Claims (10)
- Spannzwinge mit einer Gleitschiene (1), die sich in Richtung ihrer Längsmittellinie erstreckt, und mit einem entlang der Gleitschiene (1) verlagerbaren und durch Aufbringen eines Kippmomentes daran festlegbaren ersten Spannbackenträger (2) mit einer von der Gleitschiene (1) zumindest bereichsweise beabstandeten ersten Spannbacke (3) und mit einem im Bereich eines Endes der Gleitschiene sitzenden zweiten Spannbackenträger (4), mit einer in Opposition zur ersten Spannbacke (3) angeordneten zweiten Spannbacke (5), welche sich zufolge einer Beaufschlagung des Spannbackenträgers mit einem am Ende der Gleitschiene drehgelagerten exzentrischen Druckkörper (6) auf die erste Spannbacke (3) zu verlagert, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der exzentrische Druckkörper (6) auf eine die Gleitschiene (1) schräg zur Längsmittellinie kreuzende Druckschulter (7) des um eine zwischen Druckkörper (6) und erstem Spannbackenträger (2) liegenden gleitschienenfeste Befestigungsachse (13) schwenkbaren zweiten Spannbackenträger (4) wirkt.
- Spannzwinge nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Exzenterfläche (6') des Druckkörpers (6) in eine einem Betätigungsgriff (8) zugeordnete Fläche (8') im wesentlichen stufenlos übergeht.
- Spannzwinge nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der zweite Spannbackenträger (4) mittels eine Feder (9) in eine von der ersten Spannbacke weg weisende Schwenkendstellung gedrückt wird.
- Spannzwinge nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die zweite Spannbacke (5) schwenkbar am zweiten Spannbackenträger (4) sitzt und der zweite Spannbackenträger (4) eine Gelenkpfanne (10) für einen Gelenkzapfen (11) der zweiten Spannbacke (5) ausbildet, wobei die zweite Spannbacke (5) mit dem Gelenkzapfen (11) in der Gelenkpfanne (10) eingeklipst ist.
- Spannzwinge nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die insbesondere von einem Stift ausgebildete Schwenkachse (13) des zweiten Spannbackenträgers außermittig auf der der Spannbacke (5) abgewandten Seite der Gleitschiene (1) liegt und die insbesondere von einem Stahlzapfen gebildete Schwenkachse (12) des exzentrischen Druckkörpers (6) ebenfalls außermittig der Gleitschiene aber auf der anderen, nämlich der der Spannbacke zugewandten Seite der Längsmittellinie der Gleitschiene befindet.
- Spannzwinge nach einem der vorhgergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Druckkörper (6) in Schwenkstellungen verrastbar ist, und daß der Druckkörper (6) gegen Rückverlagerung verrastet in die Spannstellung bringbar ist und die Verrastung mittels eines parallel zum Hebelarm verlaufenden Entrasthebel (16) lösbar ist.
- Spannzwinge nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das insbesondere als Rastzylinder (14) gestaltete Rastglied (14) sowie ein das Rastglied (15) außer Wirkung bringbarer Entrasthebel (16) in einer Höhlung des Betätigungsgriffes (8) sitzt.
- Spannzwinge nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Höhlung des Betätigungsgriffes (8) Führungsstege (26) ausbildet, zwischen welchen sich der Entrasthebel (16) erstreckt.
- Spannzwinge nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein Lösearm (21) des durch Federdruck (18) in der Raststellung gehaltenen Rastgliedes (15) von einem Druckarm (22) des zweiarmigen Entrasthebels (16) beaufschlagbar ist, welcher insbesondere in einem Gabelmaul (22, 25) des Entrasthebels (16) liegt.
- Spannzwinge nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Rastzylinder (14) von der Wandung des Druckkörpers (6) ummantelt ist.
