Claims (5)
- Entleer- und Befüllvorrichtung für Kühlsysteme, umfassend ein Pumpenaggregat (2) und eine Messeinrichtung (3), bestehend aus einer Anzahl verschiedener Instrumente zur Druckmessung, wobei das Pumpenaggregat (2) und die Messeinrichtung (3) miteinander und eventuell mit einer Quelle eines druckbeaufschlagten Kältegases in einer Arbeitsbeziehung stehen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Pumpenaggregat (2) mit der Messeinrichtung (3) über eine starre Leitung (8), welche die Messeinrichtung (3) relativ zu dem Pumpenaggregat (2) stützt, verbunden ist, wobei die starre Leitung (8), die am Ende mit der Messeinrichtung (3) verbunden ist, mit einem ortsfesten und starren Drehanschlussstück (18) versehen ist, um ein einfacheres Anschließen und Trennen der Messeinrichtung (3) zu ermöglichen.
- Entleer- und Befüllvorrichtung für Kühlsysteme nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Drehanschlussstück (18) einen ersten gerändelten Drehabschnitt (19) umfasst, der in direktem Kontakt mit der Messeinrichtung (3) steht und eine innendichtung (20) aufweist, wobei der Drehabschnitt (19) im Inneren eines zweiten Verlängerungsabschnitts (21) endet, der über einen Anzapfanschluss (22) mit der starren Leitung (8) in einer Strömungsverbindung steht.
- Entleer- und Befüllvorrichtung für Kühlsysteme nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Pumpenaggregat (2) mit einem Unterdruckanzeiger (11) und einem elektromagnetischen Ventil (10), das mit einer Vakuumpumpe (9) verbunden ist, versehen ist, um die Dichtigkeit der Kühlsysteme zu überprüfen.
- Entleer- und Befüllvorrichtung für Kühlsysteme nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Quelle eines druckbeaufschlagten Kältegases wenigstens einen Zylinder (17) mit druckbeaufschlagtem Kältegas umfasst, der mit einem Gewichtsmessmittel verbunden ist, um das Gewicht des Gases zu prüfen, das von dem Zylinder (17) in die Kühlsysteme eingeleitet wird.
- Entleer- und Befüllvorrichtung für Kühlsysteme nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Gewichtsmessmittel eine elektronische Waage (16) - auch von einem programmierbaren Typ - umfasst.
