3) entgratet wird.
- Werkzeug zur Entriegelung von Steckkontakten, die Bestandteil von Kabelverbindungen sind, mit einem Schaft (1), der von einer Hülse gebildet, mit einem Griff (2) verbunden und mit mindestens einem Entriegelungsstift versehen ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein U-förmig umgebogener Federstahl (3) mit rundem oder viereckigem Querschnitt verwendet ist, dessen freien Enden (31) ein oder zwei Entriegelungsstifte bilden, dass die Form der freien Enden der Entriegelungsstifte einerseits durch den Querschnitt des Federstahls (3), andererseits durch die Ausbildung der jeweils zu lösenden Steckkontakte bestimmt ist.
- Werkzeug nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Schaft (1) einen runden Querschnitt aufweist.
- Werkzeug nach Anspruch 6 oder 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Federstahl (3) ein angeschliffenes Ende (31) aufweist.
- Werkzeug nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Federstahl (3) eine Verjüngung (32) aufweist.
