Claims (13)
- Kupplungskopf (10) für eine starre automatische Mittelkupplung (100) von Schienenfahrzeugen, mit einer großen Kupplungsklaue (11) und einer kleinen Kupplungsklaue (12) und einer zwischen den beiden Kupplungsklauen (11, 12) angeordneten Kupplungstasche (13), deren Querschnitt dem Querschnitt der kleinen Kupplungsklaue (12) angepasst ist, wobei die Kupplungstasche (13) zueinander parallele Führungsflächen (14) für zugeordnete Führungsflächen (15) der kleinen Kupplungsklaue (12) sowie einen Kupplungstaschenboden (16) als Widerlager für eine Abstützfläche (17) der kleinen Kupplungsklaue (12) aufweist, und in dem Kupplungskopf (10) eine Elektrokupplung (18, 18') vorgesehen ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Elektrokupplung (18, 18') aus einem Steckerteil (19, 19') und einem Buchsenteil (20, 20') besteht, wobei das Buchsenteil (20, 20') in der kleinen Kupplungsklaue (12) oder der großen Kupplungsklaue (11) und das Steckerteil (19, 19') in der großen Kupplungs-. klaue (11) oder kleinen Kupplungsklaue (12) angeordnet ist und dass das Buchsenteil (20, 20') fest in der kleinen oder der großen Kupplungsklaue (12, 11) und das Steckerteil (19, 19') längsbeweglich und federbelastet in der großen oder der kleinen Kupplungsklaue (11, 12) gelagert ist. - Kupplungskopf nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Steckerteil (19) oder das Buchsenteil (20) im Bereich des Kupplungstaschenbodens (16) und das Buchsenteil (20) oder das Steckerteil (19) im Bereich der Abstützfläche (17) der kleinen Kupplungsklaue (12) angeordnet ist. - Kupplungskopf nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Steckerteil (19) im ungekuppelten Zustand des Kupplungskopfes (10) mittels eines Lagerbereichs (21) federbelastet an eine Lagerstelle (21') in der Kupplungsklaue (12) anliegt und dass der Lagerbereich (21) des Steckerteils (19) als Kegelabschnitt und die Lagerstelle (21') in der Kupplungsklaue (11) als Anlagekonus ausgebildet ist, so dass das Steckerteil (19) im Kupplungszustand des Kupplungskopfes (10) quer zu seiner Längsrichtung und in der Längsrichtung frei beweglich ist. - Kupplungskopf nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass am Kupplungskopf (10) im Bereich der großen oder der kleinen Kupplungsklaue (11, 12) mindestens ein Zentrierstift (35, 36) angeordnet ist und im Bereich der kleinen oder großen Kupplungsklaue (12, 11) mindestens eine dem Zentrierstift (35, 36) zugeordnete Zentrierbohrung (25, 26) ausgebildet ist. - Kupplungskopf nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Buchsenteil (20) einen oder mehrere Buchsenkörper (37) aufweist, in denen hülsenförmige Buchsenkontakte (28) ausgebildet sind und die durch eine die Einstecköffnungen (44) zu den Buchsenkontakten (28) freilassende Dichtung (52) abgedeckt sind. - Kupplungskopf nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Buchsenteil (20) hinter den Buchsenkörpern (37) auf einer Innenseite Freiräume (39) für die Aufnahme vom Verschmutzungen aus den Buchsenkontakten (28) aufweist. - Kupplungskopf nach einem der Ansprüche 5 oder 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Buchsenkörper (37) in der Kupplungsklaue (11, 12) hinter der Dichtung (52) in Ein- und Auskupplungsrichtung der Elektrokupplung (18) nach vorn auswechselbar eingebaut sind. - Kupplungskopf nach einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Buchsenteil (20) als Kompletteinheit vorgefertigt über eine Schraubverbindung (27) montierbar bzw. demontierbar und komplett ein- und ausbaubar ist. - Kupplungskopf nach einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Dichtung (52) auf ihrer dem Buchsenisolierkörper (29) zugewandten Seite (57) mindestens eine in einen entsprechenden Raum (58) im Buchsenisolierkörper (29) hineinreichende Zunge oder Lippe (56) zur Ausbildung einer großen Kriechstromstrecke aufweist. - Kupplungskopf nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Steckerteil (19) einen oder mehrere Steckerstifte (38) aufweist die im ungekuppelten Zustand des Kupplungskopfes von einem topfartigen Deckel (32) übergriffen werden, der gegen die Rückstellkraft einer Feder (22) in Längsrichtung des Kupplungskopfes (10) bewegbar ist und dabei die Deckeldurchgriffsöffnungen (32a) des Deckels (32) durchgreifenden Steckerstifte (38) freigibt. - Kupplungskopf nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Deckel (32) im gekuppelten Zustand des Kupplungskopfes (10) gegen das Buchsenteil (20) gedrückt eine Dichtung für die Elektrokupplung (18) bildet. - Kupplungskopf nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass im Steckerisolierkörper (40), insbesondere im rückwärtigen Steckerteil ein Schaltkontakt (51) zur Angabe/Anzeige des Kupplungszustandes (gekuppelt / nicht gekuppelt) angeordnet ist. - Kupplungskopf nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass im Steckerisolierkörper (40) eine Durchgangsbohrung (49) mit einem Rückschlagventil (50) derart angeordnet ist, das beim Kupplungsvorgang Luft im Hohlraum (47) zusammengedrückt wird und beim Kupplungsvorgang den Schmutz in der Kupplungsstelle freibläst.
