- les figures 1 et 2 illustrent respectivement un mode de réalisation des premier et second récipients de l'ensemble selon l'invention;
- la figure 3 est une vue de détail illustrant un mode de réalisation de l'obturateur amovible ainsi que des premier et second moyens de couplage ; et
- les figures 4A-4C illustrent les principales étapes du fonctionnement de l'ensemble représenté aux figures 1-3.
Claims (20)
- Ensemble (100) pour le mélange extemporané de deux produits, en vue de la réalisation d'une composition, notamment cosmétique, comprenant un premier récipient (1) contenant un premier produit, et délimitant une première ouverture (11 ) équipée d'un obturateur amovible (14), et un second récipient (50) contenant un second produit, et délimitant une seconde ouverture (67), caractérisé en ce que ledit second récipient (50) est équipé de premiers moyens de couplage (61) aptes, lors de la mise en engagement du premier récipient (1 ) avec le second (50), à venir en engagement avec ledit obturateur amovible (14) pour dégager ladite première ouverture (11), et provoquer le passage dudit obturateur amovible (14) à l'intérieur du second récipient (50), de manière à autoriser la mise en contact desdits premier et second produits via lesdites première et seconde ouvertures (11, 67).
- Ensemble (100) selon la revendication 1 caractérisé en ce que la mise en contact des premier et second produits, et leur mélange s'effectue dans le second récipient (50).
- Ensemble (100) selon la revendication 1 ou 2 caractérisé en ce que le premier récipient (1) comprend des seconds moyens de couplage (8) aptes à permettre la mise en engagement du premier récipient (1) avec le second (50).
- Ensemble (100) selon la revendication 3 caractérisé en ce que les seconds moyens de couplage (8) comprennent un premier filetage (20) apte à coopérer avec un filetage correspondant (55) prévu sur le second récipient (50) de manière à permettre, en réponse à un mouvement de rotation relatif entre lesdits premier et seconds récipients, la mise en engagement des premier moyens de couplage (61) avec l'obturateur amovible (14).
- Ensemble (100) selon la revendication 4 caractérisé en ce que les seconds moyens de couplage (8) comportent un bord (12) délimitant ladite première ouverture (11 ) dans laquelle est monté ledit obturateur amovible (14).
- Ensemble (100) selon la revendication 5 caractérisé en ce que ledit obturateur amovible (14) est monté à force dans ladite première ouverture (11).
- Ensemble (100) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 4 à 6 caractérisé en ce que les seconds moyens de couplage (8) comprennent un second filetage (6) destiné à coopérer avec un filetage correspondant (5) prévu sur un goulot (4) du premier récipient (1) de manière à assurer le montage des seconds moyens de couplage (8) sur le premier récipient (1).
- Ensemble (100) selon l'une quelconque des revendications qui précèdent caractérisé en ce que les premiers moyens de couplage (61) sont fixes en rotation par rapport au second récipient (50).
- Ensemble (100) selon l'une quelconque des revendications qui précèdent caractérisé en ce que les premiers moyens de couplage (61) sont configurés de manière à, en réponse à la mise en rotation relative d'un des récipients (1) par rapport à l'autre (50), provoquer un mouvement à composante axiale et angulaire de l'obturateur amovible (14) jusqu'à ce que ce dernier se désengage des premiers moyens de couplage (61) et soit libéré à l'intérieur du second récipient (50).
- Ensemble (100) selon la revendication précédente caractérisé en ce que les premiers moyens de couplage (61) sont configurés sous forme d'un manchon dont un bord (66) délimite ladite seconde ouverture (67), et dont une surface intérieure comporte une ou plusieurs portions de filet (68) ou de rampe, apte(s) à coopérer avec une ou plusieurs portions correspondantes (17, 18) prévues sur une surface extérieure de l'obturateur amovible (14).
- Ensemble (100) selon l'une quelconque des revendications qui précèdent caractérisé en ce que, avant d'être mis en engagement l'un avec l'autre, en vue de la réalisation du mélange, chacun des récipients (1, 50) est équipé d'un bouchon amovible (22, 58).
- Ensemble (100) selon les revendications 4 et 11 caractérisé en ce que le bouchon (22) équipant le premier récipient (1) comporte un filetage (21) apte à coopérer avec ledit premier filetage (20) des seconds moyens de couplage (8).
- Ensemble (100) selon les revendications 7 et 11 caractérisé en ce que le bouchon (58) équipant le second récipient (50) comprend un filetage (56) apte à coopérer avec ledit filetage (55) prévu sur le goulot (53) du second récipient (50).
- Ensemble (100) selon la revendication précédente caractérisé en ce que le bouchon (22) équipant le premier récipient (1) comprend une partie (23) apte à venir en engagement avec l'obturateur amovible (14) de manière à, notamment lors du transport ou du stockage de l'ensemble, en empêcher l'enlèvement accidentel.
- Ensemble (100) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 11 à 14 caractérisé en ce que le bouchon (58) équipant le second récipient (50) est configuré à la manière d'un embout applicateur, ladite mise en engagement du premier récipient (1) avec le second (50) étant réversible de sorte que, après réalisation du mélange des deux produits, lesdits premier (1) et second (50) récipients puisse être désengagés l'un par rapport à l'autre, l'embout applicateur (58) étant alors repositionnable sur le second récipient (50) de manière à permettre l'application localisée de la composition sur une surface à traiter.
- Ensemble (100) selon la revendication 14 caractérisé en ce que l'embout applicateur (58) comporte une extrémité auto-cassable (59).
- Ensemble (100) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 16 caractérisé en ce que le second récipient (50) est configuré notamment sous forme d'un tube, et comporte un épaulement (54) séparant le corps (51) du récipient, d'un goulot (53) dans lequel sont montés lesdits premiers moyens de couplage (61), ledit épaulement (54) étant configuré de telle sorte que lorsque le second récipient (50) repose à plat sur une surface, le niveau de produit soit en dessous du point le plus bas de ladite seconde ouverture (67).
- Ensemble (100) selon l'une quelconque des revendications qui précèdent caractérisé en ce que le premier récipient (1) est constitué d'un flacon, notamment en chlorure de polyvinyle ou en verre, ou d'un tube, notamment en aluminium.
- Ensemble (100) selon l'une quelconque des revendications qui précèdent caractérisé en ce que le second récipient (50) est constitué d'un flacon ou d'un tube, notamment en polyéthylène, à parois déformables élastiquement en réponse à une pression exercée perpendiculairement à leur surface.
- Utilisation d'un ensemble (100) selon l'une quelconque des revendications qui précèdent pour la préparation d'une composition cosmétique, notamment capillaire, ledit premier produit étant un colorant, ledit second produit étant un oxydant.
