- Handwerkzeugmaschine in Form einer Tauchsäge, mit einem Antriebsmotor (5), einem mittels einer von außen her bedienbaren, zwischen einer Ausschaltstellung und einer Einschaltstellung bewegbaren Schalteinrichtung (8) schaltbaren Ein/Ausschalter (7) für den Antriebsmotor (5), einer durch den Antriebsmotor (5) antreibbaren Werkzeugwelle (6), einer die Maschinenunterseite bildenden Maschinenplatte (2), einer von der Maschinenplatte (2) hochstehenden, unten offenen Schutzgehäuseeinheit (18) zur Aufnahme eines mit der Werkzeugwelle (6) verbundenen Sägeblatts (15), einer seitlich neben der Schutzgehäuseeinheit (18) angeordneten, den Antriebsmotor (5) und die Werkzeugwelle (6) enthaltenden Arbeitseinheit (3), wobei die Werkzeugwelle (6) zur Schutzgehäuseeinheit (18) hin gerichtet ist und die Schutzgehäuseeinheit (18) an ihrer der Arbeitseinheit (3) abgewandten Außenseite eine Montageausnehmung (20) aufweist, durch die hindurch ein das Sägeblatt (15) an der Werkzeugwelle (6) haltendes Befestigungsmittel (16) betätigbar ist, und mit einer Blockiereinrichtung (35) zum Blockieren der Werkzeugwelle (6) beim Werkzeugwechsel, die zwischen einer Blockierstellung, in der sie mit einem Blockierglied (36) in ein in treibender Verbindung mit der Werkzeugwelle (6) stehendes Maschinenteil (37) eingreift, und einer das Maschinenteil (37) freigebenden Freigabestellung verstellbar ist, wobei eine von außen her bedienbare, zwischen einer unwirksamen Stellung und einer Werkzeugwechselstellung verstellbare Sicherungseinrichtung (42) vorhanden ist, die sowohl die Blockiereinrichtung (35) als auch eine der Schalteinrichtung (8) zugeordnete Sperreinrichtung (41), die zwischen einer die Schalteinrichtung (8) freigebenden Freigabestellung und einer die Schalteinrichtung (8) in ihrer Ausschaltstellung haltenden und gegen eine Betätigung im Sinne eines Einschaltens des Antriebsmotors (5) sperrenden Sperrstellung verstellbar ist, steuert, derart, dass in der unwirksamen Stellung der Sicherungseinrichtung (42) die Blockiereinrichtung (35) und die Sperreinrichtung (41) ihre Freigabestellung und in der Werkzeugwechselstellung der Sicherungseinrichtung (42) die Blockiereinrichtung (35) ihre Blockierstellung und die Sperreinrichtung (41) ihre Sperrstellung einnehmen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Arbeitseinheit relativ zur Schutzgehäuseeinheit (18) um eine zur Werkzeugwelle (6) parallelen Schwenkachse (22) schwenkbar ist, und dass eine zwischen der Schutzgehäuseeinheit (18) und der Arbeitseinheit (3) wirkende Rasteinrichtung (43) mit einem an der Arbeitseinheit (3) angeordneten Rastelement (44) vorhanden ist, das zwischen einer unwirksamen Stellung und einer zur Schutzgehäuseeinheit (18) hin vorstehenden Raststellung verstellbar ist und, befindet es sich in der Raststellung, beim Verschwenken der Arbeitseinheit (3) in Rasteingriff mit der Schutzgehäuseeinheit (18) gelangt, wenn die Arbeitseinheit (3) eine Montagestellung erreicht, in der sich das Befestigungsmittel (16) im Bereich der Montageausnehmung (20) befindet, und dass die an der Arbeitseinheit (3) angeordnete Sicherungseinrichtung (42) das Rastelement (44) steuert, derart, dass das Rastelement (44) in der unwirksamen Stellung der Sicherungseinrichtung (42) seine unwirksame Stellung und in der Werkzeugwechselstellung der Sicherungseinrichtung (42) seine Raststellung einnimmt.
- Handwerkzeugmaschine nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Sicherungseinrichtung (42) zum Ausführen ihrer Verstellbewegung um eine Drehachse (45) verdrehbar an der Maschine gelagert ist.
- Handwerkzeugmaschine nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Drehachse (45) parallel zur Werkzeugwelle (6) verläuft.
- Handwerkzeugmaschine nach Anspruch 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Sicherungseinrichtung (42) einen abstehenden Betätigungsgriff (46; 46a) aufweist.
- Handwerkzeugmaschine nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Betätigungsgriff (46a) in der unwirksamen Stellung der Sicherungseinrichtung (42) ausschwenkbar in das Maschinengehäuse (4) eingelassen ist.
- Handwerkzeugmaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Sicherungseinrichtung (42) eine zur Drehachse (45) exzentrische Exzenterpartie (47) aufweist, auf der die Blockiereinrichtung (35) gelagert ist, so dass die Drehbewegung der Sicherungseinrichtung (42) in die Verstellbewegung der Blockiereinrichtung (35) umgesetzt wird.
- Handwerkzeugmaschine nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zumindest die das Blockierglied (36) tragende Partie (48) der Blockiereinrichtung (35) in linearer Richtung zum Maschinenteil (37) hin bzw. von diesem weg am Maschinengehäuse geführt angeordnet ist.
- Handwerkzeugmaschine nach Anspruch 6 oder 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Blockierglied (36) in Richtung zum Maschinenteil (37) hin federbelastet ist.
- Handwerkzeugmaschine nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Blockiereinrichtung (35) eine an der Exzenterpartie (47) gelagerte erste Armpartie (49) und eine an der ersten Armpartie (49) in Richtung zum Maschinenteil (37) hin bzw. von diesem weg bewegbar gelagerte, das Blockierglied (36) tragende zweite Armpartie (51) aufweist, wobei die zweite Armpartie (51) federbelastet ist.
- Handwerkzeugmaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Maschinenteil (37), mit dem das Blockierglied (36) in Eingriff gelangt, von einem Gebläserad gebildet wird.
- Handwerkzeugmaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Maschinenteil (37), mit dem das Blockierglied (36) in Eingriff gelangt, mehrere über seinen Umfang verteilt angeordnete Blockierausnehmungen (40) für den Eingriff des Blockiergliedes (36) aufweist.
- Handwerkzeugmaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Sperreinrichtung (41) ein die Verstellbewegung der Sicherungseinrichtung (42) mitmachendes Verriegelungsglied (57) aufweist, das einer Verriegelungspartie (58) der Schalteinrichtung (8) zugeordnet ist und in seiner Sperrstellung die Schalteinrichtung (8) verriegelt.
- Handwerkzeugmaschine nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Verriegelungsglied (57) von einem parallel zur Drehachse (45) gerichteten, sich über einen Umfangswinkel erstreckenden Verriegelungsvorsprung (59) und die Verriegelungspartie (58) von einem Verriegelungsansatz (63) der Schalteinrichtung (8) gebildet wird, wobei der Verriegelungsansatz (63) in der Sperrstellung der Sperreinrichtung (41) radial außen von dem über ihn gedrehten Verriegelungsvorsprung (59) überdeckt wird und in der Freigabestellung der Sperreinrichtung (42) in radialer Richtung nach außen hin frei liegt, so dass die Schalteinrichtung (8) aus ihrer Ausschaltstellung in ihre Einschaltstellung bewegt werden kann.
- Handwerkzeugmaschine nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in der Einschaltstellung der Schalteinrichtung (8), wenn sich die Sperreinrichtung (41) in ihrer Freigabestellung befindet, der Verriegelungsansatz (63) in Umfangrichtung dem Verriegelungsvorsprung (59) benachbart ist und einen den Verriegelungsvorsprung (59) am Verdrehen in seine Sperrstellung hindernden Anschlag bildet.
- Handwerkzeugmaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schalteinrichtung (8) von einem in linearer Richtung bewegbar geführten Schalter-Betätigungsstück (10) gebildet wird.
- Handwerkzeugmaschine nach Anspruch 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Schalter-Betätigungsstück (10) quer zur Drehachse (45) der Sicherungseinrichtung (42) bewegbar geführt ist.
- Handwerkzeugmaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schalteinrichtung (8) entgegen einer Federkraft aus ihrer dem ausgeschalteten Antriebsmotor (5) entsprechenden Ausschaltstellung in ihre Einschaltstellung bewegbar ist.
- Handwerkzeugmaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Rastelement (44) an einem federbelasteten Rastelementträger (64) angeordnet ist, der sich an einer seine Bewegung steuernden Steuerfläche (65) der Sicherungseinrichtung (42) abstützt.
- Handwerkzeugmaschine nach Anspruch 18, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Steuerfläche (65) an der der Schutzgehäuseeinheit (18) zugewandten Stirnseite (66) der Sicherungseinrichtung (42) angeordnet ist.
- Handwerkzeugmaschine nach Anspruch 19, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Steuerfläche (65) einen wendelförmigen Verlauf aufweist.
- Handwerkzeugmaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 18 bis 20, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Rastelementträger (64) um eine quer zur Drehachse (45) gerichtete Anlenkachse (67) schwenkbar angeordnet ist und einen zweiarmigen Hebel bildet, dessen einer Hebelarm (68) an der Steuerfläche (65) anliegt und dessen anderer Hebelarm (69) das Rastelement (44) trägt.
- Handwerkzeugmaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 21, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass dem von einem Rastvorsprung (71) gebildeten Rastelement (44) eine Rastausnehmung (72) an der Schutzgehäuseeinheit (18) zugeordnet ist, in die der Rastvorsprung (71) in der Montagestellung der Arbeitseinheit (3) einrastet.
