Claims (13)

  1. Appareil pour commander le niveau d'eau dans une rigole, un canal, une rivière ou équivalent, l'appareil étant muni d'une boíte comprenant une paroi de fond (1) et deux parois latérales (2, 3) alors que dans la boíte un clapet de bloc de déversoir (4) est monté qui est relié à la boíte de manière à pouvoir être tourné autour d'une charnière (5), la charnière (5) étant située à proximité de la paroi inférieure (1) de la boíte, le clapet (4) étant muni d'un bord inférieur (6) et de deux bords latéraux (8, 9) buttant contre la paroi de fond (1) et les parois latérales (2, 3), respectivement, de la boíte, de telle sorte qu'elles forment une fermeture sensiblement étanche à l'eau, l'appareil étant muni d'un mécanisme de réglage destiné à régler le clapet dans différentes positions pivotales pour commander le niveau d'eau, caractérisé en ce que le mécanisme de réglage comprend un élément moteur et au moins un élément flexible (10), une première extrémité libre (10a) de l'élément flexible (10) étant reliée au clapet (4), de préférence à proximité d'un bord supérieur (7) du clapet (4), l'élément flexible (10) étant guidé sur l'élément moteur (11), alors qu'une première partie (10') de l'élément flexible (10), formée par la partie de l'élément flexible (10) depuis la première extrémité libre (10a) vers l'élément moteur (11), s'étend dans une première rainure (13) fournie dans ou sur une paroi latérale (2, 3) de la boíte, la ou chaque première rainure (13) étant de segment circulaire, le centre imaginaire de la rainure à segment circulaire coïncidant avec l'axe central de la charnière (5).
  2. Appareil selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le mécanisme de réglage est muni de deux éléments flexibles, tel qu'un élément flexible (10) s'étendant dans chaque paroi latérale (2, 3) de la boíte dans une dite première rainure (13).
  3. Appareil selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'une seconde partie (10'') du ou de chaque élément flexible (10) formée par la partie de l'élément flexible (10) depuis une seconde extrémité libre (10b) vers l'élément moteur (11), s'étend dans une seconde rainure (12) fournie dans la paroi latérale (2, 3) de la boíte.
  4. Appareil selon les revendications 1 à 2, caractérisé en ce que le ou chaque élément flexible, quand le clapet est fermé, est enroulé autour de l'élément moteur.
  5. Appareil selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que le ou chaque élément moteur comprend une bobine et le ou chaque élément flexible comprend une chaíne ou un câble à maillons.
  6. Appareil selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que le ou chaque élément flexible comprend une chaíne (10), alors que le ou chaque élément moteur (11) comprend une roue de chaíne ou un barbotin d'entraínement.
  7. Appareil selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la ou chaque première rainure (13) et la ou chaque seconde rainure possible (12) sont formées dans un matériau (14) avec un faible coefficient de frottement, tel que, par exemple du plastique.
  8. Appareil selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les bords latéraux (8, 9) du clapet (4) sont munis de profils d'étanchéité flexibles (15).
  9. Appareil selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'au niveau de l'emplacement du bord inférieur (6) du clapet (4), l'appareil est muni d'un profil d'étanchéité flexible (16).
  10. Appareil selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le ou chaque élément moteur (11) est reçu dans une chambre (17) dans une paroi latérale (2, 3) de la boíte.
  11. Appareil selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la boíte est munie d'une plaque de recouvrement (18).
  12. Appareil selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le ou chaque élément moteur (11) est monté sur un arbre de commande commun (19) qui se voit monter en outre une roue à vis sans fin (20) qui coopère avec un arbre de vis sans fin (21), lequel arbre de vis sans fin (21) est muni d'un de pilier mise de prise (22) pour la mise en prise avec une poignée ou élément de fonctionnement équivalent.
  13. Appareil selon les revendications 11 et 12, caractérisé en ce que l'arbre de commande (19) s'étend sous la plaque de recouvrement (18), alors que la roue à vis sans fin (20) et l'arbre de vis sans fin (21) sont situés sous la plaque de recouvrement (18), et dans la plaque de recouvrement (18) un alésage (23) est fourni qui donne accès au pilier de mise en prise (22).
