Definitions
- the invention relates to a glove with stiffening strips, at which the stiffening strip consists of lined up links, from each of which two adjacent links via a rotary connection are connected and face each other stop surfaces that when the two adjacent links are in a stretched position are laid.
- a glove that sits on one hand covers and should cover joints As far as possible, do not impair the mobility of the hand in the joints.
- the joints of the hand naturally allow a forward rotation to and are limited in reverse rotation. Will the Limitation of reverse rotation overcome with force, so breaks the joint or other part of the hand.
- For many purposes of gloves there is a risk that - on those with the glove provided hand an excessive force is exerted, which is the limit the reverse rotation as far as given by the hand itself is overcomes. This danger is e.g. B. in a goalkeeper glove or given a construction worker work glove.
- the slewing rings are each designed as bending areas, that of one going over the stiffening strip inner material layer are formed, which otherwise carries the limbs. Two adjacent links face each other, which the Form contact surfaces.
- This stiffening strip can be manufactured economically.
- the bending areas must be designed relatively strong, as they should not only hold the limbs together, but also tearing stresses and have to absorb the oversized powers that are on overcoming the limitation of reverse rotation are. As a result, the bending areas set a significant turning Rotational resistance against that of the one wearing the glove Hand to be overcome.
- the glove has because of the stiffness of the bending areas when bending and stretching because of the Bending areas do additional work, causing fatigue Hand contributes.
- WO-A-950945 describes a body protection with stiffening strips, where the stiffening strip consists of lined up links, of which two adjacent links each over one Slewing rings are interconnected and each other Face the contact surfaces when the two are in the extended position adjacent links are placed against each other, the Slewing rings each as a swivel joint within one of the two neighboring links designed with pivot and bearing cavity are.
- An object of the invention is therefore a glove of the beginning to create the type mentioned, in which the slewing rings of Stiffening strips are designed to run more smoothly.
- the invention Glove is as designed in claim 1.
- the swivel joint ensures, with the appropriate design, a smooth rotation of the two adjacent links against each other.
- a contribution of the stiffening strip to hand fatigue is avoided in the glove according to the invention.
- the swivel is known per se and has the pivot and the bearing cavity on, with the pivot in the bearing cavity rotatably housed is.
- the glove according to the invention is usually a Sports glove and primarily a goalkeeper glove, because one Sports glove the smooth rotation of the stiffening strip is of increased importance.
- the stiffening strip is e.g. B. assigned to the wrist, the glove also covering the Wrist extends to the forearm. As a rule, the stiffening strip however assigned to the joints of a finger, whereby it extends from the end of the finger to the back of the hand.
- the links are block-like structures that are side by side are arranged, and not gutters that are mutually exclusive overlap. As a result, the abutment surfaces are transverse to the longitudinal extent and not in the direction of the longitudinal extension of the stiffening strip arranged.
- the slewing rings are not one inner layer of the glove formed on the gutter structure are attached by means of eyelets. Rather, the slewing rings are from the swivel joints formed, which is a relatively precise, not loose or lokkere Ensure the links are guided together.
- each two adjacent links the swivel joint on one link Provides provided hinge part and one provided on the other link forms the second hinge part
- the two hinge parts are designed differently, and if each one link is provided on both sides with the first swivel part and the other Link is provided on both sides with the second swivel part.
- the swivel joint is provided on one link forms the first swivel part and one provided on the other link Forms hinge part, the two hinge parts being different are designed, and if each link on the one hand with a first Pivot part and on the other hand with a second pivot part is provided. This simplifies the manufacture of the with the swivel joints provided links and the assembly of the links to the stiffening strip.
- the two Ends of the stiffening strip are each formed by a link, that forms a joint part at the free end.
- This one at the free end, unused joint part does not bother as it is covered in the glove and avoids the use of a special link that one end is free of the joint part.
- each swivel joint on the one hand an approach with two of these protruding sideways coaxial trunnion and on the other hand one of the two Trunnion and the end of the bearing cavity and a forms the recess receiving the approach.
- the glove according to the drawing is a goalkeeper glove and forms a plate area 1, four forefinger areas 2, a thumb area 3 and a wrist area 4, which a Velcro 5 for tightly attach the glove to a human, not shown Has hand.
- the human hand forms in the forefinger areas 2 and the thumb area 3 through in the positions Arrows indicated fore joints 6, middle joints 7 and root joints 8.
- the glove includes an upper hand part that covers the forefinger areas 2, the thumb area 3 and the plate area 1 with and an inner layer 9 turned towards the hand and one towards the outside of the glove turned outer layer 10 forms. For every forefinger area 2 and the thumb area 3 is between the inner layer 9 and the outer layer 10 is embedded a stiffening strip 11, which Links 12 is composed.
- the links 12 are each of identical design and are individual put together like a chain or assembled to each other by means of Swivel joints 13.
- Each link forms a block-like body 14, in on the one hand a bearing cavity 15 of the swivel joint 13 is provided is and on the other hand provided as a projection pivot 16 are.
- the protrusion includes a central projection 17 which the two Pivots 16 protrudes laterally.
- the body 14 is with a Provide recess 18 which the approach 17 in the bearing cavity 15th lets happen.
- the bearing cavity 15 and the pivot pin 16 extend crosswise to the longitudinal extension of the stiffening strip 11.
- the stiffening strip 11 forms an inner side 19, towards which the Swivel joint 13 is arranged and towards the stiffening strip is bent or curved.
- 3 - 6 are three links 12 of the stiffening strip 11 in one slightly curved or bent position of the stiffening strip shown.
- the pivot pins 16 on the extension 17 are coaxial provided and the approach extends across its breadth over more than a third of the width of the link 12.
- the pivots 16 have Distance from the body 14. In the curved position, the Lugs 17 more or less lifted out of the recesses 18. 4, two adjacent links 12 turn each other End faces to the wedge-shaped gap in the bent position 20 limit between themselves and with the stiffening strip in the extended position lie against one another as stop faces 21. It is the recess 18 can be seen in the body 14.
- the link 12 forms on the inner side 19 opposite side in the middle one to the inner side parallel surface 22 and adjoining it laterally on both sides inclined surface 23 so that the thickness of the link 12 to the two sides decreases.
- Fig. 5 illustrates when the stiffening strip is in a curved position the position of two adjacent links 12 to one another and the position of the swivel 13.
- Fig. 7 - 10 illustrate the link of the stiffening strip 11.
- Das Link 12 is provided with snap locking means 24, 25 by the Width of access 25 to the bearing cavity 15 is slightly less than that Diameter 24 of the pivot to be inserted through the access 25 16.
- the pivot 16 is expanded with increased force of access into the bearing cavity 15 and this can also under the stresses to which the stiffening strip 11 is exposed is, do not leave again.
- the link 12 according to FIGS. 11-14 or the associated stiffening strip is in accordance with the drawing description belonging to FIGS. 2-10 trained and this drawing description is also on Fig. 11-14 read.
- the link 12 according to FIGS. 11-14 is so far developed further than one in the approach 17 from the inner side 19 to has outer guide channel 26 and in the Recess 18 is provided with a guide pin 27. Become two Stuck together, then the guide pin 27 enters the Guide channel 26. This design hinders the rotation of the two Links about the axis of the pivot 16 not, but supports the Prevention of undesired rotation of the links around the longitudinal axis of the stiffening strip up to today.
- the body 14 is with additional Cavities 28 provided to the weight of the body Reduce.
