Description
Jede Haltestation kann einzeln oder von einer zentralen Station angesteuert werden.
Der Hubantrieb treibt über eine oder zwei Kardanwellen ein oder zwei Winkelgetriebe mit je einer Hubspindel an. Die Hubbewegung der Hubspindeln mit den Aufnahmeprismen wird durch an den Ecken des Kanalförderzeuges befindliche Linearelemente geführt, und diese nehmen auch die in Fahrtrichtung entstehenden horizontalen Kräfte auf. Diese Linearführungen können sowohl kugel- oder rollengelagert als auch mit Gleitbuchsen ausgeführt werden. Die Aufnahme für die Papierrolle auf dem Kanalförderzeug kann sowohl als durchgehende oder als geteilte Prismen aus Metall oder Kunststoff ausgeführt werden. Die Hubspindeln für die Aufnahmeprismen sind schwimmend im Kanalförderzeug gelagert, so daß nur geringe Querkräfte beim Heben und Verfahren der Papierrollen auf die Spindeln einwirken.

Claims (16)
- Hochregal-Rollenlager mit mindestens einem Lagerbereich (L1 - L3), längs dessen ein Regalfahrzeug (RF1, RF2) in einer Fahrgasse (G1, G2) verfahrbar angeordnet ist, das einem Vertikaltransport der Rollen (P) zu den Regaletagen dient, in denen Lagerkanäle (K, K1, K2) aus einem Lagerprofil (1) parallel zueinander angeordnet sind, die aus Lagerprofilen (1) bestehen, auf deren Seitenwänden die Rollen (P) jeweils gelagert sind, und in denen ein Hubund Transportwagen (2) vollständig unterhalb der Rollen (P) hindurchfahrbar ausgebildet ist und die Rolle(n) unterfährt, die er am jeweiligen Lagerplatz absetzt oder aufnimmt und von bzw. zur Fahrgasse (G1, G2) verbringt,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Hub- und Transportwagen (2) jeweils mit dem zugehörigen Regalfahrzeug (RF1, RF2) steuerungs- und versorgungsmäßig verbunden ist und dieses jeweils stirnseitig eines der Lagerkanäle (K, K1, K2) den Hub- und Transportwagen (2) in einem Aufnahmeraum (AF), ggf. mit (mindestens) einer Rolle (P) beladen, aufnimmt bzw. aus diesem aussendet, und daß der Hub- und Transportwagen (2) von dem Regalfahrzeug (RF1, RF2) jeweils über einen Einlagerkanal (EK) an eine Eingaberampe (RE) und über einen Auslagerkanal (AK) an eine Ausgaberampe (RA1, RA2) zu verbringen ist. - Hochregal-Rollenlager nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Hub- und Transportwagen (2) mit mindestens einem, mehrere an beiden Wagenseiten angeordnete Laufräder (3) antreibenden, motorischen Fahrantrieb (4) und mindestens einem, ein Aufnahmeprisma (5) für eine Papierrolle (P) höhenbewegenden, motorischen Hubantrieb (6) versehen ist, der auf einer Wagenseite mittig angeordnet und mit zwei koaxialen Kardanwellen (9) zu in beiden Längenenden jeweils angeordneten Winkelgetrieben (10) verbunden ist, die je eine auf der Breitenhalbierenden des Wagens (2) in den Wagenenden stehend gelagerte Hubspindel (11) antreiben.
- Hochregal-Rollenlager nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Hubspindel (11) im Hub- und Transportwagen (2) schwimmend gelagert und mit einer Selbstschmierung (12) ausgestattet ist.
- Hochregal-Rollenlager nach einem der Ansprüche 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Aufnahmeprisma (5) auf einer von der/den Hubspindeln (11) getragenen Haube (13) gelagert und diese Haube (13) durch an den stirnseitigen Ecken des Hub- und Transportwagens (2) angeordnete Linearelemente (14) in der Hubbewegung geführt ist.
- Hochregal-Rollenlager nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Aufnahmeprisma (5) in Teilstücken oder durchgehend auf der gesamten Länge des Hub- und Transportwagens (2) angeordnet ist und aus Kunststoff oder Metall besteht.
- Hochregal-Rollenlager nach einem der Ansprüche 4 oder 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Haube (13) sich über die gesamte Wagenlänge erstreckt und den Wagen (2) an beiden Längsseiten nach unten hin übergreift und das/die Aufnahmeprisma(men) (5) mittig auf der Haube (13) festgelegt sind.
- Hochregal-Rollenlager nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Lagerprofil (1) von einem aus Blech abgekanteten Führungskanal mit untenseitigen, aufeinander zu gerichteten Laufschienen (15) für die Laufräder (3), zwei vertikalen Seitenwänden (16) und einem Dach (17) mit freigelassenen Durchtritt (18) für das Aufnahmeprisma (5) gebildet ist, wobei das Dach (17) beiderseits des Durchtrittes (18) Auflagen (19), vorzugsweise in elastischer Rinnen- oder Prismaform, für die Papierrolle (P) bildet und daß der Hub- und Transportwagen (2) an beiden Wagenseiten mehrere untere und obere, an den Seitenwänden (16) des Lagerprofiles (1) laufende Führungsrollen (20) hat.
- Hochregal-Rollenlager nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Hub- und Transportwagen (2) an beiden Wagenseiten je eine oder mehrere, rotierende und starre, auf den Laufschienen (15) des Lagerprofiles (1) laufende Reinigungsbürsten (21, 22) besitzt, die auch eine Führungsrollenfunktion wahrnehmen kann.
- Hochregal-Rollenlager nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Eingaberampe (RE) auf den Einlagerkanal (K1) gerichtet leicht geneigt angeordnet ist und in ihm mindestens eine steuerbare Haltestation (H1, H2) angeordnet ist.
- Hochregal-Rollenlager nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Ausgaberampe (RA1, RA2) von dem Auslagerkanal (K2) auf einen Endanschlag (AA) nin leicht geneigt angeordnet ist und in ihm mindestens eine steuerbare Haltestation (H5, H6) angeordnet ist.
- Hochregal-Rollenlager nach Anspruch 9 oder 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Haltestation jeweils aus einer nach oben konkav ausgebildeten Wippe (W1) besteht, die unterhalb einer Trägeroberfläche (TO) der Rampe (RE, RA1, RA2) schwenkbar gelagert und mit einem Schwenkantrieb (PA) verbunden ist, der die gegeneinander geneigten Wippenoberflächen (O1, O2) jeweils in eine Auflauf- bzw. eine Ablaufstellung gesteuert verbringt.
- Hochregal-Rollenlager nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Stoß der Wippenoberflächen (O1, O2) etwas oberhalb der Trägeroberfläche (TO) liegt.
- Hochregal-Rollenlager nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Wippenoberflächen (O1, O2) in einem Winkel von etwa 135° zueinander stehen und die Rampenneigung etwa 3° beträgt.
- Hochregal-Rollenlager nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Haltestationen einzeln oder zentral angesteuert werden können.
- Hochregal-Rollenlager nach Anspruch 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Haltestationen hydraulisch, pneumatisch oder elektromotorisch angetrieben werden.
- Hochregal-Rollenlager nach Anspruch 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Lagerprofile bei optimierter geringer Blechdicke auch für hohe Papierrollengewichte durch seitliche Verstärkungswinkel, die an der Regalkonstruktion befestigt sind, geeignet sind.
