Definitions

  • facades It is known in building construction to clad the facades of erected buildings or to build facades on or in front of the external walls of buildings. It is also known to form such facades by attaching facade elements in the form of panels.
  • panels can, for example, comprise metal sheets such as steel sheets, aluminum sheets, stainless steel sheets or the like, or they can be made of plastic.
  • facade cladding or façades made of panels When constructing facade cladding or façades made of panels, a simple and efficient structure is desirable, as this leads to a reduction in the amount of work required and thus ultimately to lower costs. On the other hand, a durable and visually flawless design of the facade cladding or façade is desirable.
  • the aim of the present invention is to provide a solution to this problem.
  • the invention is particularly intended to provide a facade panel which, in particular as a component of a system to be specified with the invention with such facade panels, the above-mentioned requirements can fulfil, i.e. to enable a quick and clean construction of a facade cladding or a facade, in particular in such a way that even non-specialists can carry out such an assembly.
  • a facade panel according to the invention is formed in one piece and initially has an insertion section, which is arranged in particular at a first longitudinal end of the panel. It also has a spring clamp section, which is located in particular in the region of a second longitudinal end opposite the first longitudinal end of the panel. Between the sections mentioned, insertion section and spring clamp section, there extends a facade section with which the panel can in particular form a facade surface.
  • the facade section can in particular have a smooth, flat surface, but it can also be corrugated or structured in another way in order to give a facade formed using the panel a corresponding structure and appearance, such as a wooden look.
  • the facade panel according to the invention further comprises a fastening section, which can be arranged in particular at the second longitudinal end of the facade panel.
  • the spring clamp section of the facade panel is arranged between the facade section and the fastening section. This applies in particular in a longitudinal direction of the panel, seen from the second longitudinal end in the direction of the first longitudinal end, in particular along the one-piece facade panel.
  • the spring clamp section of the panel is designed to receive an insertion section of another, in particular an identical, to clamp and hold a facade panel, and/or the spring clamp section is a spring clamp section for clamping and holding an insertion section of another, in particular an identically constructed, facade panel.
  • the facade panel according to the invention is particularly well suited to being used in a quick and easy-to-implement structure for forming a facade. To do this, it is only necessary to insert such a facade panel with the insertion section into the spring clamp section of an already installed facade panel, so that this newly added facade panel is clamped and held therein.
  • the fastening section is now connected to the substrate, for example an external building wall.
  • the fastening section can be designed like a flange so that it rests flat on the substrate.
  • a simple type of fastening can be done, for example, by screwing or by using similar fastening means.
  • the fastening section has at least one recess for receiving a fastening means.
  • self-tapping screws can also be used, for example.
  • further facade panels of the same design can now be added to the structure of the facade, with the facade being constructed successively from top to bottom.
  • the recess can be formed by elongated holes, with the long extension extending in particular in the direction in which an expansion movement of the panel is to be expected.
  • the interaction of the insertion section and the spring clamp section makes it particularly easy to achieve an invisible fastening.
  • the insertion section can also cover the fastening section, which also makes this fastening invisible.
  • the facade section is spaced apart from the fastening section by a first clear dimension.
  • This first clear dimension creates a distance between the facade to be formed with the facade panel and the substrate, for example an external wall of a building. It also makes it possible to provide fastening means that protrude to a certain extent and then to cover these with further facade panels in the structure of the facade.

  • the extension of the insertion section runs parallel to the extension direction of the facade section and in the same plane. This also ensures that facade panels according to the invention can be joined together by simply inserting the insertion section into the spring clamp section, in particular into a U-shaped spring clamp as described above.
  • the insertion section can in particular also be formed by a continuously formed end section of the facade section. In other words, a facade section that is essentially flat can continue continuously and merge into the insertion section, or the insertion section can ultimately be part of the facade section, namely its outer end section, in particular at the first longitudinal end of the facade panel.
  • a spacing can also occur in particular between the spring clamp section and the facade section in a direction transverse to a flat extension plane of the facade section.

  • a second spacing section can be provided between the spring clamp section and the fastening section, in particular for spacing the spring clamp section from the fastening section by a third clear dimension, which is in particular designed in such a way that the spring clamp section is spaced from the fastening section by a third clear dimension.
  • This third clear dimension can in particular be at least 1 mm, a maximum of 15 cm, in particular at least 5 mm and/or a maximum of 10 cm.
  • the U-shaped spring clamp can advantageously have a first and a second clamping section, wherein the first clamping section is formed by a first long leg of the U-shaped spring clamp and the second clamping section is formed by a second long leg of the U-shaped spring clamp and wherein the first and the second clamping section are connected via a connecting section formed by a transverse leg of the U-shaped spring clamp.
  • the first spacing section can extend in the direction of the facade section, in particular starting from a first common boundary of the first clamping section with the first spacing section, in which case a first distance between the first common boundary of the first clamping section with the first spacing section and a second common boundary of the second clamping section with the second spacing section is smaller than a second distance between a third common boundary of the first clamping section with the connecting section and a fourth common boundary of the second clamping section with the connecting section, so that in particular the spring clamp exerts a clamping effect between the first common boundary and the second common boundary and/or the first distance is smaller than 1 cm, in particular smaller than 3 mm.
  • Such a design results in a pocket-like spring clamp which exerts its clamping effect on the inserted insertion section of another panel in the region of the first and second common boundaries, i.e. close to its pocket opening.
  • the facade panel according to the invention can consist in particular of metal, in particular a metal sheet, in particular a metal sheet with a thickness of at least 1 ⁇ m , in particular at least 0.4 mm, and/or a maximum of 5 mm, in particular a maximum of 1.5 mm.

Description

The present invention relates to a facade panel and a facade panel system.

It is known in building construction to clad the facades of erected buildings or to build facades on or in front of the external walls of buildings. It is also known to form such facades by attaching facade elements in the form of panels. Such panels can, for example, comprise metal sheets such as steel sheets, aluminum sheets, stainless steel sheets or the like, or they can be made of plastic.

When constructing facade cladding or façades made of panels, a simple and efficient structure is desirable, as this leads to a reduction in the amount of work required and thus ultimately to lower costs. On the other hand, a durable and visually flawless design of the facade cladding or façade is desirable.

A ventilated facade cladding system is in the DE 20 2013 004 504 U1 which has an elongated front surface, an engagement strip, for example in V-shape, on a first longitudinal edge, and a receiving groove for the engagement strip and a fastening area on a second longitudinal edge. This document shows a panel according to the preamble of claim 1.

The aim of the present invention is to provide a solution to this problem. The invention is particularly intended to provide a facade panel which, in particular as a component of a system to be specified with the invention with such facade panels, the above-mentioned requirements can fulfil, i.e. to enable a quick and clean construction of a facade cladding or a facade, in particular in such a way that even non-specialists can carry out such an assembly.

This object is achieved according to the invention by a facade panel with the features of claim 1. Advantageous further developments of such a facade panel are specified in claims 2 to 7. A system according to the invention, which also contributes to solving the above-mentioned object, is specified in claim 8. Further developments of such a system are shown in claims 9 to 14. Finally, claim 15 specifies a further aspect of the invention in the form of a method for cladding a facade using facade panels according to the invention.

A facade panel according to the invention is formed in one piece and initially has an insertion section, which is arranged in particular at a first longitudinal end of the panel. It also has a spring clamp section, which is located in particular in the region of a second longitudinal end opposite the first longitudinal end of the panel. Between the sections mentioned, insertion section and spring clamp section, there extends a facade section with which the panel can in particular form a facade surface. The facade section can in particular have a smooth, flat surface, but it can also be corrugated or structured in another way in order to give a facade formed using the panel a corresponding structure and appearance, such as a wooden look.

The facade panel according to the invention further comprises a fastening section, which can be arranged in particular at the second longitudinal end of the facade panel. The spring clamp section of the facade panel is arranged between the facade section and the fastening section. This applies in particular in a longitudinal direction of the panel, seen from the second longitudinal end in the direction of the first longitudinal end, in particular along the one-piece facade panel. The spring clamp section of the panel is designed to receive an insertion section of another, in particular an identical, to clamp and hold a facade panel, and/or the spring clamp section is a spring clamp section for clamping and holding an insertion section of another, in particular an identically constructed, facade panel.

In such a design, the facade panel according to the invention is particularly well suited to being used in a quick and easy-to-implement structure for forming a facade. To do this, it is only necessary to insert such a facade panel with the insertion section into the spring clamp section of an already installed facade panel, so that this newly added facade panel is clamped and held therein.

In order to secure the longitudinal position of the facade panel, the fastening section is now connected to the substrate, for example an external building wall. For this purpose, the fastening section can be designed like a flange so that it rests flat on the substrate. A simple type of fastening can be done, for example, by screwing or by using similar fastening means. In this respect, it can be advantageous if the fastening section has at least one recess for receiving a fastening means. However, self-tapping screws can also be used, for example. Subsequently, further facade panels of the same design can now be added to the structure of the facade, with the facade being constructed successively from top to bottom. In particular, the recess can be formed by elongated holes, with the long extension extending in particular in the direction in which an expansion movement of the panel is to be expected.

The interaction of the insertion section and the spring clamp section makes it particularly easy to achieve an invisible fastening. In addition, the insertion section can also cover the fastening section, which also makes this fastening invisible.

In order to make such a structure possible in a simple manner, it is advantageous if the facade section is spaced apart from the fastening section by a first clear dimension. This first clear dimension creates a distance between the facade to be formed with the facade panel and the substrate, for example an external wall of a building. It also makes it possible to provide fastening means that protrude to a certain extent and then to cover these with further facade panels in the structure of the facade. In particular, an extension plane in which the facade section extends, in particular at least predominantly or in its main extension direction, is spaced apart from an extension plane in which the fastening section extends, in particular at least predominantly or in its main extension direction, by the first clear dimension.

The spring clamp section of the facade panel according to the invention can in particular form a spring clamp with a U-shaped cross section that extends parallel to the extension of the facade section. In this way, another facade panel of the type according to the invention with the insertion section can simply be pushed into the U-shaped spring clamp and clamped there and held.

According to the invention, the extension of the insertion section runs parallel to the extension direction of the facade section and in the same plane. This also ensures that facade panels according to the invention can be joined together by simply inserting the insertion section into the spring clamp section, in particular into a U-shaped spring clamp as described above. The insertion section can in particular also be formed by a continuously formed end section of the facade section. In other words, a facade section that is essentially flat can continue continuously and merge into the insertion section, or the insertion section can ultimately be part of the facade section, namely its outer end section, in particular at the first longitudinal end of the facade panel.

In the facade panel according to the invention, a spacing can also occur in particular between the spring clamp section and the facade section in a direction transverse to a flat extension plane of the facade section. In this respect, a first spacing section can be arranged in particular between the spring clamp section and the facade section, in particular for spacing the spring clamp section from the facade section by a second clear dimension, which here in particular creates a corresponding distance, and in particular is designed in such a way that the spring clamp section is spaced from the facade section by a second clear dimension and wherein this second clear dimension is in particular at least 0.5 mm, a maximum of 10 cm, in particular at least 1 mm and/or a maximum of 5 cm. The spring clamp section can advantageously run in an offset plane below the facade section, so that it is concealed and no longer visible when looking at a facade formed using facade panels according to the invention.

Furthermore, and this is advantageous, the spring clamp section can have a distance from the fastening section that is directed transversely to the plane of extension of the facade section. For this purpose, a second spacing section can be provided between the spring clamp section and the fastening section, in particular for spacing the spring clamp section from the fastening section by a third clear dimension, which is in particular designed in such a way that the spring clamp section is spaced from the fastening section by a third clear dimension. This third clear dimension can in particular be at least 1 mm, a maximum of 15 cm, in particular at least 5 mm and/or a maximum of 10 cm.

The U-shaped spring clamp can advantageously have a first and a second clamping section, wherein the first clamping section is formed by a first long leg of the U-shaped spring clamp and the second clamping section is formed by a second long leg of the U-shaped spring clamp and wherein the first and the second clamping section are connected via a connecting section formed by a transverse leg of the U-shaped spring clamp. The first spacing section can extend in the direction of the facade section, in particular starting from a first common boundary of the first clamping section with the first spacing section, in which case a first distance between the first common boundary of the first clamping section with the first spacing section and a second common boundary of the second clamping section with the second spacing section is smaller than a second distance between a third common boundary of the first clamping section with the connecting section and a fourth common boundary of the second clamping section with the connecting section, so that in particular the spring clamp exerts a clamping effect between the first common boundary and the second common boundary and/or the first distance is smaller than 1 cm, in particular smaller than 3 mm. Such a design results in a pocket-like spring clamp which exerts its clamping effect on the inserted insertion section of another panel in the region of the first and second common boundaries, i.e. close to its pocket opening.

The facade panel according to the invention can consist in particular of metal, in particular a metal sheet, in particular a metal sheet with a thickness of at least 1 µm , in particular at least 0.4 mm, and/or a maximum of 5 mm, in particular a maximum of 1.5 mm. However, it can also be made of a plastic, in particular a plastic in the form of a sheet. Possible metals here are aluminum, stainless steel, copper, zinc or the like.

The facade section can advantageously extend over a length determined from the first longitudinal end to the second longitudinal end of at least 10 cm and/or a maximum of 10 m, in particular a maximum of 6 m or 3 m, and over a width measured transversely to this length of at least 10 cm and/or a maximum of 10 m, in particular 6 m, in particular 3 m. The facade panel can advantageously have a substantially rectangular or square contour.

As already mentioned above, a further solution to the problem mentioned at the outset also consists in a system which initially has at least one first and at least one second panel, wherein at least one first panel is a first facade panel according to the invention.

Advantageously, in the system according to the invention, at least one second panel is a second facade panel according to the invention, which is preferably designed to be identical in construction to the first facade panel. The special feature here is that the insertion section of the first facade panel is arranged in the spring clamp section of the second facade panel, wherein in particular the insertion section of the first facade panel is held in the spring clamp section of the second facade panel by the spring clamp section of the second facade panel. In particular, the second facade panel, but also the first facade panel can be fixed to a substrate, such as an outer wall of a building, with the respective fastening section. The system can also be understood in particular as a component of a facade constructed with facade panels according to the invention.

Preferably, the system according to the invention has at least one further panel in addition to the first facade panel according to the invention and the second facade panel according to the invention, and in particular consists of the aforementioned panels. Preferably, the further panel is a facade panel according to the invention. The further panel has a spring clamp section for clampingly receiving and holding an insertion section of a further, in particular a facade panel according to the invention, in particular the first and/or second facade panel, which is in particular designed like the spring clamp section of the facade panel according to the invention. The first facade panel and the second facade panel are arranged next to each other, in particular abutting, in particular along the longest extension of the facade section. The insertion section of the first facade panel and/or the insertion section of the second facade panel are arranged in the spring clamp section of the further panel. Furthermore This system has a connector panel. This connector panel is arranged behind both the first and the second facade panel and has a plug-in section. This plug-in section is at least partially arranged in the spring clamp section of the further panel. Likewise, at least two further panels can be provided, which are also arranged next to one another in abutting relationship and which each receive a plug-in section of one of the first and second facade panels with a spring clamp section. The plug-in section of the connector panel is then arranged in both spring clamp sections of the further panels arranged next to one another in abutting relationship.

The connector panel advantageously has a reinforcement section adjacent to the plug-in section. The reinforcement section can preferably be ribbed, wherein the ribs can in particular be conical ribs and can consist of parallel wave-like elevations. The ribs in particular have a depth of between 1 and 10 mm, in particular between 3 and 6 mm. Furthermore, the plug-in section can preferably be flat or preferably have ribs, wherein the ribs have a depth of less than 2.5 mm, in particular between 0.3 and 1 mm, in particular the depth of the ribs of the plug-in section is smaller than the depth of the ribs of the reinforcement section. For example, the plug-in section can have a rib depth of about 1 mm, the reinforcement section a rib depth of about 4 mm. The connector panel advantageously covers the first and second facade panels with a width of at least 10 mm, in particular at least 50 mm, in particular 100 mm. The connector panel strengthens the connection between the two facade panels and, in particular if it has a corrugation, the corrugation, in particular a conical corrugation, can create a more rainproof connection between the first and second facade panels, since such a corrugation, in particular a conical corrugation, prevents rainwater from penetrating behind the system, which can otherwise occur in particular due to the capillary effect. The connector panel prevents rainwater penetrating into the butt joint. Water is drained downwards along the surface of the connector panel and cannot penetrate to the underlying building structure and damage it. The connector panel also bridges any gap that may open up at the joint due to the thermal expansion of the first and second facade panels.

Advantageously, the reinforcement section can be curved across its width in such a way that the reinforcement section is furthest away from the facade panels in a central section located below the joint, thus forming a drainage channel for water.

Advantageously, the system according to the invention can comprise not only the first facade panel according to the invention as at least one first panel, but also a closing panel as at least one second panel of the system according to the invention, which has an insertion section and, adjoining this, a facade section forming a facade surface. With the insertion section, the closing panel can be inserted in particular into a spring clamp section of a first facade panel as described above, which is part of the system, and held there in a clamped manner. The closing panel can in particular serve to create a closure of a facade formed with the first facade panels according to the invention in a lower section. In this respect, the closing panel can optionally also provide a closing fastening option with which it can be fixed to a substrate. However, it can also be inserted in the manner of a panel only into the spring clamp section of a first facade panel and held there alone, in particular covering the fastening section of the first facade panel.

A further possible advantageous embodiment of the system according to the invention comprises, in addition to the first facade panel according to the invention as at least one first panel, an end panel system as at least one second panel. The end panel system has a spring clamp section. The insertion section of the first facade panel is arranged in this spring clamp section.

The end panel system advantageously has an end panel which has an end section which at least partially forms a facade, a fastening section and a spring clamp section of the end panel system arranged between the end section and fastening section. Alternatively, the end panel system has an end panel and a support panel. The support panel has at least one reinforcing section, a support section and a spring clamp section arranged between the fastening section and the support section. The end panel has a fastening section, an end section and a support section arranged between the fastening section and the end section, wherein the support section of the end panel rests on the support section of the support panel.

A further possible advantageous embodiment of the system according to the invention comprises, in addition to the first facade panel as described above, a transition panel system as at least one first panel, which has a facade section spaced from the fastening section by a first clear dimension. The transition panel system has a transition panel and a clamping element, wherein the clamping element has a support section and a clamping section and also a third spacing section arranged between the support section and the clamping section. The support section is spaced from the clamping section by a fourth clear dimension, wherein the fourth clear dimension is less than 100% of the first clear dimension and/or at least 80% of the first clear dimension. The clamping section can in particular have an oblique extension as seen from the extension of the support section and the transition panel can preferably have a terminal thickening section. In such a system, the transition panel system can in particular connect the facade formed with the facade panels according to the invention to a allow a transition above, for example to a roof section or an eave.

In particular, a clear dimension between two components or the spacing between two components by a clear dimension, in particular with regard to the first, second, third and/or fourth clear dimension, is to be understood as a length of the spacing, i.e. the shortest distance, between the two components, in particular at the adjacent end sections of both components.

Advantageously, in the system according to the invention, the at least one first panel can comprise a facade panel according to the invention or at least two, in particular a plurality of, facade panels according to the invention and the at least one second panel can comprise at least one further panel, connector panel, end panel, end panel system or transition panel system or a combination of one or more of the aforementioned panels or panel systems.

In the assembly of such a system, in particular the insertion section of the facade panel can be arranged between the clamping section of the clamping element and the transition panel, in particular the end thickening section of the transition panel, whereby in particular the insertion section is held there in a clamped manner.

The object is also achieved by a method for cladding a facade. In this case, a first facade panel according to the invention is first arranged on the facade by fixing the fastening section to the facade, in particular screwed, in particular by means of a fastening means accommodated in a recess of the fastening section, in particular by means of a self-tapping screw, for example, accommodated in a recess of the fastening section. A second facade panel according to the invention is then pushed onto the first, already fixed facade panel in such a way that the insertion section of the second facade panel is introduced into the spring clamp section of the first facade panel, so that the second Facade panel is held in place by clamping. The second facade panel can then be arranged, in particular screwed, on the facade by fixing the fastening section to the facade, in particular by means of a fastening means accommodated in a recess in the fastening section, in particular by means of a self-tapping screw, for example, accommodated in a recess in the fastening section. If necessary, at least one further facade panel can be arranged on the respective preceding facade panels in a manner analogous to the second facade panel.

Preferably, the facade is clad from top to bottom.

Preferably, the facade panel is arranged such that, in the case of a facade that extends, in particular predominantly, vertically, the fastening section is arranged below the insertion section.

Advantageously, before the first panel is fixed, a transition panel having a fastening section and a thickening section is arranged on the facade by fixing the fastening section to the facade, in particular screwed, in particular by means of a fastening means received in a recess of the fastening section, in particular by means of a self-tapping screw, for example, received in a recess of the fastening section. A clamping element having a support section and a clamping section is then inserted between the fastening section of the transition panel and the thickening section of the transition panel in such a way that a gap between the clamping section and the thickening section remains open, and the first facade panel is further pushed in the direction of the open gap arranged between the clamping section and the thickening section in such a way that the first facade panel is held between the thickening section and the clamping section. The first facade panel is then arranged on the facade by fixing the fastening section to the facade, in particular screwed, in particular by means of a Recess of the fastening section accommodated fastening means, in particular by means of a self-tapping screw, for example, accommodated in a recess of the fastening section.

In Figure 1 a facade panel 1 according to the invention is sketched in a side view. This facade panel 1 is designed in one piece, i.e. in particular from a uniform material. It can consist, for example, of a metal such as steel, aluminum, stainless steel, copper, zinc or the like, but also of plastic or the like. An insertion section 2 is formed at a first longitudinal end of the sheet-like facade panel 1. This insertion section 2 merges into a facade section 3, or the insertion section 2 is formed as an end section of the facade section 3. The facade section 3 forms the facade and is in particular flat and flat. A spring clamp section 4 adjoins the facade section 3 of the facade panel 1 in the region of a longitudinal end opposite the first longitudinal end. Furthermore, a fastening section 5 is formed which is shaped like a flange and protrudes beyond the spring clamp section 4 when viewed in the longitudinal direction. The fastening section is spaced from the facade section 3 in a direction transverse to the plane of extension of the facade section 3 by a first clear dimension 5. This is achieved by spacing sections formed in the facade panel 1 as described below:

The spring clamp section 4 is spaced apart from the facade section 3 in a direction transverse to the plane of extension of the facade section 3 by a second clear dimension 6. For this purpose, a first spacing section is formed which connects the facade section 3 to the spring clamp section 4 while forming a distance of the second clear dimension 6. Furthermore, the fastening section 5 is integrally connected to the spring clamp section 4 via a second spacing section such that the fastening section 5 is spaced from the spring clamp section 4 by a second clear dimension 8. The second 7 and the third 8 clear dimensions essentially add up to the first clear dimension 6.

The spring clamp section 4 forms a receiving pocket extending below the facade section 3, into which a further, as in Figure 1 formed facade panel 1 can be inserted with its insertion section 2 and held there in a clamped manner. Due to the spring-elastic property of the material of the facade panel 1, the spring clamp section 4, in particular with its sections adjacent to the opening of the receiving pocket, exerts a clamping pressure on the insertion section 2 of the facade panel 1 inserted there.

A facade structure formed in a corresponding manner, in particular according to a method according to the invention, is described in Figure 2 illustrated and shown in a schematic side view. A total of four facade panels 1 formed according to the invention are shown there, which are mounted in the manner described, plugged into one another. It can also be seen that the respective facade panels 1 are fixed with their fastening sections 5 to a substrate U, for example an external wall of a building, with fastening screws S being used for this purpose. In order to accommodate these fastening screws S, corresponding through or receiving openings can be provided in the fastening sections 5. The clamping plug connection between two facade panels 1 according to the invention is shown in the enlarged illustration of the Figure 2 , which is marked with b, can be seen more clearly. The fastening screws 5 are each covered by an insertion section 2 or a section of the facade section 3 or 3' of the overlying component that is immediately adjacent to it, so that in the finished structure a fastening is not visible from the outside ("invisible").

The upper and lower ends contain the Figure 2 shown structure further elements. The lower end is formed with a closing panel 9, which in Figure 3 is shown in more detail. This end panel 9 also has an insertion section 2 and a facade section 3' which is offset outwards in relation to the insertion section 2. An angled end section 10 is provided in an end section opposite the insertion section 2. In the assembled state, as shown in Figure 2 , there in particular in the enlarged detail marked with c, the end panel 9 with the insertion section 2 is pushed into the spring clamp section 4 of the lowest facade panel 1 and is held there. The end panel 9 covers the fastening screws S with which the lowest facade panel 1 is fixed. A further spacer A is arranged on the lowest fastening screw S, which rests against an inclined section 11 of the end panel 9 and thus helps to hold the end panel 9 in position.

In an upper section of the Figure 2 A transition panel system is formed in the facade or facade cladding shown, in which the uppermost facade panel 1 of the facade or facade cladding is fixed with its insertion section 2. The transition panel system, which is shown in Figure 4 shown in more detail, consists of a transition panel 12 and a clamping element 13, which are guided into one another. The transition panel 12 in turn has a facade section 3". Between this facade section 3" and a clamping section 14 of the clamping element 13, the insertion section 2 of the uppermost facade panels 1 is clamped and held there, as shown in the enlarged view marked with a in Figure 2 The transition panel 12 has a base 15 with a fastening section 16 which, as shown in Figure 2 can be seen, is also fixed to the substrate U with a fastening screw S as a fastening means, so that in this way an upper closure of the facade cladding formed from the facade panels 1 according to the invention is achieved. Furthermore, the transition panel 12 has a terminal thickening 17, which can be obtained e.g. by a folded edge of the sheet metal material from which the transition panel 12 is formed, and which is against the insertion section 2 of the facade panel 1 fixed there and thus ensures improved hold.

In the Figure 5 In the middle of the figure, a plan view of the front of a facade system is shown schematically, with the respective upper and lower ends being shown schematically in a side view at the top and bottom of the figure. In the Figure 5 a system is shown schematically in which two facade panels 1 according to the invention are arranged next to each other, wherein in the Figure 5 the two facade panels 1 are not yet arranged abutting one another to make the special design of this system easier to recognize. This shows that a connector panel 18 is arranged behind the two facade panels 1. This has a plug-in section 20 at the upper end and a reinforcing section 19 adjoining it. The connector panel 18 is approximately dimensioned such that the plug-in section 20 together with the reinforcing section 19 has an extension that essentially corresponds to the extension of the plug-in section 2 together with the facade section 3 of the facade panel 1. The two facade panels 1 are arranged together with the connector panel 18, each with the plug-in section 2 of the facade panels 1 and the plug-in section 20 of the connector panel 18, in a spring clamp section 4' of another panel 21 and held by the clamping effect of the spring clamp section 4'. As can be seen here, the connector panel 18 is equipped with a corrugation, whereby the corrugation (not visible in the front view) in the reinforcement section 19 is conical and has a greater depth than the corrugation in the plug-in section 20.

In the Figure 6 a system is shown schematically in a side view, which represents a facade cladding in which an end panel system 22 is arranged together with a facade panel 1. The insertion section 2 of the facade panel 1 is arranged in a spring clamp section 4" of the end panel system 22, so that the facade panel 1 is held by the spring clamp section 4". The end panel system 22 is connected by a mounting portion 5" of the end panel system 22, with an end portion 24 adjoining the spring clamp portion 4".

In an alternative embodiment, which is Figure 7 As shown, the end panel system 22 is formed by an end panel 23 and a support panel 26. Both the end panel 23 and the support panel 26 each have a fastening section 5", 5‴. The support panel 26 also has a spring clamp section 4‴. The insertion section 2 of the facade panel 1 is arranged in this. The support panel 26 also has a support section 27. The end panel 24 has a support section 25.
