Abstract

Ein elektrophotographischer Markierungsapparat weist eine dazugehörige Markierungsmotorsteuerung auf, die sich dadurch auszeichnet, dass sie so eingestellt ist, eine Prozessisolation in dem elektrophotographischen Vorgang zu ermöglichen. Die Prozessisolation ermöglicht ein Beenden des elektrophotographischen Vorgangs an einen Punkt, wobei das Beenden von der Markierungsmotorsteuerung gesteuert wird. Das gesteuerte Beenden erfolgt, um den Auswirkungen eines Notstops oder harten Stops vorzugreifen.
