Claims (8)
- Elektrohandwerkzeuggerät mit einem, ein elektropneumatisches Schlagwerk (1) zur Erzeugung einer zumindest teilweise schlagenden Bewegung eines aufgenommenen Werkzeugs antreibendes, Kurbelgetriebe mit einer in zumindest einem Radialwälzlager (6, 6') gelagerten Welle (3, 14), dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass innerhalb eines axialen Lagerbereiches (2) ein radialer Teilbereich der Welle (3, 14) zumindest ein Lagerungsmittel als einen Wälzlagering (5, 5', 18) des Radialwälzlagers (6, 6') ausbildet und dass eine radiale Ineinanderverschachtelung des Lagerungsmittels der Welle (3, 14) mit zumindest einem Zusatzmittel (8, 11, 15) für eine Zusatzfunktion ausgebildet wird.
- Elektrohandwerkzeuggerät nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine Antriebswelle (3) ein endseitig fest montierbares Antriebsritzel (4) beinhaltet, welches in dem axialen Lagerbereich (2) radial aussen den Innenlagerring (5) des Radialwälzlagers (6) und im koaxial Inneren eine Befestigungsbohrung (7) ausbildet, in welcher ein Wellenstumpf (8) der restlichen Antriebswelle (3) koaxial eingreifend kraft- oder formschlüssig befestigbar ist.
- Elektrohandwerkzeuggerät nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass im koaxial Inneren der Befestigungsbohrung (7) des montierbaren Antriebsritzels ein Wellenstumpf (8) der Rotorwelle (9) des Elektroantriebs (10) koaxial eingreifend kraft- oder formschlüssig befestigbar ist.
- Elektrohandwerkzeuggerät nach Anspruch 2 oder Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an einer, von dem Antriebsritzel (4) über ein Zahnrad (11) angetriebenen, im Gehäuse (12) des Elektrohandwerkzeuggerätes über einen koaxialen Lagerzapfen (13) und ein Radialwälzlager (6') zweifach gelagerten, Kurbelwelle (14) das Radialwälzlager (6') radial innerhalb sowie in der Ebene des Zahnrades (11) angeordnet ist, wobei die stirnseitig als Exzenter (15) ausgebildete Kurbelwelle (14) einen axial überstehenden, radial freien Exzenterzapfen (16) beinhaltet sowie das Zahnrad (11) eine axiale, kreisringförmige Nut (17) aufweist, wobei der verbleibende radial äussere Bereich des Zahnrades (11) einen Aussenlagerring (18) des Radialwälzlagers (6') ausbildet.
- Elektrohandwerkzeuggerät nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine über ein Zahnrad (11) angetriebene, im Gehäuse (12) des Elektrohandwerkzeuggerätes zweifach gelagerte Kurbelwelle (14) fest mit einem Exzenter (15) verbunden ist, welcher den axial überstehenden, radial freien Exzenterzapfen (16) beinhaltet, wobei der Exzenter (15) im radial äusseren Bereich den Innenring (5') des Radialwälzlagers (6') ausbildet.
- Elektrohandwerkzeuggerät nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das angetriebene Zahnrad (11) zwischen dem Radialwälzlager (6') und einem zweiten Lager (19) angeordnet ist.
- Elektrohandwerkzeuggerät nach Anspruch 5 oder Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass dem angetriebenen Zahnrad (11) ein Getriebezahnrad (20) zugeordnet ist.
- Elektrohandwerkzeuggerät nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kurbelwelle (14) und/oder der Exzenter (15) und/oder das auf die Antriebswelle (3) montierbare Antriebsritzel (4) ohne Hinterschneidungen bezüglich der Drehachse (A, B, B') ausgebildet sind.
