Claims (13)
- Verfahren zum Erzeugen von Spot-Lackierungen auf Bedruckstoffen in großformatigen Druckmaschinen, bei dem durch Aufbringen einer Farbschicht ein Druckbild auf dem Bedruckstoff erzeugt wird
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
mit einer universell einsetzbaren Flachdruckplatte eine ganzflächige Lackierung des Druckbildes erfolgt, wobei ein Lack verwendet wird, der mit der aus mindestens zwei Farbsystemen bestehenden Farbschicht zusammenwirkt und das Druckbild dahingehend verändert, dass in ihrem Glanzgrad divergierende Bereiche entstehen . - Verfahren zum Erzeugen von Spot-Lackierungen auf Bedruckstoffen nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine abgedruckte Offsetdruckplatte verwendet wird.
- Verfahren zum Erzeugen von Spot-Lackierungen auf Bedruckstoffen nach den Ansprüchen 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das betreffende Farbsystem mit der Lackschicht physikalisch und/oder chemisch zusammenwirkt.
- Verfahren zum Erzeugen von Spot-Lackierungen auf Bedruckstoffen nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass nach dem Aufbringen der Farbsysteme diese durch Härten und/oder Trocknen verfahrenstechnisch unterschiedlich behandelt werden.
- Verfahren zum Erzeugen von Spot-Lackierungen auf Bedruckstoffen nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Farbsysteme hinsichtlich ihrer Lack-Resorptionsfähigkeit voneinander abweichen.
- Verfahren zum Erzeugen von Spot-Lackierungen auf Bedruckstoffen nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Glanzgrad umgekehrt proportional zur Resorptionsfähigkeit des Farbsystems zum Lack ist, wobei bei Farbschichten mit Farbsystemen geringerer Resorptionsfähigkeit mehr Lack an deren Oberfläche verbleibt und bei Farbschichten aus Farbsystemen höherer Resorptionsfähigkeit ein höherer Anteil von der Farbschicht aufgenommen wird.
- Verfahren zum Erzeugen von Spot-Lackierungen auf Bedruckstoffen nach den vorangehenden Ansprüchen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die glanzbestimmenden Bestandteile des Lackes von der Farbschicht aufgenommen werden.
- Verfahren zum Erzeugen von Spot-Lackierungen auf Bedruckstoffen nach den vorangehenden Ansprüchen dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der verwendete Lack farblos ist.
- Verfahren zum Erzeugen von Spot-Lackierungen auf Bedruckstoffen nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eines der Farbsysteme aus Hybridfarben besteht, die anteilig eine unter Strahlung härtende Farbe enthält und die anderen Farbsysteme aus für den Offsetdruck typischen Farben bestehen.
- Verfahren zum Erzeugen von Spot-Lackierungen auf Bedruckstoffen nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Lack unter Strahlungseinwirkung ausgehärtet wird.
- Verfahren zum Erzeugen von Spot-Lackierungen auf Bedruckstoffen nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sowohl die Hybridfarben als auch der Lack unter UV-Licht aushärten.
- Einrichtung zum Durchführen des in den vorhergehenden Verfahrensansprüchen beschriebenen Verfahrens zum Erzeugen von Spot-Lackierungen auf Bedruckstoffen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine konventionelle Druckmaschine, bestehend aus mindestens zwei Drucktürmen (31, 32, 33, 34) zum Verdrucken von mindestens zwei Farbsystemen angeordnet ist, den Druckwerken (31, 32, 33, 34) optional Trockner (111) zugeordnete sind und zum Aufbringen der finalen Lackschicht den Druckwerken (31, 32, 33, 34) eine Lackiereinrichtung (4) nachgeordnet ist.
- Einrichtung nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass als Lackiereinrichtung ein Lackturm (4), ausgestattet mit einem Lackformzylinder (8), einer Rasterwalze (9) und einer Kammerrakel (10), angeordnet ist.
