Claims (9)
- Verfahren zur Herstellung von Melamin aus Harnstoff mittels eines Hochdruckverfahrens, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß hochreines Melamin aus der Melaminschmelze, die eine Temperatur zwischen dem Schmelzpunkt von Melamin und 450 °C aufweist, durch Einbringen eines ausreichenden Überschusses Ammoniak in die Melaminschmelze in einem Ammoniak-Injektionsgefäß unter Bildung eines Gas/Flüssig-Zweiphasengemisches, wobei das Gas/Flüssig-Gemisch ein Gas/Flüssig-Masseverhältnis von 0,01 bis 1,0 aufweist, und danach Sprühen des Gas/Flüssig-Gemisches mittels einer Sprühvorrichtung in ein Ausdehnungsgefäß, um das Melamin durch Ausdehnen und Verdampfen des eingebrachten Ammoniaks in dem Ausdehnungsgefäß mit reduziertem Druck abzukühlen und zu verfestigen, wobei das Ausdehnungsgefäß eine Ammoniakatmosphäre umfaßt, die über dem atmosphärischen Druck liegt, hergestellt werden kann.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Gas/Flüssig-Masseverhältnis zwischen 0,03 und 0,9 liegt.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Temperatur der in das Ausdehnungsgefäß zu sprühenden Melaminschmelze zwischen dem Schmelzpunkt von Melamin und einer Temperatur 45 °C über dem Schmelzpunkt von Melamin liegt.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Temperatur der in das Ausdehnungsgefäß zu sprühenden Melaminschmelze zwischen dem Schmelzpunkt von Melamin und einer Temperatur 30 °C über dem Schmelzpunkt von Melamin liegt.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Ausdehnungsgefäß einen zwischen 0,5 % und 60 % des Drucks des Ammoniak-Injektionsgefäßes gehaltenen Ammoniakdruck einschließt.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Ausdehnungsgefäß einen zwischen 0,5 % und 30 % des Drucks des Ammoniak-Injektionsgefäßes gehaltenen Ammoniakdruck einschließt.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Konfiguration des Ammoniak-Injektionsgefäßes einen Teil des Rohrleitungssystems zwischen dem Reaktor oder dem Gas/Flüssig-Separator und dem Ausdehnungsgefäß umfaßt.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Ausflußgeschwindigkeit des Gas/Flüssiggemisches aus der Sprühvorrichtung größer als 50 m/s ist.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Ammoniakdruck entspannt wird, wenn das Melaminpulver eine Temperatur von unter 200 °C aufweist.
