Abstract
Description
Claims (9)
- Ventileinrichtung zur Ansteuerung eines Verbrauchers (4), mit einem Druckanschluß (P) und zumindest einem Arbeitsanschluß (A, B) und einem Tankanschluß (S) und mit einem Steuerkolben (14), der in eine Position bewegbar ist, in der der Druckanschluß (P) zur Druckmittelversorgung des Verbrauchers (4) mit dem Arbeitsanschluß (A, B) verbunden ist, wobei der am Verbraucher (4) wirkende Lastdruck über eine Steuerleitung (26, 28, 30) zu einer in Schließrichtung wirkenden Stirnfläche (22) des Steuerkolbens (14) geführt ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Steuerkolben (14) bei Überschreiten eines Grenz-Lastdruckes in eine Regelposition bewegbar ist, in der der Arbeitsanschluß (A) mit dem Tankanschluß (S) verbunden ist und in der ein dem Lastdruck entsprechender Druck auf die Stirnfläche des Steuerkolbens (14) wirkt.
- Ventileinrichtung nach Patentanspruch 1, wobei im Bereich der Stirnfläche (22) im Steuerkolben (14) ein Meßkolben (32) geführt ist, der über den Lastdruck in eine die Druckmittelverbindung zur Stirnfläche (22) absperrende Schließstellung beaufschlagt ist und der bei Auslenkung des Steuerkolbens (14) gegen einen Anschlag (34) bewegbar ist, so daß der Lastdruck bei geöffnetem Meßkolben (32) die Stirnfläche (22) beaufschlagt.
- Ventileinrichtung nach Patentanspruch 2, wobei der Steuerkolben (14) zumindest eine in einer Axialbohrung (26) mündende Radialbohrung (28) hat, über die der Meßkolben (32) in Schließrichtung mit dem Lastdruck am Verbraucher (4) beaufschlagbar ist und die in der Regelposition mit Bezug zum Arbeitsanschluß (A) aufgesteuert ist.
- Ventileinrichtung nach Patentanspruch 3, wobei der Steuerkolben (14) einen Ringbund (16) hat, dessen eine Steuerkante (52) die Verbindung zum Tankanschluß (S) aufsteuert und in dem die Radialbohrung (28) mündet, wobei der hydraulisch wirksame Abstand zwischen der Steuerkante (52) und der Radialbohrung (28) geringer als die wirksame Breite eines dem Arbeitsanschluß (A) zugeordneten Steuerraums (40) ist.
- Ventileinrichtung nach Patentanspruch 3 oder 4, mit einem weiteren Arbeitsanschluß (B), der über einen zweiten Ringbund (18) des Steuerkolbens (14) aufsteuerbar ist, wobei der Ringbund (18) eine weitere, in der Axialbohrung (26) mündende Radialbohrung (30) hat, über die bei aufgesteurtem Arbeitsanschluß (B) der Lastdruck abgreifbar ist.
- Ventileinrichtung nach einem der Patentansprüche 3 bis 5, mit einem Lastmeldekanal (64), der einerseits mit einer Axialbohrung (26) und andererseits mit einer Regeleinrichtung (10) einer Hydropumpe (6) verbunden ist.
- Ventileinrichtung nach den Patentansprüchen 2, 5 oder 6, wobei jedem Arbeitsanschluß (A, B) ein Meßkolben (32) zur Beaufschlagung der Stirnflächen (22, 24) des Steuerkolbens (14) mit dem Lastdruck an einem der Arbeitsanschlüsse (A, B) zugeordnet ist.
- Ventileinrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Patentansprüche, wobei die Auslenkung des Steuerkolbens (14) über einen Steuerdruck oder über Elektromagnete erfolgt.
- Ventileinrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Patentansprüche, wobei der angesteuerte Verbraucher ein Werkzeug eines Harvesterkopfes ist.
