Claims (6)
- Procédé de fabrication d'un récipient (16,18) en matière moulable ayant au moins une paroi latérale (10), un fond (9) et une ouverture de chargement, ledit récipient (16,18) étant réalisé par moulage, au moins l'une des parois latérales (10) de ce récipient (16,18) comprenant, au voisinage de ladite ouverture de déchargement, des premiers moyens formant charnière (12) et des deuxièmes moyens formant charnière (14), situés à distance desdits premiers moyens (12) formant charnière, caractérisé en ce que lesdits premiers moyens formant charnière (12) et lesdits deuxièmes moyens formant charnière (14) sont constitués chacun par au moins une ligne et agencés de telle sorte qu'ils permettent de faire pivoter une partie (15) de ladite paroi latérale (10) de façon à créer une paroi triple.
- Procédé selon la revendications 1, caractérisé en ce que le moulage dudit récipient (16, 18) est effectué par injection ou par extrusion-soufflage.
- Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que lesdits premiers et deuxièmes moyens formant charnière sont constitués par deux lignes (12,14) d'épaisseur réduite par rapport au reste de la paroi latérale (10), ou par deux ensembles de lignes reliées entre elles par de très petites parois de forme adaptée.
- Procédé de fabrication selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que la paroi latérale (10) dudit récipient (16,18) comporte en outre un épaulement périphérique horizontal (11) comprenant le long de sa partie supérieure une ligne d'épaisseur réduite (12) formant charnière qui est prolongée par une première bande de matière (13) dont la hauteur est sensiblement égale à la longueur de la diagonale dudit épaulement (11), la partie supérieure de cette bande (13) comprenant à son tour une ligne d'épaisseur réduite (14) formant une deuxième charnière, qui est elle-même prolongée par une deuxième bande de matière (15), et en ce que l'on procède à la découpe de la partie du récipient moulé (16) surmontant ladite deuxième bande (15), avant de faire pivoter les deux bandes (13,15) autour de leurs charnières respectives (12,14) formant ainsi un à triple paroi.
- Procédé de fabrication de deux récipients en matière moulable selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que l'on fabrique simultanément lesdits récipients par moulage d'une seule forme comportant au moins deux fonds et une paroi latérale, forme que l'on découpe ensuite en son milieu, parallèlement aux fonds desdits récipients.
- Récipient (16,18) ayant au moins une paroi latérale (10), un fond (9) et une ouverture de chargement, ledit récipient (16,18) étant réalisé par moulage, au moins l'une des parois latérales (10) de ce récipient (16,18) comprenant, au voisinage de ladite ouverture de déchargement, des premiers moyens formant charnière (12) et des deuxièmes moyens formant charnière (14), situés à distance desdits premiers moyens (12) formant charnière, caractérisé en ce qu'il est réalisé par le procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, de manière à ce que lesdits premiers moyens formant charnière (12) et lesdits deuxièmes moyens formant charnière (14) soient agencés de telle sorte qu'ils permettent de faire pivoter une partie (15) de ladite paroi latérale (10) de façon à créer une paroi triple.
