There are central buffer couplings with electric couplings known in one Line coupling are arranged (DD 64 256 B1, DD 68 569 B1, DD 71 287 B1) and a lever mechanism during the coupling process through the Counter coupling driven in dome position be brought. These Lever gears accelerate the meeting line couplings with the electric clutch at high coupling speeds, so that restrictions in operational use are required. Warehousing and the drive of such mounted electric clutches is expensive.
In other embodiments, the electrical couplings include an additional pneumatic or electric drive with pneumatic or electrical controls (DE 196 36 225 A1, DE 196 47 906 A1), the electric couplings only after completion of the mechanical coupling process bring to the coupling. Such electrical couplings are expensive.
Coupling heads of the type described above belong to so-called Willison clutches, also called rigid automatic mid clutches can be designed so that also electrically connected to each other can be.
The invention is based on the object, a coupling head of the above
described genus in which the shortcomings of the state
the technology is eliminated and an electrical coupling is created,
the robust and with little effort especially for the field of
Freight wagon clutches is designed. This task is by the in the
In the coupling head according to the invention, the electric clutch is in Coupling head of the mechanical coupling as a plug part and as Socket provided mirror image of the center of the clutch, the Plug part spring loaded in the coupling head in adjusted uncoupled Position is stored. According to the arrangement takes place in the as Example selected known so-called Willison coupling in terms of the plug part in the big claw of the coupling body and in terms of of the female part in the small claw of the coupling body or vice versa. The female part is advantageously adjusted in the small claw screwed in and in the small claw are next to the socket part the centering holes for the alignment of the plug electrical coupling at coupled position arranged.
Advantageously, the plug part is in the region of the clutch bag bottom and the female part in the area of the support surface of the small Coupling claw arranged. A reverse arrangement is natural also possible.
The best coupling characteristics of the electric clutch in clutch The mechanical coupling have resulted when the plug part in uncoupled state of the coupling head by means of a storage area spring loaded at a bearing point in the coupling jaw is applied and that the storage area of the plug part as a cone section and the bearing point is formed in the coupling claw as an investment cone, so that the Stekkerteil in the coupling state of the coupling head transversely to its longitudinal direction and is freely movable in its longitudinal direction.
The female part has an insulating body, which interchangeable Socket contacts carries, with the replacement only the contact front parts be replaced and the connectors with the cable connection remain in the insulating body. Advantageously, the socket contacts stored backwards and downwards in the insulating body, so that adhering Dirt from the connector pins during the coupling process the socket contacts is pushed. A front inserted elastic Cover provides on the one hand as a seal and on the other hand produces over the pulled out latching collar and attached lips or tongues in conjunction with the insulator large creepage distances and clearances, so that leakage currents can be largely avoided.
The plug part consists of the rohrfömigen divided housing with the Centering pins and conical bearing surfaces for adjustment in the coupling head, the housing being over the outer preloaded spring in the Adjustment is maintained. The housing rear part and the housing front part are twist-proof with the inside plug insulation connected. The housing rear part carries a cable gland for cable connection and has a down-facing drainage hole. , In the front part of the housing, a spring-loaded lid is slidable and sealing stored, which is the elastic seal for the contact area wearing. In Steckisolierkörper the plug contacts are floating, when replacing only the front contact parts are changed and the connectors with the cable connection in Steckerisolierkörper remain.
In Steckerisolierkörper a switching contact is arranged, which during the coupling process switched by the lid movement and the coupling state (coupled / uncoupled) is queriable. In the plug insulation body is still a pneumatic check valve in a through hole between the air space under the cover in the front housing part and the cavity behind the insulating body in the housing rear part arranged so that on the one hand, the air access to the region of the contact tips only via the drainage hole with dirt deposit in the cavity the housing rear part takes place and on the other hand, the air in the air space of the area of the contact tips during the dome operation is compressed and only leaking forward from the elastic seal to the contact area helping to clean up the coupling point.
The outer preloaded spring is supported on the support plate of a mounted in the large claw Ausschwenk- and holding device, the swinging out the plug electrical coupling from the engagement area the coupling contour for staking behind the contour when coupling permitted with other couplings or inspection and maintenance work allowed.
By this configuration, an electric clutch on an automatic Central buffer coupling for rail vehicles created in the the electric clutch is two-part redundant from the spring-loaded Stekkerteil and the socket part and in the closing direction of the coupling profile is arranged so that the spring-loaded during the coupling process Plug part with its centering pins in the conical centering funnel aligned with the socket part, thereby for the coupling movements pivots without play and protected by a lid Plug pins sealingly coupling in the socket part, wherein the Push the plug pins through the bushing parts and dirt The resulting compressed air supporting the contact point of Dirt cleans.

The construction of the
The construction of the
