Abstract
Description
Gesteinfräsen dienen. Ein weiteres Anwendungsgebiet liegt auf dem Gebiet der Dekontaminierung von ölverseuchten Böden, wenn diese steinhaltig sind. Die bekannte Öl/Erde-Trennung in Scheibenseparatoren und ähnlichen Zentrifugalmaschinen stößt dann auf Schwierigkeiten, wenn die Erde stark steinhaltig ist. In diesem Falle kann das öl- und steinhaltige Bodenmaterial mit dem erfindungsgemäßen Fräsbrecher aufgenommen und durchgearbeitet werden. Das so behandelte Erdmaterial kann dann in einem Scheibenseparator ohne wesentlichen Verschleiß dekontaminiert werden.
Claims (11)
- Fräsbrecher, insbesondere für den Straßen- und Wegebau, mit einem Gestell, einem an dem Gestell angebrachten Gehäuse, einer angetriebenen, mit Fräsmeißeln bestückten Fräswalze in dem Gehäuse und wenigstens einer in dem Gehäuse angeordneten, mit der Fräswalze zusammenwirkenden Brecherleiste, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daßder Abstand der Seitenwände (3,3') des Gehäuses durch erste Stellmittel (8,9) veränderbar ist,die Seitenwände (3,3') sich gegenüberstehende, mit den beiden Enden der Fräswalze (5) in Eingriff bringbare Drehkörper (15) aufweisen, von denen wenigstens einer an einen Drehantrieb (16) angeschlossen ist, unddie Drehkörper (15)a) an den Seitenwänden (3,3') angebracht sind und an jeder Seitenwand eine durch zweite Stellmittel (20) aus- und einfahrbare Kufe (17) vorgesehen ist oderb) in an den Seitenwänden (3,3') angelenkten Schwingen (40) angebracht sind, die durch dritte Stellmittel (43) schwenkbar sind.
- Fräsbrecher nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Seitenwände (3,3') durch eine oder mehrere Teleskopführungen (6,7) verschiebbar geführt sind und die ersten Stellmittel (8,9) wenigstens eine hydraulische Kolben/Zylindereinheit sind.
- Fräsbrecher nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Abstand der Seitenwände (3,3') und ihre Position relativ zum Gestell (2) durch das erste Stellmittel (8,9) veränderbar sind.
- Fräsbrecher nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kufe (17) in einer Führung (18) auf der Innenseite der Seitenwand (3 bzw. 3') verschiebbar geführt ist.
- Fräsbrecher nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das zweite Stellmittel (20) eine an der Seitenwand (3,3') angebrachte hydraulische Kolben/Zylindereinheit ist, deren Kolbenstange (20a) mit der Kufe (17) verbunden ist.
- Fräsbrecher nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kufe (17) eine Längsaussparung (17c) für den Durchtritt des Drehkörpers (15) aufweist
- Fräsbrecher nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Seitenwand (3,3') im Schwenkbereich der Schwinge (40) eine Aussparung (3a) und eine Führung (41) für den von dem Schwenkpunkt (42) entfernten Bereich (40a) der Schwinge (40) hat.
- Fräsbrecher nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3 oder 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das an der Schwinge (40) angreifende dritte Stellmittel (43) eine hydraulische Kolben/Zylindereinheit ist.
- Fräsbrecher nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Rückwand des Gehäuses in Querrichtung unterteilt ist und die Rückwandteile (31,32) gelenkig verbunden und durch siebente Stellmittel (34 bzw. 36) ausschwenkbar sind.
- Fräsbrecher nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in einem Teil (31) der Rückwand ein Beschickungstrichter (38) enthalten ist.
- Fräsbrecher nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß er von Wankbewegungen seines Fahrwerks entkoppelt ist.
