Description

Schnellstverstellbares Mehrfachspannsystem
Die Erfindung gemäss Patentanspruch 1 beinhaltet ein modulares Mehrfachspannsystem, welches sich dadurch kennzeichnet, däss es sehr schnell zu verstellen ist. Mit dem Lösen einer obenliegenden Welle 4, mit Links und Rechtsgewinde, werden zwei Briden 3, mit Schrägen Flächen, zusammengezogen oder auseinandergetrieben. Dadurch wird das Spannmodul 1 , mit der Basis 2, verbunden. Die Positionierung erfolgt über eine Verzahnung, welche in das Spannmodul 1 und in die Basis 2 eingebracht ist. In der gleichen Art können so verschiedene Spannmodule, Vorrichtungen, Unterlagen, Anschläge usw. mit der Basis 2 verbunden werden. Die Spannbacke 6 hat jeweils einen grösseren Hub als die Verzahnung, so dass jede Werkstückg rosse gespannt werden kann.
Das Spannsystem besteht zur Hauptsache aus 6 Komponenten:
- Spannmodul 1
- Basis 2
- Briden 3
- Obenliegende Welle mit Links und Rechtsgewinde 4
- Nutenstein 5
- Spannbacke 6

Claims

Patentansprüche
1. Werkstückspannsystem, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Verstellen der Spannmodule (1) mittels einer obenliegenden Welle (4), mit einem Links und einem Rechtsgewinde, möglich ist. Die obenliegende Welle (4) ermöglicht durch das Links und Rechtsgewinde das Zusammenziehen der beiden Briden (3) auf der Linken und der Rechten Seite gleichzeitig. Die beiden Briden (3) sind mit schrägen Flächen versehen und ziehen so Spannschlitten (1) und Basischiene (2) zusammen. Der obere Lappen der Briden (3) ist um ca 1-2mm verlängert, so dass die Bride (3) geführt ist und sich beim Lösen nicht verdreht. Die Gewindeanfänge bei der Welle (4) und der Briden (3) sind definiert, so dass die Briden (3) gleichzeitig eingreifen. Die Positionierung der Spannelemente (1) erfolgt durch die Verzahnung, die sowohl in der Basis (2) als auch im Spannmodul (1) versehen ist. Ein Keil (5) hält die Welle nach oben und zentriert den Spannschlitten in der Mittelnut der Basis (2).
