Claims (12)
- Spender für Medien, insbesondere fließfähige Pharmazeutika, mit einer Pumpe (19), die zum Ansaugen wenigstens einen Ansaughub benötigt und mit einer insbesondere als Sprühdüse ausgebildeten Austragöffnung (14), die vor einer Nutzausgabe des Mediums von einer Schutzkappe (38) überdeckt ist, gekennzeichnet durch eine Ansaugbetätigung bei aufgesetzter Schutzkappe (38) sicherstellende Verriegelungsmittel (40).
- Spender nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verriegelungmittel (40) die Schutzkappe (38) auf dem Spender (11) bis zur Durchführung wenigstens eines Ansaughubes verriegeln.
- Spender nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verriegelungsmittel (40) zur Blockierung der Betätigung der Pumpe (19) bei abgenommener Schutzkappe (38) ausgebildet sind, bevor nicht eine vorgegebene Anzahl von Ansaughüben bei aufgesetzter Schutzkappe (38) vorgenommen ist.
- Spender nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verriegelungsmittel (40) von einer elektrischen Betätigungs- bzw. Betätigungsfreigabeschaltung (26) betätigt werden bzw. eine elektrische Schutzkappenverriegelung aufweisen.
- Spender nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Betätigungs- bzw. Betätigungsfreigabeschaltung (26) zu einer zeitabhängigen Betätigungssperrschaltung gehört.
- Spender nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verriegelungsmittel (40) eine mechanisch lösbare Sperre (32, 37; 50, 70, 73) und/oder einen Abwurfmechanismus für die Schutzkappe (38) aufweisen.
- Spender nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Sperre (70 - 73) in Form einer durch Betätigungshübe weiterschaltbaren Zählvorrichtung ausgebildet ist.
- Spender nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verriegelungsmittel feuchtigkeitsabhängige Bauteile aufweisen, die vorzugsweise bei Medienkontakt geänderte elektrische Eigenschaften aufweisen und mit einer elektrischen Betätigungs- bzw. Betätigungsfreigabeschaltung (26) bzw. Schutzkappenverriegelung zusammenwirken.
- Spender nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die feuchtigkeitsabhängigen Bauteile (60) bei Medienkontakt geänderte mechanische Eigenschaften aufweisen und insbesondere nach Feuchtigkeitsaufnahme eine Schutzkappenverriegelung freigeben.
- Spender nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schutzkappe Speichermittel (44, 45), ggf. mit einem schaumartigen Element, für beim Ansaughub ausgegebenes Medium enthält, das vorzugsweise als Filterelement mit Entlüftung nach außen ausgebildet ist.
- Verfahren zum Austragen von Medien, insbesondere fließfähigen Pharmazeutika, mit einer Pumpe (19), die zum Ansaugen wenigstens einen Ansaughub benötigt, und mit einer insbesondere als Sprühdüse ausgebildeten Austragöffnung (14), die vor einer Nutzausgabe des Mediums von einer Schutzkappe (38) überdeckt wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das bei dem wenigstens einen Ansaughub gegebenenfalls geförderte Medium in die Schutzkappe (38) ausgetragen wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das bei dem wenigstens einen Ansaughub gegebenenfalls geforderte Medium in einem Speicher (44, 45) innerhalb der Schutzkappe (38) aufgenommen wird.
