Claims (26)
- Transporteinheit (1) für den Untertagebergbau, welche mit einer Aufnahme (11) für ein Elektrokabel versehen ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in der Transporteinheit (1) wenigstens eine drehbar gelagerte Kabeltrommel (11) angeordnet ist, deren Drehachse (12) sich in Transportrichtung der Transporteinheit (1) erstreckt.
- Transporteinheit nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in Transportrichtung mehrere Kabeltrommeln hintereinander angeordnet sind.
- Transporteinheit nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Erstreckung der Kabeltrommel (11) in Richtung der Drehachse (12) größer ist als ihr Durchmesser.
- Transporteinheit nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kabeltrommel (11) über Endscheiben (14, 15) auf Lagerwalzen (16, 17) gelagert ist.
- Transporteinheit nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Lagerwalzen (16, 17) im unteren Bereich der Kabeltrommel (11) angeordnet sind.
- Transporteinheit nach Anspruch 4 oder 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sich die Lagerwalzen (16, 17) über die gesamte Länge der Kabeltrommel (11) erstrekken.
- Transporteinheit nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kabeltrommel (11) mit einem Antriebsmotor (18) verbunden ist.
- Transporteinheit nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Antriebsmotor (18) im Bereich einer der stirnseitigen Enden der Kabeltrommel (11) angeordnet ist.
- Transporteinheit nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine Führungseinrichtung (25, 30) zum Führen des Elektrokabels auf die Kabeltrommel (11) und von dieser herunter vorgesehen ist, die über die Länge der Kabeltrommel (11) verfahrbar ist.
- Transporteinheit nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Führungseinrichtung eine Führungsöse (30) aufweist.
- Transporteinheit nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Führungsöse (30) von zwei Rollenpaaren (26, 27, 28, 29) begrenzt ist.
- Transporteinheit nach Anspruch 10 oder 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Führungsöse (30) an einem Schlitten (25) angeordnet ist.
- Transporteinheit nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Schlitten (25) auf Führungsstangen (23, 24) gelagert ist, die sich parallel zur Drehachse (12) der Kabeltrommel (11) erstrecken.
- Transporteinheit nach Anspruch 12 oder 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein Schlittenantrieb (18) zum Verfahren des Schlittens (25) vorgesehen ist.
- Transporteinheit nach Anspruch 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Schlitten (25) derart mit dem Schlittenantrieb (18) gekoppelt ist, daß er während des Auf- und Abrollvorgangs in beiden Richtungen verfahren wird.
- Transporteinheit nach Anspruch 13 und 14 oder 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß parallel zu den Führungsstangen (23, 24) eine Spindel (31) gelagert ist, die mit dem Schlitten (25) in Eingriff steht und mit dem Schlittenantrieb (18) Verbindung hat.
- Transporteinheit nach einem der Ansprüche 14 bis 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Antriebsmotor (18) gleichzeitig auch den Schlittenantrieb bildet.
- Transporteinheit nach Anspruch 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Antriebsmotor (18) über eine Antriebskette bzw. Antriebsketten (20, 34) mit der Kabeltrommel (11) und der Spindel (31) verbunden ist.
- Transporteinheit nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 18, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sich parallel zur Drehachse (12) der Kabeltrommel (11) eine Führungswalze (36) erstreckt, die zwischen sich und der Kabeltrommel (11) einen Spalt freiläßt.
- Transporteinheit nach mindestens den Ansprüchen 9 und 19, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Führungswalze (36) im oberen Bereich in Drehrichtung nach der Führungseinrichtung (25, 30) angeordnet ist.
- Transporteinheit nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 20, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Transporteinheit (1) ein Unterteil (42) und ein Oberteil (41) aufweist, wobei das Oberteil (41) von dem Unterteil (42) abnehmbar oder wegklappbar ist und derart ausgebildet ist, daß die Kabeltrommel (11) bei abgenommenem bzw. weggeklapptem Oberteil (41) aus dem Unterteil (42) entnehmbar ist.
- Transporteinheit nach Anspruch 21, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß Oberteil (41) und Unterteil (42) eine horizontale Trennebene (A-B) haben.
- Transporteinheit nach Anspruch 22, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Trennebene (A-B) in der Achse (12) der Kabeltrommel (11) liegt.
- Transporteinheit nach einem der Ansprüche 21 bis 23, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Transporteinheit (1) einen Transportrahmen mit eckseitigen Vertikalstreben (43) aufweist und daß die Vertikalstreben (43) in obere Strebenabschnitte (44), die zu dem Oberteil (41) gehören, und in untere Strebenabschnitte (45) unterteilt sind, die zu dem Unterteil (42) gehören, wobei die oberen und unteren Strebenabschnitte (44, 45) lösbar miteinander verbunden sind.
- Transporteinheit nach Anspruch 24, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die oberen und unteren Strebenabschnitte (44, 45) über eine Bolzenverbindung gekoppelt sind, bei denen ein Verbindungsbolzen (53) entfernbar ist.
- Transporteinheit nach Anspruch 25, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Bolzenverbindungen sich überlappende Laschen (47, 48, 49) aufweisen, die in gekoppeltem Zustand miteinander fluchtende Löcher (50, 51, 52) für die Verbindungsbolzen (53) aufweisen.
