Claims (15)
- Verfahren zum Wickelständer-Wechsel an einer Reihe von Wickelvorrichtungen (1), an die je ein Wickelständer (3) mit einem um eine Wickelachse drehbaren Wickelkern (7) angekoppelt wird und die in der Reihe derart angeordnet sind, dass angekoppelte Wickelständer (3) auf einer Seite der Reihe von Wikkelvorrichtungen (1) eine erste Wickelständerreihe (A) bilden, welches Verfahren aus einer Vielzahl von Wechselschritten besteht, wobei in jedem Wechselschritt ein an einer Wickelvorrichtung (1) angekoppelter Wickelständer (3) entkoppelt und aus der ersten Wickelständerreihe (A) entfernt wird und ein weiterer Wickelständer (3) in die erste Wickelständerreihe (A) gebracht und an die Wickelvorrichtung (1) angekoppelt wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass Wickelständer (3) für die Wickelschritte bereitgestellt werden in einer zweiten Wickelständerreihe (B), je auf diejenige Wickelvorrichtung (1) ausgerichtet, für die sie bestimmt sind, und je mit derselben Orientierung wie ein an diese Wickelvorrichtung (1) angekoppelter Wickelständer (3), wobei zwischen der ersten und der zweiten Wickelständerreihe (A und B) eine Transportgasse (10) freigehalten wird, und dass für jeden Wechselschritt ein zu entfernender Wikkelständer (3) quer zur Transportgasse (10) in die Transportgasse (10) bewegt, entlang der Transportgasse (10) transportiert und am Ende der Transportgasse (10) in einer dritten, in Richtung der Transportgasse ausgerichteten Wickelständerreihe (C) positioniert wird und ein für die betreffende Wickelvorrichtung (1) in der zweiten Wickelständerreihe (B) bereitgestellter Wickelträger (3) quer zur Transportgasse (10) über die Transportgasse (10) in die erste Wickelständerreihe (A) bewegt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die erste, zweite und dritte Wickelständerreihe (A, B, C) sowie die Transportgasse (10) parallel zueinander verlaufen.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Wikkelkerne (7) der Wickelständer (3) in den Wickelständerreihen (A, B, C) koaxial aufeinander ausgerichtet sind.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Transportschritt, in dem ein Wickelständer (3) für eine spezifische Wickelvorrichtung (1) von der zweiten in die erste Wickelständerreihe transportiert wird, gleichzeitig mit dem Transportschritt, in dem ein aus derselben Wickelvorrichtung (1) entfernter Wickelständer (3) entlang der Transportgasse (10) transportiert wird, durchgeführt wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass Wechselschritte an verschiedenen Wickelvorrichtungen (1) gleichzeitig oder einander zeitlich mindestens teilweise überlappend durchgeführt werden.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass Transportschritte, in denen Wickelständer (3) von der zweiten Wickelständerreihe (B) in die erste Wickelständerreihe (A) transportiert werden, für die Überquerung der Transportgasse (10) gegenüber Transportschritten entlang der Transportgasse (10) prioritär behandelt werden.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in allen Wickelvorrichtungen (1) Wickel (8) verarbeitet werden, dass in der zweiten Wickelständerreihe (B) mit Wickeln (8) beladene Wickelständer (3) bereitgestellt werden und dass Wickelständer (3) mit leeren Wickelkernen (7) entlang der Transportgasse (10) transportiert und in der dritten Wickelständerreihe (C) positioniert werden.
- Einrichtung zum Wickelständer-Wechsel an einer Reihe von Wickelvorrichtungen (1), an die je ein Wickelständer (3) mit einem um eine Wickelachse drehbaren Wickelkern (7) ankoppelbar ist und die in der Reihe derart angeordnet sind, dass angekoppelte Wickelständer (3) auf einer Seite der Reihe von Wickelvorrichtungen (1) eine erste Wickelständerreihe (A) bilden, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass für die Bereitstellung von Wickelständern (3) Platz für eine zweite Wickelständerreihe (B) vorgesehen ist sowie eine zwischen der ersten und der zweiten Wickelständerreihe (A und B) verlaufende Transportgasse (10) und Platz für eine dritte in Richtung der Transportgasse (10) verlaufende und an das Ende der Transportgasse (10) anschliessende Wickelständerreihe (C) und dass die Einrichtung ein die erste und die zweite Wickelständerreihe (A und B) miteinander verbindendes Quertransportmittel für Transportschritte in zwei Richtungen quer zu den Wickelständerreihen (A und B) und über die Transportgasse (10) und ein Längstransportmittel (30) für Transportschritte längs der Transportgasse (10) in einer Richtung gegen die dritte Wickelständerreihe (C) und für die Positionierung von Wickelständern in der dritten Wickelständerreihe (C) aufweist.
- Einrichtung nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Längstransportmittel (30) ein sich über die ganze Länge der Transportgasse (10) und der dritten Wickelständerreihe (C) erstreckendes Transportorgan aufweist.
- Einrichtung nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Transportorgan des Längstransportmittels (30) ein umlaufend angetriebenes Transportband, eine angetriebene oder eine gegen die dritte Wickelständerreihe (C) abfallende Rollenbahn oder einen gegen die dritte Wickelständerreihe (C) abfallenden Schienenstrang aufweist.

- Einrichtung nach Anspruch 11 und 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jedes Quertransportmodul (20) auf beiden Seiten des Längstransportmittels (30) je einen Zugwagen (40, 42) mit einer darauf hebbar montierten Rollenbahn (41) und eine im Bereich des Längstransportmittels (30) stationär angeordnete, hebbare Rollenbahn (43) aufweist.
