Definitions
- the invention relates to a market stall for offering and selling of goods according to the preamble of claim 1.
- Market event is preferably carried out by pedestrians frequented.
- the market locations are often located, in particular such market locations with permanently installed stalls or buildings, within the pedestrian zones of the city centers or in other places with a particularly high proportion of pedestrian traffic. Since the Pedestrian traffic between two points A and B, however, often the looking for either the shortest or the most pleasant connections, form at market locations, especially those with permanently installed ones Market stalls or buildings, inevitably sales locations with different attractiveness, different levels of pedestrian traffic and thus potentially different expected sales out. On the one hand, this can affect the overall market location Reduce or limit achievable building or space rent, as well on the other hand, difficulties in allocating or awarding the various differently attractive sales outlets or - Lead parcels to different applicants or merchants.
- DE 2 304 901 A is a restaurant or snack bar known, which is designed in the form of an annular cross-section and rotatable around a central post fixed vertically in the floor is arranged.
- a building designed in this way or one designed accordingly Market stall has the disadvantage, however, only in one place with in to be able to be set up on a substantially flat surface.
- the market stand of the invention has a number of essentially side-by-side sales cells, in which in the form of shop or street vending goods, such as groceries and Fresh produce. To a uniformly high The attractiveness of the various sales cells in the market stall to be reached, the sales cells are next to each other arranged and along a substantially closed circumference of the closed circumference movable all around. This usually slow circulation of each of the sales cells in the market stall along a closed perimeter means that any different levels of occupancy or attractiveness of the location different stalls by constantly changing each individual sales status is balanced on average.
- the individual sales cells in the market stall are like this arranged that they circulate along the closed Circumferentially in the vertical direction against each other, or at least slightly movable compared to the market stall.
- the position of each sales cell is preferably vertical during the circulation of the sales cells along the closed Scope essentially continuously changeable, in particular is the vertical position of each sales cell at that level of the the area surrounding the market stand can be adjusted, which at Currently circulate to the front of the respective sales cell borders.
- This property of the market stall according to the invention enables in advantageously a particularly large freedom in the choice of location to build the market stall.
- a market stall with a plurality of closed along one Scope of circulating sales cells not only at locations with to build absolutely level terrain; it can be the invention Rather, market stands at locations with essentially any terrain, for example at locations with a slope or in locations where the surface of the terrain has a strong curvature has to be erected. Due to the in circulation depending on the vertical level variable in each case adjacent to the plot Position of the sales cell is despite the constant change of location Each sales cell has a different level of terrain adapted, consistently good access to the sales balustrade and expenses of every sales cell guaranteed.
- the closed one Extent to which the individual sales cells during their Orbital movement follow essentially designed in the form of a circle. This in particular makes the possible described below technical execution of the circulation movement of the sales cells simplified.
- This fixed core area which is preferably in the area of the center the one described by the sales cells as they circulate Is circumferential, can be used for accommodation in an advantageous manner central facilities of the market stall, such as sanitary areas, Water supply and disposal, drive devices for maintenance the circulating movement of the sales cells and the energy supply, use.
- the centrally arranged, fixed core area preferably comprises of the market stall according to the invention, for example, a ring to the inside of the sales cells pointing towards the core area adjacent hallway area, which on the one hand gives access for the sales staff from the inside to each of the individual sales cells as well as access from the individual sales cells to the central facilities in the core area, such as the sanitary facilities.
- the market stall a connecting corridor or connecting path that the area immediately surrounding the market stall with that in the core area of the market stall, for example ring-shaped corridor area connects, the connection path between the Surrounding area of the market stall and the corridor area of the fixed core area of the movement's market stall Sales cells follow and circulate with the sales cells.
- the access for example for the Sales personnel, but also for the delivery of goods to the individual sales cells above the fixed central
- the ring-shaped corridor area located at the core enables without that for this the passage of people or the transport of goods through one of the sales cells.
- connection path between the outside area and the central area Corridor area is preferably designed so that the vertical Position of the outward end of the circumferential connection path, similar to the sales cells themselves, essentially constantly changeable and in particular to that when circulating the Connection path at the outer end of the connection path currently Adjacent level of the area surrounding the market stand can be adjusted is.
- This is a particularly for the delivery of goods advantageous easy access to the one located in the core area of the market stall Corridor area and thus the individual sales cells, regardless of the circulation position of the connection path encountered, allows.
- the market stall at least one support frame arrangement between two adjacent ones Sales cells, with each sales parcel opposite the each adjacent support frame arrangements vertically displaceable is stored.
- every sales cell is between two support frame arrangement arranged, the one when moving of the market stand act as a driver and the torque to the Transfer sales cells and on the other hand as vertical guides for the sales cells work.
- the market stand of the invention preferably has a fixed as well essentially horizontally arranged, permanent roof construction on. Due to the fixed and essentially horizontal Roof construction, which of course is arbitrary in itself, for example pyramidal or conical, can be designed regardless of a local slope, as well as in Relation to the type and design of, for example, the surrounding buildings, the structural and architectural integration in the cityscape or surroundings allows.
- the market stall according to the present invention also exhibits Foundation preferably in the form of a foundation trough with a essential horizontal foundation plate.
- a foundation pan with a substantially horizontal, i.e. horizontal foundation plate can be used independently of any existing locally Build slopes in a simple and therefore cost-saving way.
- the market stall essentially shows one essentially revolving parallel to the closed circumference horizontal rail arrangement on the foundation plate on which the Support frame assembly is guided in the circumferential direction.
- the Support frame arrangement provided, for example, with roller elements be on the rails of the rail assembly to rest.
- the rail arrangement can be made from one Rail exist, which rotates on the foundation plate.
- the rail arrangement has at least two parallel to one another arranged horizontal rails.
- a rail arrangement in the Area of the roof arrangement can be provided, the support frame arrangement can be guided in the circumferential direction on this rail arrangement.
- the rail arrangement can also have at least two parallel to each other have arranged horizontal rails.
- the market stall has at least one on the foundation plate arranged circumferential closed support rail on, whose height profile in contrast to those described above Horizontal rails at the intended level of the Terrain course corresponds, with the sales cells on this mounting rail stored and guided.
- the weight of the sales cells essentially on this Carrier rail is supported, making the sales cells due to the vertical displaceability compared to the support frame arrangements positively controlled the height profile of the mounting rail and thus the course of the terrain consequences.
- the market stall of the present invention preferably points to everyone a fresh water supply facility in its sales cells as well as for the discharge of waste water. Thereby the water supply the sales cells preferably over the roof arrangement respectively.
- the sales cells are preferably disposed of water via an essentially U-shaped channel in the foundation plate, each sales cell has drainpipes on the bottom can have, which open into the gutter.
- each sales cell is preferably of the invention Market stands also equipped with an electrical power supply, the electrical current passing through the fixed core area can be done by means of sliding contacts.
- the rotary drive of the market stall can be done in any way, for example, by an electric motor and / or hydraulically.
- each individual sales cell with fresh water as well electrical energy increases the possible uses of the individual Sales cells, for example by issuing warm Food and drinks or electrical heating of the sales cells in cold weather, it makes compliance easier the hygienic requirements, especially when selling groceries Framework and enables a problem-free on the individual sales cells divided billing of water as well Electricity consumption of the market stall.
- the diameter of a circular design according to the invention for example Market stands are preferably in the range of 10m to 20m.
- the magnitude of those in a market stall with such dimensions possible number of sales cells can be in the range from 4 to 12 plots.
- the invention is the duration for a complete Circulation of a sales cell along the circumference of the market stall in Range from 10 to 40, preferably 12 to 36 hours. This leaves yourself, depending on the size of the market stall and opening times of the market, a satisfactory compromise between the desire after frequent relocation of the individual parcels and out Limitation of the circumferential speeds that occur for safety reasons achieve.
- FIG. 1 The embodiment most schematically illustrated in the figures for an inventive stall 1 comprises according to FIG. 1, first a stationary, horizontally arranged, fixed to, disposed in the center of the market article 1 core 2 and resting on also fixed outer uprights 3 roof 4 on. 1 that the market stall 1 is located at a location with a local gradient 5. Furthermore, four of the front sides 6 of the sales cells 8 rotating around a vertical axis 7 are shown in the side view of the market stall according to FIG. 1 . It can be seen how the individual sales cells 8, which are separated from one another by movement joints 9, assume different vertical positions within the market stall 1, depending on the level of the terrain currently adjacent to the individual sales cell 8.
- FIG. 2 in the form of a schematic horizontal section or floor plan at a height of about 1 m above the surrounding area 13, the market stall 1 with eight sales cells 8 in the exemplary embodiment shown, the sanitary and technical areas and an essentially circular corridor area 11 can be seen, fixed core area 2, and a supply path 12, which connects the corridor area 11 with the area 13 surrounding the market stand 1, and the outer roof supports 3, which simultaneously form the downpipes of the roof 4 of the market stand 1.
- the dashed line 14 shows the course of the outer edge of the roof 4 of the market stall 1 cut away in FIG. 2.
- the supply route 12 serves the access of the sales personnel into the individual sales cells 8 and the delivery of goods via the circular corridor 11 and 12 located in the fixed core 2 the doors 15 leading from the hallway 11 into each sales cell.
- the supply path 12 On the outside of the market stall 1, the supply path 12, which rotates together with the sales cells 8 about the vertical axis of rotation 7 of the market stall 1, has the access door 16.
- FIG. 3 shows the highly schematically represented foundation construction of an exemplary embodiment of a market stall 1 according to the invention, with a foundation trough 10, with the partially visible core area 2 and the floor of the corridor 11 shown in section; Furthermore, the area 13 surrounding the market stall 1 with a slope 5, the lower area of two of the surrounding parcels 8, as well as the supporting structure for the surrounding sales cells 8, the two horizontal rails 17, 18 arranged concentrically to the axis 7, one likewise concentric to the axis 7 Carrier / height rail 19 and the vertical sliding profiles 20 encircling the sales cells 8 and supported on the horizontal rails 17.
- a plurality of the vertical sliding profiles 20, together forming a cylindrical cage, are arranged in such a way that two of the sliding profiles 20 run vertically in the area of each of the parting lines 9 between two sales cells 8.
- the cylindrical ring-shaped rod cage formed by the sliding profiles 20 is thus supported on its underside on the horizontal rails 17, 18 which are concentric to the axis of rotation 7 and on its upper side, not shown, on two further, likewise concentric to the axis of rotation 7 and exactly mirror image of the horizontal rails 17, 18 horizontal rails arranged under the roof 4 of the market stall 1.

- the sales cell 8 is carried horizontally in the direction of rotation 27 via the storage within the vertical sliding profiles 20.
- the total weight of each sales cell 8 is supported point-by-point on the support / height rail 19 via the roller bearing 26, so that when a sales cell 8 moves horizontally due to the variable height profile of the support / height rail 19, a constant change that follows this variable height profile the vertical position of each individual sales cell 8 results.
- the height profile of the support / height rail, which varies along one circuit, 19 is designed to match the height profile of the Market stall 1 surrounding area 13 corresponds to the vertical Position of each individual sales cell 8 by the height profile of the Support / height rail 19 just controlled so that each of the sales cells 8 when circulating within the market stall 1 the height profile of the area 13 surrounding the market stall 1 follows that regardless of the position of a sales cell 8 in the circumferential direction 27 equally good access for passers-by to each of the plots 8 is made possible.
- FIG. 3 it can also be seen that the course of the floor of the essentially circular corridor 11 arranged in the core area 2 is also adapted to the level of the terrain 13 surrounding the market stall 1 in the circumferential direction, in such a way that one is independent of the respective position Parcel 8 in the circumferential direction easy access from the corridor 11 into the individual plots 8 is possible.
- Fig. 4 shows a vertical section through the foundation trough 10 and the transition area between one of the sales cells 8 and the surrounding area 13 adjacent to the sales cell 8.
- a compensating segment 30 encircling the sales cells 8 and also by a circumferential, vertically displaceable profile 31.
- Fig. 7 shows in a vertically guided, schematically illustrated detail section again the two horizontal rails 17 and 18 below and the support / height rail 19 arranged centrally between the two horizontal rails 17 and 18 below and one of the vertical sliding profiles 20 with associated slide 22 and Roller 21 for guiding the vertical sliding profile 20 on the exactly horizontal horizontal rail 17.
- the reinforced design of the support / height rail 19 compared to the horizontal rails 17 and 18, on which the entire weight of the sales cells 8 rests, and one in FIG indicated, rising into the plane of the drawing of the support / height rail 19th
- FIG. 8 shows the highly schematically illustrated arrangement of a water storage tank 32 integrated into the ceilings of the sales cells 8, the water inlet 33 and the water inlet control 34 operated by the water storage tank 32 circulating with the sales cell.
- An inlet 35 of the water tank 32 is provided with an inlet protection screen 36 and also provided with a cover 37 which can also be moved in a circulation-controlled manner for filling the water tank 33.
- the water storage tank 32 also has a water level-dependent float switch 38, by means of which the water supply via the inflow control 34 is switched off when the desired fill level 39 is reached.
- FIG. 9 shows in a vertically guided detail section the drainage of a sales booth 8 with siphon 40, passage 41 and a circular gutter 42, concentrically attached to the axis of rotation 7 of the market stall 1, which follows the height profile of the support / height rail protrudes into the drainage channel 42 around the vertical axis of rotation during the entire circulation of the sales cell 8, thereby ensuring constant drainage.
- the drainage channel 42 can be closed as an additional sealing measure by means of a cover profile (not shown) covering the entire length of the top of the drainage channel 42 and encircling the sales cells, which has openings for the passage of the drainage pipe 43 into the drainage channel 42.
