Description

La présente invention a pour objet une boíte parallélépipédique ayant un couvercle articulé sur une arête et un abattant frontal complémentaire articulé sur l'arête diamétralement opposée à l'arête d'articulation du couvercle, ladite boíte étant formée par découpe et pliage d'un seul flan sans collage.
L'invention concerne plus particulièrement une telle boíte découpée dans un flan en matière plastique flexible, gaufrée ou ondulée, selon un contour permettant en position entièrement fermée de n'avoir aucune fente d'assemblage communiquant avec l'extérieur et de verrouiller le couvercle en position fermée par un cran de blocage rendant inutile l'application d'autres moyens de blocage du couvercle (par exemple ruban adhésif, bande élastique bouton à pression, velcro, etc....). En position ouverte, le contour est prévu pour limiter le pivotement de l'abattant frontal tout en permettant de saisir facilement des objets plats empilés depuis le fond, tels que des palettes à godets pouvant contenir un assortiment de produit
De nombreuses découpes d'un unique flan ont déjà été proposées pour former des boítes qui peuvent être stockées à plat et montées par pliage au fur et à mesure des besoins. Le document US 4,066,205 décrit une boíte à panneau avant basculant mais dont l'assemblage nécessite un collage. Le document FR 2 573 037 décrit une boíte d'archive pouvant être montée sans collage et comprenant un panneau avant basculant et un couvercle articulé au moyen de pattes engagées dans des fentes de rabats des petits côtés. Cette boíte présente donc plusieurs passages traversents qui mettent l'intérieur de la boíte en communication avec l'extérieur. La boíte décrit dans le document EP 0 411 279 comprend un panneau pivotant et un couvercle articulé perpendiculairement à l'axe de pivotement et comprenant de nombreuses découpes faisant communiquer l'intérieur de la boíte avec l'extérieur. Cette boite est en principe assemblable sans collage, mais l'expérience montre que le petit rabat du double fond se révèle insuffisant pour conférer à la boíte une bonne tenu après montage.
La présente invention a donc pour objet de pallier les inconvénients de cet art antérieur en procurant une boíte à couvercle et abattant frontal montée sans collage à partir d'un unique flan, ne présentant aucun passage traversant avec l'extérieur et présentant une excellente tenue après montage.
A cet effet le flan découpé comprend un fond F rectangulaire ayant ses côtés prolongés par quatre ensembles de panneaux et volets formant respectivement un panneau arrière et un couvercle emboítant à double panneau avant, un abattant frontal, un premier petit côté à double paroi et un deuxième petit côté à double paroi prolongé par un double fond s'encliquetant dans une paroi du premier petit côté. Des volets articulés au panneau arrière et pris entre les doubles parois des petits côtés sont prolongés par des ergots venant s'engager dans les encoches d'un panneau avant du couvercle pour verrouiller la boíte en position entièrement fermée.

La boíte parallélépipédique représentée en perspective en position ouverte à la figure 1 comprend un couvercle 1 et un abattant frontal 2 qui pivote autour d'une arête du fond F, en ayant un débattement limité par deux ergots 6a, 6b qui coulissent dans des fentes 7a, 7b formées à la partie supérieure des petits cotés 31, 32; 41, 42. On voit également qu'il existe à la partie supérieure des petits côtés 31, 32; 41, 42 deux petits ergots 8a, 8b qui s'étendent un peu au delà de l'abattant 2 lorsque celui-ci est en position fermée. Lorsque l'abattant 2 est fermé et qu'on rabat le couvercle 1, les ergots 8a, 8b viennent s'encliqueter dans des entailles 9a, 9b ménagées dans une épaisseur à une double paroi du couvercle 1. Sur cette représentation en perspective on voit également que le fond F est formé par deux épaisseurs dont l'une comporte une découpe 45, permettant de saisir plus facilement des objets plats empilés depuis le fond.
On se réfère maintenant plus particulièrement à la figure 2 qui représente un flan découpé qui va permettre par pliage le long des lignes en pointillés de réaliser la boíte représentée à la figure 1. Comme on le voit, les quatre côtés du fond F sont prolongés par quatre ensembles, 10, 20, 30, 40 de panneaux et volets d'assemblage.
Le premier ensemble 10 dans le prolongement d'un grand côté de F comprend dix éléments, panneaux et volets, dont les fonctionnalités correspondent en fait à deux sous-ensembles pour former le panneau arrière 11 et le couvercle 1.
Le premier sous-ensemble 10 comprend donc le panneau arrière 11, prolongé par deux extensions latérales formées par deux volets 11a, 11b ayant la longueur d'un petit coté de F et comportant chacun un ergot 8a, 8b dans l'angle opposé à l'angle de fonction avec le fond F.
Le deuxième sous-ensemble, lié au premier par une ligne de pliure 16 comprend donc un panneau 12 formant la partie supérieure du couvercle 1, ledit panneau 12 étant prolongé sur ses petits côtés par deux oreilles formées chacune d'un panneau 12a, 12b prolongé, sur la côté adjacent à la ligne de pliure 12c avec le panneau 12, par un volet 13a, 13b ayant pour largeur la profondeur de la boíte. La ligne de pliure 13c entre les panneaux 12a, 12b et les volets 13a, 13b comporte près de sa partie la plus externe une fente 3a, 3b. Finalement le grand côté du panneau 12 comprend une double pliure 17 prolongée par deux panneaux 13, 14 ayant chacun pour largeur sensiblement la profondeur de la boíte. Le panneau terminal 14 est pourvu d'ergots 5a, 5b sur ses petits côtés et d'entailles 9a, 9b dans ses angles. La pliure 18 entre les panneaux 13 et 14 comprend une ouverture oblongue 19. Ce deuxième sous-ensemble va permettre de construire le couvercle en pliant les volets 13a, 13b, puis les panneaux 12a, 12b, puis en rabattant les panneaux 13 et 14 de part et d'autre des volets 13a, 13b de sorte que les ergots viennent s'encliqueter dans les fentes 3a, 3b.
Le deuxième ensemble 20 constitue l'abattant frontal articulé par une pliure à l'autre grand côté du fond F. Il comprend un panneau 21 ayant pour largeur la profondeur de la boíte et comportant sur chacun de ses deux petits côtés un volet latéral 21a, 21b en forme de quadrant dont le côté libre est prolongé par une butée 6a, 6b.
Les troisième 30 et quatrième 40 ensembles sont dans le prolongement des petits côtés du fond F. Le troisième ensemble 30 comportent deux panneaux 31, 32 ayant pour largeur la profondeur de la boíte et entre leur double ligne de pliure 31c une fente 7a. Le dernier panneau 32 comporte dans sa partie extérieur une encoche 34. Le quatrième ensemble 40 comprend de la même façon deux panneaux 41, 42 ayant entre leur double ligne de pliure 41c une fente 7b. Le panneau 42 est prolongé par un panneau 43 ayant les dimensions du fond F et comportant à son extrémité un ergot 44.
Pour terminer la construction on rabat les volets 11a, 11b et on plie le panneau 11, puis on rabat les volets pivotants 21a, 21b et on plie le panneau 21 de façon à appliquer les volets pivotants 21 a, 21b sur les faces internes des volets 11a, 11b. Ensuite on rabat les panneaux 31, 32 de part et d'autre des volets 11a, 21a, et de la même façon les panneaux 41, 42 de part et d'autre des volets 11b, 21b et finalement on plaque le panneau terminal 43 de façon à en cliqueter l'ergot 44 dans I' encoche 34 . Comme on voit, grâce au double fond formé par le panneau 43 et grâce à la double épaisseur au niveau de l'encoche 34, il n'est pas nécessaire d'avoir un passage traversant à proximité du fond, ce qui confère à la boíte formée une plus grande étanchéité, par exemple à la poussière. De façon avantageuse on choisit pour le flan un matériau ayant une certaine épaisseur et une certaine flexibilité tel qu'une feuille de polypropylène gaufré ou ondulé.
La boíte ainsi assemblé, on voit en se référant à la figure 1 que l'abattant avant peut basculer en ayant sa course limitée par les butées 6a, 6b qui coulissent dans les fentes 7a, 7b. On voit également que, lorsque l'abattant est complètement fermé, les ergots 8a, 8b dépassent légèrement de sorte qu'en rabattant le couvercle 1 ils viennent s'encliqueter dans les entailles 9a, 9b en verrouillant le couvercle par exemple pour un transport sans qu'il soit nécessaire d'ajouter d'autres moyens de verrouillage du couvercle. La boíte qui vient d'être décrite présente donc l'avantage de pouvoir être montée facilement sans aucun collage, d'avoir une grande rigidité et une étanchéité proche de celle des boítes réalisées par collage. Sans sortir du cadre de l'invention, l'homme de métier peut adapter la construction qui vient d'être décrite, par exemple en prévoyant plus d'un ergot 44 pour la fixation du fond.

Claims (5)

  1. Boíte à couvercle (1) et abattant frontal (2) complémentaires réalisée par découpage et pliage d'un unique flan sans collage comprenant un fond F rectangulaire dont les côtés sont prolongés par quatre ensembles (10, 20, 30, 40) de panneaux et de volets liés les uns aux autres par des pliures, caractérisée en ce que :
    un premier ensemble (10) dans le prolongement d'un grand côté de F comprend dix panneaux et volets correspondant à deux sous-ensembles ayant respectivement un panneau (11) pour former la paroi arrière prolongée par un panneau (12) pour former le dessus du couvercle, ledit panneau arrière (11) ayant deux extensions latérales formées par deux volets (11a, 11b) ayant la longueur d'un petit côté de F et comportant chacun un ergot (8a, 8b) dans l'angle opposé à l'angle de jonction avec F, et ledit panneau (12) de couvercle (1) étant prolongé d'une part sur ses petits côtés par deux oreilles formées chacune d'un panneau (12a, 12b) prolongé, sur son côté adjacent à la ligne de pliure (12c) avec le panneau (12) de couvercle, par un volet (13a, 13b) ayant pour largeur la profondeur de la boíte et dont la ligne de pliure (13c) est pourvue d'une fente (3a, 3b), d'autre part sur son grand côté par deux panneaux (13, 14) ayant pour largeur sensiblement la profondeur de la boíte, le panneau terminal (14) étant pourvu d'ergots (5a, 5b) sur ses petits côtés et d'entailles (9a, 9b) dans les coins extérieurs, ledit panneau terminal (14) venant par pliage recouvrir l'autre panneau (13) en pinçant les volets (13a, 13b) de sorte que les ergots (5a, 5b) s'engagent dans des fentes (3a, 3b),
    un deuxième ensemble (20) constituant l'abattant frontal (2)dans le prolongement de l'autre grand côté de F, formé d'un panneau (21) ayant pour largeur la profondeur de la boíte et comprenant des volets latéraux pivotant (21 a, 21b) en forme de quadrant dont le côté libre est prolongé par une butée (6a, 6b),
    un troisième ensemble (30) et un quatrième ensemble (40) dans les prolongements des petits côtés de F, comprenant chacun deux panneaux (31, 32; 41, 42) destinés à être repliés sur les volets (11a, 11b) du premier ensemble (10) et sur les volets pivotants (21 a, 21b) du deuxième ensemble (20) pour former les côtés de la boíte, les doubles lignes de pliage desdits panneaux (31, 32; 41, 42) étant chacune pourvues d'une fente (7a, 7b) destinée à coopérer avec les butées (6a, 6b) du deuxième ensemble pour limiter le débattement de l'abattant frontal (2), le côté distal du panneau terminal (32) du troisième ensemble (30) comportant au moins une encoche (34) et le panneau correspondant (42) du quatrième ensemble (40) étant prolongé par un panneau terminal (43) de même longueur que F et dont le côté distal est pourvu d'un ergot (44) destiné à s'engager dans l' encoche (34) du premier ensemble (10) pour bloquer le panneau arrière (11) et les panneaux de côté (31, 41) en formant un double fond.
  2. Boíte à couvercle et abattant frontal selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que les ergots (8a, 8b) des volets (11a, 11b) articulés au panneau arrière (11) coopèrent avec les entailles (9a, 9b), le panneau intérieur (14) du couvercle (1) pour verrouiller ledit couvercle (1) par encliquetage.
