Definitions
- the present invention is based on a corresponding to the preamble of Main claim designed electrical circuitry.
- Such circuit arrangements are intended to a certain functional state of one of two different functional states having electrical system permanently. This is e.g. B. thereby possible that the system for initiating the two Functional states a power switching device is directly assigned, one to implement each of the two functional states To be reached from a starting position, executed in a latching manner Has switching position.
- DE 198 45 135 A1 is one with several Triggering of various functions provided switching devices provided electrical circuitry become known, being in a control stage there, a memory module designed as an EEPROM is integrated, in which an assignment table is stored, that of each one Switching device one of the respective switching device and / or of the Control level function to be influenced from a number of functions assigns.
- JP 09 298020 A has disclosed an electrical circuit arrangement which has the features of the upper grip of claim 1.
- the electrical system which is preferably associated with a water treatment plant, is to be influenced by a plurality of control stages, each control stage being assigned a switching device which has a switching element which can be actuated by touch and whose switching state is stored by a flip / flop which is integrated in a switching module and is formed from EEPROM cells.
- each control stage is provided with a microcomputer and connected to the electrical system via two signal outputs and a two-wire data bus line, which represents a very considerable outlay.
- the present invention is based on the object suitable for electrical systems present in motor vehicles
- To create circuitry with electronic function storage in the event of an external or internal fault - such as a power failure or Line interruption - the previously existing functional status via a is retained for almost any length of time.
- an advantage of such a construction of an electrical circuit arrangement is that it can be implemented with relatively simple means, which only require a very small amount of space.
- This bistable electronic switching module is in proven process technology with an SO-8 housing, from which the input Vdd via a Limiting resistor BW is connected to the supply voltage U in such a way that in the event of an overvoltage, the power loss that is implemented can be limited.
- This working voltage is transferred to the internal via internal switching means SM Supply input Vc led to one for short-term stabilization the working capacitor C1 provided on the one hand is connected, on the other hand both with the GND ground connection is also directly connected to ground.
- the output OUT of the switching module is then led to connection A of the control stage ST.
- the two Connections L1, L0 commonly referred to as SET, RESET inputs are located in their connecting lines VL1, VL2 Series resistors VW1, VW2 and the associated LEDs LD1, LD2 together on the positive pole (+) of the power supply connected, with those working in the visible wave spectrum
- Light-emitting diodes preferably the one light-emitting diode LD1 light rays in the red Wavelength range and the other light emitting diode LD2 light rays in the green Wavelength range emitted.
- the switching device SV with the two switching elements SV1, SV2 to be actuated by touching is then connected to the two inputs L1, L0 of the switching module SB or to the connecting lines VL1, VL2 assigned to the same. It is thereby achieved that the state "1" is caused by the actuation of the switching element SV1 at the output A of the switching module SB, while the state "0" is generated when the switching element SV2 is actuated at the output A.
- the respective state assumed is then identified by the associated light-emitting diode.
- the electronic switching component SB which is designed in particular as an ASIC, is included the non-volatile flip / flop F / F, advantageously formed from three EEPROM cells. These three EEPROM cells are set in one of their two possible states via a control element AO by a control logic SL connected to the switching elements SV1, SV2. An evaluation stage AS downstream of the three EEPROM cells uses a test component PK to determine whether all the cells are in the same state.
- the control output SL brings the signal output A to the signal potential defined for this purpose by correspondingly influencing an assigned electronic switching element SG.
- a probability component WK is assigned to the EEPROM cells, by means of which a majority decision is made. This is relevant in the event that a fault has occurred during the change in the state of the EEPROM cells, in which case the state assumed by the majority of the cells, ie by two cells, is then likely to be correct.
- the probability component WK directly influences the switching element SG assigned to the signal output A.

Description
Dabei zeigen:
- Fig. 1:
- die erfindungsgemäße Schaltungsanordnung mit vier Steuerstufen;
- Fig. 2:
- eine der Steuerstufen der Schaltungsanordnung nach Fig. 1 mit einer zugehörigen Schaltvorrichtung;
