Abstract

  • 2.1. Das Verfahren zur Herstellung von Betonfertigteilen auf mindestens einem Schalungstisch ist gekennzeichnet durch die Verwendung wenigstens eines programmgesteuerten Roboters (48), der auf dem Schalungstisch (20) magnetisch fixierbare Randabschal-Profilelemente (10) mit integrierten Permanentmagnetkörpern (14) aus einem Magazin (30) entnimmt, auf dem Schalungstisch (20) lagegenau absetzt und anschließend die Permanentmagnetkörper (14) aktiviert.
  • 2.2. Die Einrichtung zur Durchführung des Verfahrens hat mindestens einen Schalungstisch (20) und wenigstens einen programmgesteuerten Roboter (48) mit einem um eine vertikale Drehachse (50) schwenkbaren Greiferkopf (56) zum Erfassen von auf dem Schalungstisch (20) magnetisch fixierbaren Randabschal-Profilelementen (10). Der Greiferkopf (56) ist so ausgebildet, daß er die Profilelemente (10), das Setzwerkzeug (76) oder das Lösewerkzeug (82) aufnimmt.
