Claims (22)
- Capsule de bouchage (1) destinée au bouchage à vis d'un récipient destiné à contenir des boissons alcoolisées, typiquement une bouteille ayant un goulot (2) doté d'un filetage (21) et d'une bague d'inviolabilité (20), dotée d'un moyen de bouchage et d'un moyen d'inviolabilité, comprenant deux parties assemblées et rendues solidaires en rotation et axialement :a) une partie intérieure (3), ou insert, en matière plastique, comprenant une tête dite intérieure (30) et une jupe dite intérieure (31), typiquement d'axe de rotation (12), ladite tête intérieure (30) comprenant un moyen de bouchage, ladite jupe intérieure (31) comprenant un filetage intérieur (32) sur sa surface intérieure destiné à coopérer avec le filetage (21) dudit goulot, et comprenant un moyen d'inviolabilité, ladite jupe intérieure (31) étant reliée par des ponts (33) à une bande de garantie (34), destinée à être retenue par la bague dudit goulot et séparée de ladite jupe lors d'une première ouverture de ladite capsule,b) une partie extérieure (4), ou capuchon, enserrant et masquant au moins ladite jupe intérieure (31), la surface extérieure de ladite partie intérieure (3) et la surface intérieure de ladite partie extérieure (4) coopérant en vue dudit assemblage desdites parties intérieure (3) et extérieure (4),

- Capsule selon la revendication 13 comprenant un joint rapporté (35) de diamètre suffisant pour recouvrir le buvant (22) du goulot (2) et un moyen de compression axial et/ou radial porté par la surface intérieure dudit insert, pour appliquer de manière étanche ledit joint sur le buvant (22) dudit goulot (2) lors dudit bouchage.
- Capsule selon la revendication 14 dans laquelle ledit moyen de compression axial comprend une nervure circulaire (300) formée sur la paroi intérieure de ladite tête intérieure (30) destinée à comprimer ledit joint sur la partie supérieure (220) dudit buvant (22), typiquement plane.
- Capsule selon une quelconque des revendications 14 à 15 dans laquelle ledit moyen de compression radial comprend une surépaisseur annulaire (310,302) formée sur ladite jupe intérieure (31) ou sur ladite tête intérieure (30), typiquement au niveau de la jonction (301) entre la tête intérieure (30) et la jupe intérieure (31), et destinée à comprimer ledit joint sur tout ou partie de la partie rayonnée (221), typiquement inclinée, et/ou sur la partie radiale (222), typiquement verticale, du buvant (22).
- Capsule selon la revendication 16 dans laquelle ladite surépaisseur annulaire (310) a la forme d'une marche d'escalier annulaire placée à l'angle annulaire intérieur formé à la jonction de la tête intérieure (30) et la jupe intérieure (31).
- Capsule selon une quelconque des revendications 14 à 17 dans laquelle ladite tête intérieure (30) comprend un bord annulaire (38) avec une partie centrale ajourée, typiquement en regard de l'orifice (23) dudit goulot (2).
- Capsule selon une quelconque des revendications 14 à 18 dans laquelle, a) ladite tête intérieure (30) présente une épaisseur allant de 0 à 0,5 mm, b) ledit moyen de compression est radial, et c) ce moyen de compression présente une partie rayonnée (311) présentant une courbure typiquement voisine de celle de la partie rayonnée (221) dudit buvant qui est en regard.
- Capsule selon une quelconque des revendications 14 à 19 dans laquelle l'épaisseur dudit moyen de compression est choisie, en fonction notamment de l'épaisseur Ej du joint et de l'espace Eo entre ledit goulot et ladite capsule. pour que ledit récipient soit bouché de manière étanche par ladite capsule, l'épaisseur du joint localement comprimé ou la distance E entre l'extrémité dudit moyen de compression et ledit buvant étant alors typiquement comprise entre 0,2.Ej et 0,7.Ej, avec Ej typiquement compris entre 1 et 2,5 mm.
- Capsule selon une quelconque des revendications 14 à 20 dans laquelle ledit moyen de compression axial et/ou radial est partie intégrante dudit insert (3) ou bien forme une pièce rapportée.
- Capsule selon une quelconque des revendications 13 à 21 comprenant un moyen de maintien dudit joint rapporté, typiquement un rebord de maintien (312) solidaire de ladite jupe intérieure (31).
