Definitions
- the invention relates to a holding device for a facade system for the direct or indirect attachment of at least one substantially plate-shaped wall or ceiling covering element to an on-site substrate with the features of the preamble of claim 1. Furthermore, the invention relates to a facade system with such a holding device.
- Walls and / or ceilings of modern buildings are usually constructed systemically to meet the requirements placed on each, for example, as an exterior wall or apartment partition wall. That is, they include multiple layers that perform different functions.
- a wall or ceiling structure is thus usually composed of the load-bearing construction, which can be created in solid or skeleton construction, and at least one other layer or level together, for example, to take account of building physics requirements and / or the wall or Ceiling to give a special design.
- As an outer layer or shell plate-shaped materials or components often find use, which allow a comprehensive covering of an underlying thermal insulation layer or installation level. These plate-shaped wall or elements it is permanently safe to connect with the supporting structure of the respective wall or ceiling.
- a fastening device which may include, for example, at least one extending transversely to the holding device holding profile and at least one bracket for fixing the holding profile on-site ground.
- the projection of the free leg of the bracket for fixing the retaining profile can be specified in the rule that not only the thermal barrier coating is bridged, but also a sufficient distance to form one of the rear ventilation of the facade serving air layer is possible. Such rear ventilation is usually required for building physical reasons in curtain wall systems.
- plate-shaped wall or ceiling clothing elements With increasing distance of the plate-shaped wall or ceiling clothing elements to the supporting structure, however, also increase the static requirements for the respectively provided holding or fastening device. This also applies if particularly heavy facade elements, such as natural stone or glass plates, are used as plate-shaped wall or ceiling clothing elements. These may, for example, have a weight of 80 to 100 kg / m 2 . Among other things, it is the task of a holding or fastening device of a facade system to dissipate this load in the load-bearing construction of the wall or ceiling.
- the joint classification must be determined and the size of the plate-shaped wall or ceiling cladding elements must be determined.
- the type of attachment of the plate-shaped material affects - visible attachment or not visible attachment - based on the design of the facade.
- the wall or Deckenbeliesetti are usually connected to the back with a first holding element of a holding device, which is connected to another, wall or ceiling-mounted holding element by hooking or plugging so that a positive connection is effected.
- profiles or profile pieces are used with interlocking profile parts.
- the wall or ceiling clothing elements are usually already connected at the factory with such a profile, so that they can be easily hung on site in the attached to the building profile.
- An attachable to a wall or ceiling trim panel and a substructure device for invisible plate attachment is used for example in the EP 0 380 953 A1 described. It comprises a plate holder as a first profile and a profile carrier as a second profile, which are connected to each other by plugging in each other such that the outer contour of profile carrier and plate holder together preferably gives approximately a rectangular shape. In this case overlap or overlap profile parts of the plate holder and the profile carrier, whereby a solid attachment of each plate holder is to be ensured on the profile carrier. Plate holders and profile carriers are also made from the same profile. According to a preferred embodiment, the profile has a reinforcing strip which is intended to further increase the strength of the profile while maintaining an uncomplicated profile shape. Furthermore, it is proposed that each plate holder is mounted transversely, in particular perpendicular to its Aufsteckraum, largely free of play on the profile carrier.
- Object of the present invention is to develop a holding device of the aforementioned type such that it is suitable to hold or carry particularly heavy loads.
- the holding device to form pre-hung glass or natural stone facades with concealed Fastener be suitable.
- the device should allow easy installation and a permanently secure mounting plate-shaped wall or ceiling clothing elements.
- the first and / or the second profile of the proposed holding device at least one transverse or oblique to a first and / or second leg of the respective profile extending web to form a profile stiffening chamber.
- the dimensional stability and thus the carrying capacity of the respective profile at a constant profile thickness that is, at the same strength of web and leg, can be significantly increased. If you wanted to achieve the same effect by way of a material reinforcement according to the prior art, would also increase the weight of the profile significantly by the additional material. This, in turn, would be at the expense of the carrying capacity of the holding device or of the substructure carrying the holding device, so that these too would possibly be reinforced.
- profiles with less dead weight can be mounted more easily. A lower material consumption usually also has a favorable effect on the production costs.
- At least one transverse or oblique to at least one leg of a profile extending web in the region of an inner corner to form a profile stiffening chamber is arranged.
- a suitably stiffened profile has, for example, a high angular rigidity.
- At least one web running transversely or at an angle to at least one leg of a profile is arranged in the region of a free end of the respective leg to form a chamber stiffening the profile.
- a stiffened profile has above all a high torsional rigidity, so that it is able to carry particularly heavy loads.
- the weight of a wall or ceiling clothing, for example, made of glass is 35-40 kg / m 2
- the weight of a natural stone clothing can even be 80-100 kg / m 2
- the weight of conventional curtain wall panels, such as ceramic about 20 kg / m 2 .
- At least one leg of the first and / or the second profile of the holding device according to the invention preferably has an upstand, which is guided at least partially parallel to the respective other leg of the same profile.
- the upstand gives the profile a U-shaped cross-section, but the upstand has a much shorter length than the parallel leg.
- the respectively arranged between such an upstand and a leg lying parallel thereto further leg undergoes an additional stiffening by the upstand.
- the upstand can serve as a push-in tab, which can be inserted or used for example according to the tongue and groove principle in a corresponding receptacle on the respective other profile. In this way, a positive connection of both profiles can be effected by the upstand.
- the upstand is also proposed to provide the upstand at its free end with a stiffening thickening.
- a stiffening thickening allows a clamping connection of both profiles, if at the same time the recording provided on the other profile has an undersize with respect to the thickening.
- At least one leg of the first and / or the second profile has a free end which has a step-like recess for receiving such an upstand of the respective other profile.
- a substantially box-shaped cross-section of the holding device is maintained even when an additional upstand on the leg of a profile is formed, so that a planar contact of the holding device with the plate-shaped wall or ceiling covering element and / or a substrate can be ensured.
- the first and / or the second profile on a chamber which is arranged at least in a partial area spaced from a leg of the respective profile, so that between the chamber and the leg a groove for receiving a leg of the each other profile or a Aufkantung arranged thereon is formed. If a stiffening chamber is also arranged at the free end of the male leg, the groove width is to be matched to this. By forming a groove and an insertable into the groove profile end on the other profile can also be a positive connection of both profiles can be effected.
- the first and / or the second profile may have a chamber, which is arranged at least in a partial area spaced from a Friedkantung a leg of the respective profile, so that between the chamber and the upstand a groove for receiving a leg of the other Profile is formed or a Friedkantung arranged thereon.
- a clearance is effected, which allows the nesting of the profiles, for example, by a pivoting movement of a profile relative to the other profile. Trapped areas also serve as insertion aids, which also facilitate assembly.
- the leg not provided for contact with the wall or ceiling covering element thus has, when attached to a wall or ceiling covering element, an inclination relative to this wall or ceiling covering element which is suitable for carrying away surface water from the wall or ceiling covering element. This ensures that surface water, for example in the form of rain, does not remain on the profile and possibly penetrates into the wall or ceiling cladding element. Moisture that has entered a wall or ceiling element can not only cause unsightly discolorations or marks on the façade surface, but it can also have a destructive effect.
- the first and / or the second profile of the holding device made of metal, preferably made of aluminum.
- Aluminum profiles are particularly light, so that the weight of the facade can be kept low.
- lightweight profiles are easier to assemble.
- Aluminum profiles also prove to be insensitive to moisture because they form an oxide layer that protects the material from corrosion.
- the first and / or the second profile of the holding device extruded products that is, that they have been produced in an extrusion process.
- the also proposed to solve the problem facade system comprises for connecting plate-shaped wall or Deckenbe queries institute with an on-site support at least one holding device of the type described above.
- the second profile of the holding device can not be attached directly to the supporting structure of a wall or ceiling, as for example a Thermal insulation layer is arranged in front of the supporting structure of the respective wall or ceiling, the facade system according to the invention advantageously further comprises a fastening device for fastening the holding device.
- the fastening device has at least one bracket and / or at least one retaining profile.
- the holding device consisting of a first and a second profile for fastening wallcovering elements is laid substantially horizontally (the first profile can also consist of connectable with the second profile short profile pieces), the retaining profile of the fastening device is laid substantially vertically.
- the attachment of the holding profile in turn via the at least one bracket of the fastening device.
- the distance of a plate-shaped wall or ceiling cladding element to the on-site base can be specified on the projection of the bracket.
- Fig. 1 is a holding device according to the invention can be seen, which comprises a first, connectable to a plate-shaped wall or ceiling element 3 - in this case already connected via a screw 15 - profile 1 and a connectable with an on-site support second profile 2. Both profiles 1, 2 have for this purpose connectable to the plate-shaped element or the base first leg 1.1, 2.1 and a substantially perpendicular thereto arranged second leg 1.2, 2.2.
- the first leg 1.1 of the first profile 1 is designed to be angled so that a subsequent to the second leg 1.2 first section of the first leg 1.1 with the second leg 1.2 an angle ⁇ ⁇ 90 ° and encloses only a subsequent second section of the first leg 1.1 is arranged perpendicular to the second leg 1.2.
- the angled design of the first leg 1.1 of the first profile 1 causes surface water to be conducted away from the plate-shaped wall or ceiling covering element 3 connected to this profile.
- Both profiles 1, 2 also have transversely or obliquely to the legs 1.1, 1.2, 2.1, 2.2 extending webs 5 for the formation of profilaussteifenden chambers 4.
- both profiles 1, 2 each have a chamber 4 in the region of an inner corner 6 and a chamber 4 in the region of the free end 7 of the respective second leg 1.2, 2.2.
- the chambers 4 in the region of the inner corners 6 are bounded in each case by the two legs 1.1, 1.2, 2.1, 2.2 of each profile 1, 2 and a plurality of webs 5. The at the free ends.
- a leg 1.2, 2.2 arranged chambers 4 are also formed from a plurality of webs 5, wherein each formed by two vertically juxtaposed webs 5 outer corners 14 of a chamber 4 beveled or rounded. As a result, the nesting of the profiles 1, 2 is facilitated.
- both profiles 1, 2 respectively at their first leg 1.1, 2.1 an upstand 8, which when plugged into one another either a step-like recess 11 or a groove 12 of the other Behind profiles 1, 2.
- the upstand 8 on the first leg 2.1 of the second profile 2 also forms, with a chamber 4 spaced apart from it, a further groove 13 into which the free end 7 of the second leg 1.2 of the first profile 1 can be inserted. Since the free end 7 of the second leg 1.2 of the first profile 1 is also stiffened by a corresponding formed to the groove 13 chamber 4, a positive connection can be effected by inserting the free end 7 of the first profile 1 in the groove 13 of the second profile 2. To stiffen the upstand 8 of the first profile 1, this is provided at its free end 9 with a thickening 10, on the present case also a clamping connection with the profile 2 can be effected.
- the upstand 8 on the first leg 1.1 of the first profile 1 has a thickening 10 at its free end 9. However, this is provided with oblique chamfers as insertion aids, as for the connection of the two profiles 1, 2, the upstand 8 of the first profile 1 is inserted into the groove 12 of the second profile 2.
- the groove 12 is formed by a chamber 4 which is arranged at a distance from the limb 2.2 and whose outer corners 14 are also chamfered or rounded in order to facilitate the assembly of the profiles 1, 2.
- the attachment of the second profile 2 to the on-site substrate or a substructure attached thereto can in turn be done by at least one screw 15.
- an adjusting means 16 in the form of a screw.
- the Fig. 2 shows the two profiles 1, 2 of the holding device of Fig. 1 in assembled condition.
- the substantially box-shaped cross section of the holding device becomes clear when the profiles are inserted one inside the other. Only the angled design of the first leg 1.1 of the first profile 1, to guide surface water away from the plate-shaped wall covering element, prevents the cross-section or the envelope surrounding the cross-section of the holding device with piles 1, 2 inserted into each other has no precise rectangular shape.

The invention relates to a holding device for a facade system for the direct or indirect attachment of at least one substantially plate-shaped wall or ceiling covering element to an on-site substrate with the features of the preamble of claim 1. Furthermore, the invention relates to a facade system with such a holding device.
Walls and / or ceilings of modern buildings are usually constructed systemically to meet the requirements placed on each, for example, as an exterior wall or apartment partition wall. That is, they include multiple layers that perform different functions. A wall or ceiling structure is thus usually composed of the load-bearing construction, which can be created in solid or skeleton construction, and at least one other layer or level together, for example, to take account of building physics requirements and / or the wall or Ceiling to give a special design. As an outer layer or shell plate-shaped materials or components often find use, which allow a comprehensive covering of an underlying thermal insulation layer or installation level. These plate-shaped wall or elements it is permanently safe to connect with the supporting structure of the respective wall or ceiling.
Since the requirements for the thermal insulation of buildings are constantly increasing, sometimes strong thermal insulation layers must be bridged. In addition, for static reasons, the attachment must always be made to the supporting structure. Therefore, generic holding devices are often used together with additional holding elements of a fastening device, which may include, for example, at least one extending transversely to the holding device holding profile and at least one bracket for fixing the holding profile on-site ground. In this case, the projection of the free leg of the bracket for fixing the retaining profile can be specified in the rule that not only the thermal barrier coating is bridged, but also a sufficient distance to form one of the rear ventilation of the facade serving air layer is possible. Such rear ventilation is usually required for building physical reasons in curtain wall systems. With increasing distance of the plate-shaped wall or ceiling clothing elements to the supporting structure, however, also increase the static requirements for the respectively provided holding or fastening device.
When designing a wall or ceiling system, in particular a façade system, however, it is not only necessary to comply with building physics and / or static requirements; also design aspects are to be considered. In addition to the choice of a suitable, visually appealing material, the joint classification must be determined and the size of the plate-shaped wall or ceiling cladding elements must be determined. Furthermore, the type of attachment of the plate-shaped material affects - visible attachment or not visible attachment - based on the design of the facade. To form a non-visible attachment the wall or Deckenbekleidungselemente are usually connected to the back with a first holding element of a holding device, which is connected to another, wall or ceiling-mounted holding element by hooking or plugging so that a positive connection is effected. As holding elements often profiles or profile pieces are used with interlocking profile parts. In this case, the wall or ceiling clothing elements are usually already connected at the factory with such a profile, so that they can be easily hung on site in the attached to the building profile.
Object of the present invention is to develop a holding device of the aforementioned type such that it is suitable to hold or carry particularly heavy loads. In particular, the holding device to form pre-hung glass or natural stone facades with concealed Fastener be suitable. Furthermore, the device should allow easy installation and a permanently secure mounting plate-shaped wall or ceiling clothing elements.
To solve the problem, a holding device with the features of claim 1 and a facade system with such a holding device is proposed. Advantageous developments of the invention are specified in the subclaims.
According to the invention, the first and / or the second profile of the proposed holding device at least one transverse or oblique to a first and / or second leg of the respective profile extending web to form a profile stiffening chamber. By forming at least one chamber, the dimensional stability and thus the carrying capacity of the respective profile at a constant profile thickness, that is, at the same strength of web and leg, can be significantly increased. Furthermore, profiles with less dead weight can be mounted more easily. A lower material consumption usually also has a favorable effect on the production costs.
According to a preferred embodiment, at least one transverse or oblique to at least one leg of a profile extending web in the region of an inner corner to form a profile stiffening chamber is arranged. A suitably stiffened profile has, for example, a high angular rigidity. This proves to be particularly advantageous if a leg of at least one profile of the holding device claimed on the load to be supported on bending is, as in a substantially L-shaped, two legs comprehensive profile of the case, when one leg abuts flat against the plate to be held and the other leg serves as a cantilever.
Demgegenüber beträgt das Gewicht herkömmlicher vorgehängter Fassadenplatten, beispielsweise aus Keramik, etwa 20 kg/m2.Alternatively or additionally, it may further be provided that at least one web running transversely or at an angle to at least one leg of a profile is arranged in the region of a free end of the respective leg to form a chamber stiffening the profile. Such a stiffened profile has above all a high torsional rigidity, so that it is able to carry particularly heavy loads. The weight of a wall or ceiling clothing, for example, made of glass is 35-40 kg / m 2 , while the weight of a natural stone clothing can even be 80-100 kg / m 2 . In contrast, the weight of conventional curtain wall panels, such as ceramic, about 20 kg / m 2 .
Furthermore, at least one leg of the first and / or the second profile of the holding device according to the invention preferably has an upstand, which is guided at least partially parallel to the respective other leg of the same profile. The upstand gives the profile a U-shaped cross-section, but the upstand has a much shorter length than the parallel leg. The respectively arranged between such an upstand and a leg lying parallel thereto further leg undergoes an additional stiffening by the upstand. In addition, the upstand can serve as a push-in tab, which can be inserted or used for example according to the tongue and groove principle in a corresponding receptacle on the respective other profile. In this way, a positive connection of both profiles can be effected by the upstand.
To stiffen the upstand is also proposed to provide the upstand at its free end with a stiffening thickening. In addition, such a thickening allows a clamping connection of both profiles, if at the same time the recording provided on the other profile has an undersize with respect to the thickening.
Preferably, in addition to the formation of an upstand, it is further provided that at least one leg of the first and / or the second profile has a free end which has a step-like recess for receiving such an upstand of the respective other profile. As a result, a substantially box-shaped cross-section of the holding device is maintained even when an additional upstand on the leg of a profile is formed, so that a planar contact of the holding device with the plate-shaped wall or ceiling covering element and / or a substrate can be ensured.
According to a preferred embodiment, alternatively or additionally, the first and / or the second profile on a chamber which is arranged at least in a partial area spaced from a leg of the respective profile, so that between the chamber and the leg a groove for receiving a leg of the each other profile or a Aufkantung arranged thereon is formed. If a stiffening chamber is also arranged at the free end of the male leg, the groove width is to be matched to this. By forming a groove and an insertable into the groove profile end on the other profile can also be a positive connection of both profiles can be effected.
Alternatively or additionally, the first and / or the second profile may have a chamber, which is arranged at least in a partial area spaced from a Aufkantung a leg of the respective profile, so that between the chamber and the upstand a groove for receiving a leg of the other Profile is formed or a Aufkantung arranged thereon.
In order to facilitate the assembly of the nestable profiles of the holding device, advantageously have at least two angularly arranged to each other webs to form a chamber a chamfered or rounded outer corner. Furthermore, the free end of a leg and / or a Aufkantungen or a thickening arranged thereon can be chamfered or rounded to stiffen the upstand. In this way, a clearance is effected, which allows the nesting of the profiles, for example, by a pivoting movement of a profile relative to the other profile. Trapped areas also serve as insertion aids, which also facilitate assembly.
According to an advantageous embodiment of the invention is also provided that the first leg of the first profile for connecting the fixture with a wall or ceiling lining element with the second leg to rest on the wall or ceiling covering element at least over a partial area an angle α <90 ° , The leg not provided for contact with the wall or ceiling covering element thus has, when attached to a wall or ceiling covering element, an inclination relative to this wall or ceiling covering element which is suitable for carrying away surface water from the wall or ceiling covering element. For example, it can lead to material chipping or even complete destruction of the respective plate in the event of frost. A permanently secure attachment of a damaged in this way wall or ceiling clothing element is then no longer guaranteed. Preferably, the first and / or the second profile of the holding device made of metal, preferably made of aluminum. Aluminum profiles are particularly light, so that the weight of the facade can be kept low. In addition, lightweight profiles are easier to assemble. Aluminum profiles also prove to be insensitive to moisture because they form an oxide layer that protects the material from corrosion. Further preferably, the first and / or the second profile of the holding device extruded products, that is, that they have been produced in an extrusion process.
The also proposed to solve the problem facade system comprises for connecting plate-shaped wall or Deckenbekleidungselemente with an on-site support at least one holding device of the type described above. The second profile of the holding device can not be attached directly to the supporting structure of a wall or ceiling, as for example a Thermal insulation layer is arranged in front of the supporting structure of the respective wall or ceiling, the facade system according to the invention advantageously further comprises a fastening device for fastening the holding device. Preferably, the fastening device has at least one bracket and / or at least one retaining profile. While the holding device consisting of a first and a second profile for fastening wallcovering elements is laid substantially horizontally (the first profile can also consist of connectable with the second profile short profile pieces), the retaining profile of the fastening device is laid substantially vertically. The attachment of the holding profile in turn via the at least one bracket of the fastening device. In this case, the distance of a plate-shaped wall or ceiling cladding element to the on-site base can be specified on the projection of the bracket.

Both
In order to effect a positive connection of the
The upstand 8 on the first leg 1.1 of the first profile 1 has a thickening 10 at its free end 9.
