Description

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Blisterkartonverpackung für empfindliches Packgut mit leichtflüchtigen und/oder feuchtigkeitsempfindlichen Komponenten in einer das Eindringen von Feuchtigkeit und/oder das Austreten flüchtiger Komponenten verhindernden Ausführung, umfassend eine in an sich bekannter Weise entweder einteilig oder z.B. als Faltkarte zweiteilig ausgebildete Blisterkarte als Träger einer das Packgut enthaltenden Blisterhaube aus transparentem Material, die durch wenigstens einen Siegellackfilm miteinander verbunden sind.
Blisterverpackungen sind in einer Vielzahl von Ausführungsformen seit langem bekannt (Siehe zum Beispiel EP 0 771 737 A).
Am häufigsten sind so genannte Tablettenblisterpackungen für Tabletten oder Kapseln im Handel vorhanden, die aus einem Tiefziehblister mit einer Vielzahl von Aufnahmemulden aus transparentem Material und einer Rückseite aus Aluminiumfolie bestehen. Sie sind besonders geeignet für Darreichungsformen, die beispielsweise ein- oder mehrmals am Tage über einen längeren Therapiezeitraum eingenommen werden.
Die Entnahme der Medikamente erfolgt mittels Durchdrücken durch die Aluminiumfolie, die schon bei geringem Druck zum Platzen gebracht wird.
Derartige Verpackungen sind allerdings für größere zu verpackende Gegenstände ungeeignet.
Bekannt sind darüber hinaus Blisterkartonverpackungen, die aus einem Tiefziehblister in Form einer dem Packgut größenmäßig angepaßten Haube aus transparentem Material bestehen und als Rückseite mit einem Karton ausgestattet sind.
Solche Blisterkartonverpackungen sind jedoch für empfindliches Packgut mit leichtflüchtigen und/oder feuchtigkeitsempfindlichen Komponenten ungeeignet. Die Rückseite aus Karton besitzt nämlich eine hohe Wasserdampfdurchlässigkeit von etwa 10 g H2O/m2 x h, so daß solche Verpackungen das in ihnen enthaltene Packgut nicht wirksam gegen äußere Einflüsse oder Wirkstoffverlust bei der Lagerung schützen können.
Der vorliegenden Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, eine Blisterkartonverpackung für empfindliches Packgut mit leichtflüchtigen und/oder feuchtigkeitsempfindlichen Komponenten zur Verfügung zu stellen, die das Austreten der flüchtigen Inhaltsstoffe, insbesondere flüchtiger Wirkstoffkomponenten, und das Eindringen von substanzverändernder Feuchtigkeit verhindert. Darüber hinaus soll die neue Verpackung unkompliziert und zur Herstellung auf üblichen Verpackungsvorrichtungen geeignet sein.
Die Lösung der Aufgabe gelingt bei einer Blisterkartonverpackung nach Anspruch 1.
Zur Lösung der Aufgabe wird bei einer Blisterkartonverpakkung der eingangs genannten Art für empfindliches Packgut mit leichtflüchtigen und/oder feuchtigkeitsempfindlichen Komponenten mit der Erfindung vorgeschlagen, daß zwischen der Blisterkarte und der Blisterhaube eine für Wasserdampf und flüchtige Komponenten impermeable Sperrschicht angeordnet und einerseits mit der Blisterkarte und andererseits mit der Blisterhaube durch wenigstens einen Siegelrandbeutellack-Haftklebefilm mediendicht verbunden ist.
Durch den erfindungsgemäßen Aufbau der Blisterkartonverpakkung wird in überraschend unkomplizierter und wirkungsvoller Weise ein Verpackungssystem für empfindliches Packgut mit einem erheblichen Schutzfaktor für leichtflüchtige und/oder feuchtigkeitsempfindliche Inhaltsstoffe geschaffen, welches sich im industriellen Maßstab mit üblichen Verpackungsvorrichtungen problemlos verarbeiten läßt.
Eine Ausgestaltung der Blisterkartonverpackung sieht erfindungsgemäß vor, daß die Sperrschicht eine Kunststofffolie ist, die über eine genügende Sperrfunktion gegenüber Wasserdampf und leichtflüchtigen Bestandteilen verfügt.
Eine andere Ausgestaltung sieht vor, daß die Sperrschicht eine auf die Blisterkarte auflaminierte Aluminiumfolie ist.
Eine weitere zweckmäßige und sehr ökonomische Ausgestaltung der Erfindung sieht vor, daß die Sperrschicht aus einer Imprägnierungsschicht zumindest der der Blisterhaube zugewandten Fläche der Blisterkarte mit zufriedenstellender Sperrqualität gegen wasserdampf und flüchtige Stoffe besteht.
Schließlich kann mit der Erfindung von der Maßnahme Gebrauch gemacht sein, daß die Imprägnierungsschicht eine, bevorzugt im Druckverfahren auftragbare, porenschließende Deckschicht aus einem impermeablen Druckmedium ist.
Die Blisterkarte gemäß der vorliegenden Erfindung ermöglicht vorteilhaft eine Produktpräsentation im Verkaufsregal in hängender Weise.
Im Gegensatz zu anderen herkömmlichen Blisterverpackungen ermöglicht die erfindungsgemäße Blisterkarte eine zusätzliche Produktinformation durch Bedruckung auf der Aluminiumfolie.
Weitere Einzelheiten, Merkmale und Vorteile der Erfindung ergeben sich aus der nachstehenden Erläuterung eines in den Zeichnungen schematisch dargestellten Ausführungsbeispieles.

Die in FIG.1 dargestellte Blisterkartonverpackung für empfindliches Packgut mit leichtflüchtigen und/oder feuchtigkeitsempfindlichen Komponenten in einer das Eindringen von Feuchtigkeit und/oder das Austreten flüchtiger Komponenten verhindernden Ausführung, umfassend eine in an sich bekannter Weise entweder einteilig oder z.B. als Faltkarte 1, 1' (FIG.2) zweiteilig ausgebildete Blisterkarte 1 als Träger einer das Packgut enthaltenden Blisterhaube 2 aus transparentem Material, die durch wenigstens einen Siegellackfilm 3, 3' miteinander verbunden sind, ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwischen der Blisterkarte 1 und der Blisterhaube 2 eine für Wasserdampf flüchtige Komponenten impermeable Sperrschicht 4 angeordnet und einerseits mit der Blisterkarte 1 und andererseits mit der Blisterhaube 2 durch wenigstens einen Siegellack-Haftklebefilm 3 mediendicht verbunden ist. Dabei kann von der Maßnahme Gebrauch gemacht sein, daß die Sperrschicht 4, beispielsweise eine Aluminiumfolie, in einer dem Fachmann bekannten Art und Weise mediendicht auf die aus Karton bestehende Blisterkarte 1 auflaminiert ist. Auf die so ausgebildete Sperrschicht 4 wird ein Siegellackfilm 3 ebenfalls in einer dem Fachmann bekannten Art und Weise aufgetragen und darauf die Blisterhaube 2 mit ihren flanschartigen Rändern 5, beispielsweise im Heißsiegelverfahren, aufgesiegelt.
Damit ergibt sich ein gegenüber Dampf und leichtflüchtigen Bestandteilen der Inhaltsstoffe impermeable Verpackung, die unkompliziert und mit herkömmlichen Verpackungsautomaten herstellbar ist.
Hiergegen zeigt FIG.2 eine etwas andere Ausgestaltung der Blisterkartonverpackung nach der Erfindung mit einer Faltkarte 1, 1'. Deren Vorderseite 1' besitzt einen Ausschnitt 6 nach Art eines Fensters, durch welchen die Blisterhaube 2, diesen durchgreifend und mit seitlichen Flanschen 5 hintergreifend durch Versiegelung der Siegelschichten 3, 3' mit der mittig angeordneten Sperrschicht 4 zu einem mediendichten Verpackungssystem ausgebildet ist
Auch bei dieser Ausführung kann die Sperrschicht 4 eine Kunststofffolie mit ausreichender Sperrqualität gegen Wasserdampf und flüchtige Inhaltsstoffe oder eine auf die Blisterkarte 1 auflaminierbare Aluminiumfolie sein.
Die Sperrschicht 4 kann aber auch aus einer Imprägnierungsschicht 4' zumindest der der Blisterhaube 2 zugewandten Fläche der Blisterkarte 1 mit zufriedenstellender Sperrqualität gegen Wasserdampf und flüchtige Stoffe bestehen. Schließlich kann mit Vorteil für eine sehr ökonomische Herstellung von der Maßnahme Gebrauch gemacht sein, daß die Imprägnierungsschicht 4' eine bevorzugt im Druckverfahren auf tragbare, porenschließende Deckschicht aus einem impermeablen Druckmedium ist.
Die Blisterkartonverpackung nach der Erfindung verwirklicht ein sicheres Verpackungssystem für empfindliche Packgüter mit leichtflüchtigen und/oder feuchtigkeitsempfindlichen Komponenten in einer das Eindringen von Feuchtigkeit und/oder das Austreten flüchtiger Komponenten verhindernden Ausführung und löst somit in optimaler Weise die eingangs gestellte Aufgabe.

Claims (3)

  1. Blisterkartonverpackung für empfindliches Packgut mit leichtflüchtigen und/oder feuchtigkeitsempfindlichen Komponenten in einer das Eindringen von Feuchtigkeit und/oder das Austreten flüchtiger Komponenten verhindernden Ausführung, umfassend eine entweder einteilig oder z.B. als Faltkarte (1, 1') zweiteilig ausgebildete Blisterkarte (1) als Träger einer das Packgut enthaltenden Blisterhaube (2) aus transparentem Material, die durch wenigstens einen Siegellackfilm (3, 3') miteinander verbunden sind, wobei zwischen der Blisterkarte (1) und der Blisterhaube (2) eine für Wasserdampf und flüchtige Komponenten impermeable Sperrschicht (4) angeordnet und einerseits mit der Blisterkarte (1) und andererseits mit der Blisterhaube (2) durch wenigstens einen Siegellack-Haftklebefilm (3, 3') mediendicht verbunden ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Blisterkarte (1) aus Karton besteht, und daß die Sperrschicht (4) aus einer Imprägnierungsschicht (4') zumindest der der Blisterhaube (2) zugewandten Fläche der Blisterkarte (1) besteht oder eine Kunststofffolie ist.
  2. Blisterkartonverpackung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Imprägnierungsschicht (4') eine bevorzugt im Druckverfahren auf tragbare, porenschließende Deckschicht aus einem impermeablen Druckmedium ist.
  3. Verwendung der Blisterkartonverpackung gemäß einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche zur Produktpräsentation im Verkaufsregal in hängender Weise.
