Description
Claims (8)
- Einrichtung zur Feststellung der Verriegelungslage oder der Verschiebeendlage eines fluidbetriebenen Zylinderkolbenaggregates eines Weichenantriebes, bei welcher vom Verschiebeweg abhängige Schalter (30) vorgesehen sind, welche zwei miteinander zusammenwirkende Kontakte (31,32) aufweisen, wobei ein Kontakt (31) axial in Richtung des Verschiebeweges des Kolbens (10) beweglich und ein weiterer Kontakt (32) ortsfest gelagert ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die miteinander zusammenwirkenden Kontakte (31,32) über einen definierten axialen Bereich elektrisch miteinander verbunden sind und bei Verschiebung eines Kontaktes (31) über einen den definierten axialen Bereich übersteigenden Weg außer Eingriff gelangen.
- Einrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der eine Kontakt (31) als quer zur Achse des Kolbens (10) orientierte Ringfläche (35) und daß der andere Kontakt (32) als radial einwärts ragende Feder insbesondere Blattfeder (32) ausgebildet ist, wobei die Projektion eines radial inneren Bereiches der Feder (32) in axialer bzw. Verschieberichtung innerhalb der Stirnfläche (35) des als Ringfläche ausgebildeten Kontaktes (31) liegt.
- Einrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein Kontakt als Hülse mit einer axialen Öffnung oder als Ringnut (42) mit in axialer Richtung weisender Öffnung und daß der andere Kontakt als in axialer Richtung vorragender Stift oder Buchse (41) ausgebildet ist, welche(r) bei axialer Verschiebung eines Kontaktes in die Hülse oder Ringnut (42) des anderen Kontaktes eintaucht.
- Einrichtung nach Anspruch 1, 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kontakte (31,32) in einem gegenüber dem Fluidraum für den Antrieb des Kolbens (10) abgedichteten Raum angeordnet sind.
- Einrichtung nach Anspruch 2 oder Ansprüche 2 und 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Stirnfläche (35) des Kontaktringes als Konusfläche mit zur Achse des Kontaktringes geneigten Erzeugenden ausgebildet ist.
- Einrichtung nach Anspruch 2 oder Ansprüche 2 und 4 oder 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der oder die federnden Kontakte (32) in radialer Richtung verstellbar und festlegbar angeordnet ist (sind).
- Einrichtung nach Anspruch 2 oder Ansprüche 2 und 4, 5 oder 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die radialen einwärts ragenden federnden Kontakte (32) in einer Aufnahmeöffnung (34) oder Bohrung angeordnet sind, deren lichte Weite größer ist als die Dicke des federnden Kontaktes (32) in Richtung der Verschiebebewegung bzw. der Schwenkbewegung des federnden Kontaktes (32).
- Einrichtung nach Anspruch 3 oder Ansprüche 3 und 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der eine Ringnut (42) aufweisende Kontakt oder der in die Ringnut (42) eintauchende Kontakt federnde Kontaktflächen trägt.
