Claims (7)
- Lineareinheit zur Erzeugung einer mechanischen Kraft durch Druckluft, die im wesentlichen aus einem kolbenstangenlosen Pneumatikzylinder (1) mit einem Gleitstück (2) besteht, das über eine Führungsschiene (3) am Zylinder (1) geführt ist und das mit einem innenliegenden Kolben des Pneumatikzylinders (1) in Verbindung steht, so dass das Gleitstück (2) in Abhängigkeit einer wechselseitigen Beaufschlagung des innenliegenden Kolbens hin- und herbewegbar ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass Positioniermittel zum Stoppen der Linearbewegung des Gleitstücks (2) an zumindest einer vorbestimmten Stelle vorgesehen sind, die aus einem Positioniermodul (7) mit zumindest einem bewegbaren Halteelement (8a, 8b) bestehen, welches am Gleitstück (2) befestigt ist, wobei das mindestens eine Halteelement (8a, 8b) des Positioniermoduls (7) mit zumindest einer parallel zur Führungsschiene (3) am Pneumatikzylinder (1) angeordnete Anschlagstange (9) zusammenwirkt, wobei die Anschlagstange (9) an zumindest einem Ende mit Stoßdämpfermitteln ausgestattet ist, um die beim Stoppen der Linearbewegung des Gleitstücks (2) auftretende Stoßbeanspruchung zu absorbieren. - Lineareinheit gemäß Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Halteelemente (8a, 8b) des Positioniermoduls (7) aus zwei kleinbauenden Pneumatikzylindem bestehen, deren Kolbenstange endseitig je mit einem gabelartigen Endstück (15) ausgestattet ist. - Lineareinheit gemäß Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Anschlagstange (9) als Gewindestange ausgebildet ist, auf welcher zumindest eine Anschlagmutter (16) aufgeschraubt ist, um einen verstellbaren Anschlag für das Positioniermodul (7) zu bilden. - Lineareinheit nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Stoßdämpfermittel mindestens ein Stoßdämpferelement (11a, 11b) umfassen, das an zumindest einem Ende der Anschlagstange (9) angeordnet ist und mit einem gegenüberliegend und ortsfest zum Pneumatikzylinder (1) angeordneten mechanischen Stoppelement (12a, 12b) zusammenwirkt. - Lineareinheit nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Stoßdämpferelement (11 a, 11b) zumindest teilweise in die Anschlagstange (9) integriert ist. - Lineareinheit nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Anschlagstange (9) über zumindest zwei Lagerelemente (14a, 14b) am Pneumatikzylinder 81) montiert ist, so dass eine geringfügige Axialbewegung der Anschlagstange (9) möglich ist. - Lineareinheit nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass am Pneumatikzylinder (1) zumindest ein verstellbares stoßgedämpftes Endanschlagelement (10) zur Endlagenbegrenzung des Gleitstücks (2) vorgesehen ist.
