Claims (12)
- Vorrichtung zum Kontaktieren einer elektrischen Leitung (2), insbesondere einer Flachbandleitung (1), mit einem Kontaktelement (5), welches an der der Leitung (2) zugewandten Seite federnd zueinander angeordnete Klemmhälften (6a, 6b) mit mindestens zwei Kontaktzungen (4a, 4b, 4c) aufweist, wobei die Kontaktzungen (4a, 4b, 4c) zum Durchdringen der zu kontaktierenden Leitung (2) vorgesehen sind und in Bezug auf die Achse der zu kontaktierenden Leitung (2) gegeneinander derart räumlich versetzt sind, dass ein zu kontaktierender Innenleiter (3) der zu kontaktierenden Leitung (2) beim Durchdringen der Klemmhälften (6a, 6b) durch die Leitung (2) zwischen die Kontaktzungen (4a, 4b, 4c) gedrückt wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kon-taktzungen (4a, 4b, 4c) der zu kontaktierenden Leitung (2)zugewandte Prägungen (11a, 11b, 11c) und Schneidspitzen (13a,13b, 13c) aufweisen.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Klemmhälften (6a, 6b) formschlüssig miteinander verbunden sind. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mindestens
ein Anschlag (10a, 10b) zur Begrenzung des Öffnungswinkels α der Klemmhälften (6a, 6b) nach außen und/oder nach innen vorgesehen ist. - Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Klemmhälften (6a, 6b) über ein Federelement (7) miteinander verbunden sind. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Federelement (7) die Klemmhälften (6a, 6b) jeweils an deren Außenseiten druckbeaufschlagt. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4 oder 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Klemmhälften (6a, 6b) über eine Steckverbindung und ein aufschiebbares Federelement (7) miteinander verbindbar sind. - Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Prägungen (11a, 11b, 11c) schneidförmig ausgebildet sind. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schneidspitzen (13a, 13b, 13c) flächig in die Prägungen (11a, 11b, 11c) übergehen. - Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Klemmhälften (6a, 6b) mindestens eine Führungsfläche (14) zur Lagerung in einem Gehäuse der Vorrichtung aufweisen. - Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mindestens eine Klemmhälfte (6a, 6b) über eine Ausziehfläche (16) mit einer Verstellschraube (8) zum Lösen der Vorrichtung verbunden ist. - Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine Eindrückfläche (17) zur flächigen Aufbringung der Eindrückkraft beim Befestigen der Vorrichtung vorgesehen ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 11,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Eindrückfläche (17) einen Anschlag (10a) zur Begrenzung des Öffnungswinkels α der Klemmhälften (6a, 6b) nach außen aufweist.
