Les résistances de chauffage 19 peuvent être alimentées. La totalité du débit d'air, qui correspond au débit de base d'extraction passe sur le filtre à odeurs avant d'être envoyée à l'extérieur. Il est ainsi possible, tout en assurant un débit de base d'extraction réglementaire du logement, de réaliser la désorption des odeurs au niveau du filtre 16, qui est favorisée par le chauffage au moins momentané de l'air par l'intermédiaire des résistances 19.     Claims (10)

    1. Motorised cooking hood, of the type comprising a box (5) which is associated with means (6) which are able to provide at least two suction flows, and the lower open face of which is equipped with a grease filter (7), the top portion of the box comprises two compartments (8, 10) which communicate with the main portion of the hood by means of two orifices (13, 14), one (8) of the compartments being connected to an opening (4) which discharges to the exterior of the building directly or through a ventilation network and the other compartment (10) providing the recycling of air inside the item, an odour filter (16) being provided, characterised in that the odour filter is displaceable between a position in which it is facing the orifice (13) of the extraction compartment (8) when the suction means (6) are providing a low flow, and a position in which it is facing the orifice (14) of the recycling compartment (10) when the suction means (6) are providing a high flow.
    2. Hood according to claim 1, characterised in that the suction means are formed by a motor fan (6) which is accommodated in the box (5) of the hood, upstream of the two compartments (8, 10) for extraction and for recycling, a moveable flap (17) being provided which closes the orifice (14) of the recycling compartment (10) when the fan is providing a low flow.
    3. Hood according to claim 2, characterised in that the flap associated with the orifice (14) of the recycling compartment is mounted so as to pivot between a position in which it closes, this orifice and a position in which it opens the latter.
    4. Hood according to claim 1, characterised in that the suctions means are formed by two motor fans which are accommodated respectively in the suction compartment and in the recycling compartment, the one accommodated in the suction compartment providing the ventilation of the house and the other functioning only during periods of use of a hob which is disposed under the hood.
    5. Hood according to claim 1, characterised in that the suction means are formed by a ventilation assembly, for example of centralised ventilation, permanently suctioning the air into the extraction compartment and by means of a motor fan mounted in the recycling compartment and only functioning during periods of use of a hob which is disposed under the hood.
    6. Hood according to one of the claims 1 to 5, characterised in that the odour filter (16) is mounted so as to slide between the two positions in which it is respectively facing the orifice (13) of the extraction compartment (8) and the orifice (14) of the recycling compartment (10).
    7. Hood according to one of the claims 1 to 5, characterised in that the odour filter is mounted so as to pivot between the two positions in which it is respectively facing the orifice of the extraction compartment and the orifice of the recycling compartment.
    8. Hood according to one of the claims 1 to 7, characterised in that the respective movements of the odour filter (14) and of the flap (17) associated with the orifice (14) of the recycling compartment (10) are coupled.
    9. Hood according to one of the claims 1 to 8, characterised in that the movement of the odour filter (16) is associated with a change in the mode of operation of the motor fan (6).
    10. Hood according to one of the claims 1 to 9, characterised in that its box contains heating means such as an electric resistor (19).
