A kitchen appliance as claimed in any of the preceding claims, characterized in that the oven (12) is a double-walled structure with an internal muffle (52) and an external envelope (54) with an insulating space (56) there-between, said space (56) being in communication, on the one hand, with the exterior through ventilating slots (58, 60) proviced at the edges of the front face of said oven (12) and, on the other hand, with the blower aggregate (18) through ducts (62) which comuni- cate with holes formed in the upper portion of the external envelope (54).
6. A kitchen appliance as claimed in any of the preceding claims, characterized in that an anti-odour filter (64) charged with activated carbon is arranged in the flow of air between the vertical chimney (22) and the vapour discharge opening (20).
7. A kitchen appliance as claimed in claim 6, characterized in that the vapour discharge opening (20) is provided on the rear or the appliance und the anti-odour filter (64) is provided at said opening (20) in a vertical plane.
