Claims (8)
- Vorrichtung (1) zum Verteilen von flexiblen blattförmigen Gegenständen (S) in anwählbare Zielstationen (21;22;23) eines Blattgut-Bearbeitungsgerätes (2); wobei die Verteiler-Vorrichtung zwischen Blatt-Fördereinheiten (FE) der Zielstationen und einer Zuführstation (20) des Gerätes (2) angeordnet ist;
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verteiler-Vorrichtung (1) mehrere starr miteinander verbundene Blatt-Umlenkelemente (11;12) aufweist, die gemeinsam mittels einer einzigen Antriebseinheit (AE) bewegbar und in den Zielstationen (21;22;23) zugeordnete Weichenstellungen bringbar sind. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zwei Blatt-Umlenkelemente (11;12) vorgesehen sind, die beidseitig, radial beabstandet zur Drehachse (D) einer gemeinsamen, schwenkbaren Halterung (10) und je mit einer ersten Blatt-Führungsfläche (F1;F1') im wesentlichen planparallel zueinander in dieser Halterung angeordnet sind, derart, dass zwischen den ersten Blatt-Führungsflächen (F1;F1') ein erster, mittlerer Blatt-Zuführweg in einer ersten mittleren Weichenstellung der Umlenkelemente (11;12) zwischen der Blatt-Zuführstation (20) und der ersten, mittleren Blatt-Zielstation (21) ausgebildet ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die beiden Blatt-Umlenkelemente (11;12) jeweils in Richtung axial zur Drehachse (D) ein im wesentlichen keilförmiges Querschnittsprofil aufweisen, deren Keilspitzenenden (E1;E1') in Richtung stromaufwärts zur Blatt-Zuführstation (20) ausgerichtet sind und in den Bereich der Blatt-Fördereinheit (FE) der Blatt-Zuführstation ragen. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2 oder 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine mit der ersten Blatt-Führungsfläche (F1;F1') eine Keilspitze (E1;E1') bildende weitere Fläche einerseits am ersten, oberen Blatt-Umlenkelement (11) eine obere, zweite Blatt-Führungsfläche (F2), und andererseits am zweiten, unteren Blatt-Umlenkelement (12) eine untere, dritte Blatt-Führungsfläche (F3) bildet, derart, dass bei in zweite oder dritte Weichenstellung verschwenkten Blatt-Umlenkelementen (11;12) ein zweiter oder dritter Blatt-Zuführweg zur zweiten, oberen (22) oder dritten, unteren (23) Blatt-Zielstation herstellbar ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass bei zweiter Weichenstellung der Blatt-Umlenkmitteelemente (11;12), die Keilspitze (E1) der oberen, zweiten Blatt-Führungsfläche (F2) unterhalb einer Blatt-Förderbahn (X) der Blatt-Zuführstation (20) geschwenkt ist; und bei dritter Weichenstellung der Blatt-Umlenkelemente (11;12), die Keilspitze (E1') der unteren, dritten Blatt-Führungsfläche (F3) oberhalb der Blatt-Förderbahn (X) der Blatt-Zuführstation (20) geschwenkt ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass oberhalb der oberen, zweiten Blatt-Führungsfläche (F2) ein erstes, oberes Blattführungsmittel (B1); und unterhalb der unteren, dritten Blatt-Führungsfläche (F3) ein zweites, unteres Blattführungsmittel (B2) angeordnet ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5 oder 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die ersten Blatt-Führungsflächen (F1;F1') und die ersten und zweiten Blattführungsmittel (B1;B2) eine konvexe, und die zweiten (F2) und dritten (F3) Blatt-Führungsflächen eine konkave Wölbung aufweisen. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Antriebseinheit (AE) zum Schwenken der Blatt-Umlenkelemente (11;12) einen mikroprozessorgesteuerten Schrittmotor (SM) mit einem Zahnriementrieb (TB) aufweist.
