Description
Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft eine Fassadenkonstruktion für ein Gebäude, die verschränkt angeordnete Trägerelemente, insbesondere vertikal angeordnete Pfosten und horizontal angeordnete Riegel, aufweist und die in einer Ebene angeordnete Fassadenelemente trägt, wobei zwischen zwei aneinander angrenzenden Fassadenelementen ein Trennelement mit geringer Wärmeleitfähigkeit vorgesehen ist, das zu einer thermischen Dämmung der Fassade beiträgtThe present invention relates to a facade construction for a building, the crossed support elements, in particular vertically arranged Posts and horizontally arranged transoms, and which in one plane arranged facade elements carries, between two to each other adjacent facade elements a separating element with low thermal conductivity is provided, which contributes to thermal insulation of the facade
Such facades are well known as post-rig structures. So on the one hand, there are relatively simple systems that have a load-bearing structure Have steel beams, on the outside of glass panes as facade elements are upset. These systems offer poor thermal isolation between outside and inside, because the arranged between the facade elements Steel support elements form good heat conductors.
On the other hand, systems are known in which one is between the panes arranged insulation element made of plastic a thermal separation to the inside arranged carrier element causes. These systems that have a load-bearing post-rigel construction with attached non-load-bearing facade elements, offer proper insulation and at least prevent a large part condensation.
A disadvantage of the known systems, however, is that the facade elements by Mounted on the outside of the post-rigel constructions and with clamping elements are connected to the supporting elements. With the patches Façade elements strongly load the facade and need one accordingly deep installation space. In addition, the visual impression of the raised facade is not particularly advantageous. Another disadvantage is that the known facades are comparatively expensive, especially if the support elements for Improvement of the visual impression and the durability made of stainless steel are.
The object of the present invention is to provide a facade construction for a To create buildings with simple construction and low manufacturing costs makes an advantageous visual impression and the static and building physical requirements are sufficient.
This object is achieved by a facade construction according to claim 1.
The main inventive idea is that the support elements on the one hand, to ensure that the construction remains stable, and on the other hand, the elements for form the thermal separation. The facade construction no longer separates between structural elements and thermal separation or insulation. The Facade elements are no longer just in front of the load-bearing post-rig construction assembled, but integrated into it like a truss. That for The material used for thermal separation is therefore an essential component of the static network.
This idea leads to several advantages: So the construction carries far less strongly on, which greatly favors the visual impression of the facade. Through the Inclusion of the holding and insulation profiles in the association of statics can be particularly delicate post-rigel constructions realize what one great competitive advantage. In addition, the additional insulation elements saved and thus a considerable cost advantage can be achieved. Besides, it is possible to use semi-finished products for the construction of the construction and thus more To achieve cost advantages.
Another advantage is that unlike the known systems with the System according to the invention in a simple manner custom-made Have facades designed. This is because of the high flexibility that the system offers. While the systems used so far are one A series of complex special profiles were required to meet the requirements , it is now possible to be highly flexible with just a few components guarantee. By eliminating those due to the multitude of elements Warehousing can save additional costs. Of course you can with the system according to the invention all requirements for statics, the Moisture protection and the Heat Protection Ordinance are met.
The facade construction according to the invention can be particularly advantageous for the Holder for panes, especially panes with double glazing, as Insert facade elements. It comes in connection with the panes filigree shape of the support structure is particularly effective. In addition, the particularly effective thermal separation through the carrier elements Advantage that the formation of condensate on the internal components of the facade construction can be greatly reduced. Also, only need to be limited Measures for channeling the condensate in the thermal Be taken outside, which further simplifies the Facade construction and contributes to a reduction in costs.
In a particularly advantageous embodiment, the carrier elements of Beams formed with an at least almost rectangular cross section outside surface facing the building and with one facing the building Have inner surface and with two side surfaces. According to the invention Facade elements between the beams and thus on the side surfaces of the beams arranged. It is particularly beneficial and an essential aspect of the Invention, the beams made of wood, plastic or a wood-plastic To manufacture composite material. These materials offer a low weight high stability and the beams made from it meet the highest static requirements Conditions. In addition, the elements made from these materials can be easy and inexpensive to manufacture in any dimension, so that a high System flexibility can be guaranteed. The particular advantages of this Materials result from the particularly poor thermal conductivity, so that beams made from it form particularly effective thermal barriers. The Use of these materials further reduces the Condensation. A special advantage of wood is that ecological aspect, which is an important criterion for many builders. Wood is also characterized by its simple processing on site on the construction site.
To easily hold the facade elements between the support elements To enable, it is advantageous to use the inner or outer surfaces of the beams to enclose an angle profile made of sheet metal. The angle profile is advantageously bent so that it is arranged on both sides Facade elements each offer a contact surface. It is convenient to do this, the profile "hat-shaped" to bend as U with angled legs. Such profiles can be bend easily and inexpensively from any sheet. The invention Hut profile is the result of the optimization of static, building physics and aesthetic necessities. It is for the special optical Impression and particularly advantageous for the resistance, the profiles stainless steel sheet.
In a particularly simple and therefore preferred embodiment the facade element to the angle profile by means of on the side surface of the Beam attached bracket pressed against the contact surface. During installation is simply the facade element against the contact edges in the of posts and Bars formed cassette inserted and over the attachable from the inside Bracket held. The assembly can be carried out particularly easily on site.
In order to absorb the static forces particularly effectively, it is advantageous to the outer surface of the support elements also with a U-profile made of sheet metal form fit. The sheet can be made of the same material and on be produced in the same way as the angle or hat profiles described above.
Advantageously, the inside U-profiles or the outside attached hat profiles glued or pressed onto the carrier elements. This The type of attachment enables the beams to be manufactured at lower cost Mass production. It is particularly advantageous for a secure hold if the hat profiles or the U-profiles and / or the bars with a toothing are provided, which prevents a shift of the angle. All in construction profile used are the result of the optimization of static, building physics and aesthetic necessities. Overall, the Invention an optimization because of the minimization of the material.
