Claims (10)

  1. Dispositif de refroidissement et de rinçage pour un outil (10), avec un agent de refroidissement et de rinçage (2) dans un récipient collecteur fermé (3) relié à une pompe aspirante (4) et avec un circuit fermé de rinçage (6) qui, à partir du récipient collecteur (3), passe à travers un filtre (8) relié à ce dernier par l'intermédiaire d'une pompe refoulante (7) et à travers un moyen récepteur (11) associé à l'outil (10) et pourvu d'une conduite d'aspiration (12) avant de revenir au récipient collecteur (3), caractérisé en ce qu'au circuit de rinçage (6) est associé de manière combinée un circuit de réserve (13) pour l'agent de refroidissement et de rinçage (2), circuit dans lequel un réservoir (14) est relié au récipient collecteur (3) par l'intermédiaire d'une soupape à flotteur (15) disposée dans le récipient collecteur (3) et qui, en un autre endroit du circuit de rinçage (6), est relié au réservoir (14) par l'intermédiaire d'une soupape (16).
  2. Dispositif de refroidissement et de rinçage selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la soupape (16) est conformée en sortie de concentré filtré à l'extrémité inférieure du filtre (8).
  3. Dispositif de refroidissement et de rinçage selon la revendication 1 ou la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que la pompe aspirante (4) est reliée à une atmosphère (5) avec laquelle communique le réservoir (14).
  4. Dispositif de refroidissement et de rinçage selon une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'un appareil (9) est intégré au circuit de rinçage (6) entre le filtre (8) et l'outil (10).
  5. Dispositif de refroidissement et de rinçage selon une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la pompe aspirante (4) et la pompe refoulante (7) sont combinées par l'intermédiaire d'un moyen d'entraînement commun (17), lequel est optionnellement combiné avec le moyen d'entraînement de l'appareil (9).
  6. Dispositif de refroidissement et de rinçage selon une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'appareil (9) contient le récipient collecteur (3) et optionnellement le réservoir (14).
  7. Dispositif de refroidissement et de rinçage selon une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'appareil (9) est conformé en carotteuse et l'outil (10) en couronne de carottage.
  8. Dispositif de refroidissement et de rinçage selon une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le récipient collecteur (3) est monté flottant sur l'agent de refroidissement et de rinçage (2) du réservoir (14).
  9. Dispositif de refroidissement et de rinçage selon une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le moyen récepteur (11) est conformé en tore qui est pourvu d'un raccord (21) pour une conduite d'aspiration (12) et qui, à l'intérieur, reçoit coaxialement un outil (10) avec une étanchéité radiale, est ouvert axialement d'un côté et, au niveau de son bord, crée une étanchéité axiale avec une surface (20).
  10. Dispositif de refroidissement et de rinçage selon une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'agent de refroidissement et de rinçage (2) est de l'eau.
