Claims (10)
- Verfahren zum Herstellen von Blisterpackungen, bei dem Blisterhauben (13) aus einer Folienbahn (33) aus thermoplastischem Kunststoff pro Nutzen zweireihig geformt, längsgeschnitten, von der Folienbahn (33) als Doppelblisterhauben (15) abgetrennt, der Querabstand zwischen den Doppelblisterhauben (15) vergrößert, die Blisterhauben (13) in umlaufende, taktweise bewegte Siegelpaletten (12) überführt, befüllt, mit einem Trägerkarton (35) versiegelt und die Blisterpackungen aus den Siegelpaletten (12) entnommen werden, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Doppelblisterhauben (15) nach dem Vergrößern ihres Querabstandes und vor dem Einlegen in die Siegelpaletten (12) in Durchlaufrichtung zu einer ortsfesten Schneideinrichtung (20) geführt und von dieser in einem zweiten Trennschnitt in Einzelblisterhauben (13) aufgetrennt werden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass nach dem zweiten Trennschnitt der Abstand zwischen den Einzelblisterhauben (13) in Durchlaufrichtung vergrößert wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Vergrößern des Abstandes zwischen den Einzelblisterhauben (13) in Durchlaufrichtung vor dem Erfassen durch eine Übergabeeinrichtung (27) zum Einlegen der Einzelblisterhauben (13) in die Siegelpaletten (12) erfolgt.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Vergrößern des Abstandes zwischen den Einzelblisterhauben (13) in Durchlaufrichtung nach dem Erfassen durch eine Übergabeeinrichtung (27) zum Einlegen der Blisterhauben (13) in die Siegelpaletten (12) erfolgt.
- Vorrichtung zum Herstellen von Blisterpackungen, mit einer Formeinrichtung (1) zum Formen zweireihiger Blisterhauben pro Nutzen und einer Längsschneideeinrichtung (7) sowie mit einer Siegeleinrichtung (3) mit umlaufenden Siegelpaletten (12) zum Aufnehmen der Blisterhauben (13), gekennzeichnet durch eine zwischen Formeinrichtung (1) und Siegeleinrichtung (3) in Durchlaufrichtung linear angeordneten Querschneideeinrichtung (2) mit einer ortsfesten Schneideeinrichtung (20) zum Aufteilen der in der Formeinrichtung (1) geformten Doppelblisterhauben (15) in Einzelblisterhauben (13), einer Einrichtung (17, 18, 19) zum Führen der Doppelblisterhauben (15) zur Schneideinrichtung (20) und durch eine Übergabeeinrichtung (27) zwischen Querschneideeinrichtung (2) und Siegeleinrichtung (3).
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, gekennzeichnet durch eine Einrichtung zum Vergrößern des Abstandes zwischen den Einzelblisterhauben (13) in Durchlaufrichtung, gebildet durch einen Antrieb (36) zum Verschieben der Sauger (32) der Übergabeeinrichtung (27).
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6, gekennzeichnet durch einstellbare Anschläge (39) zur Hubeinstellung des Verstellweges der Sauger (32).
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, gekennzeichnet durch eine Einrichtung zum Vergrößern des Abstandes zwischen den Einzelblisterhauben (13) in Durchlaufrichtung, gebildet durch einen Antrieb zum Verschieben der Sauger (24), die die vom Querschneider (8) getrennten Einzelblisterhauben (13) aufnehmen.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Querschneideeinrichtung (2) Führungsleisten (14) zur Auflage der von der Formeinrichtung (1) zugeführten Doppelblisterhauben (15) und einen Rechen (18) zum Transport der Doppelblisterhauben (15) auf den Führungsleisten (14) zu der Schneideeinrichtung (20) aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Übergabeeinrichtung (27) in Durchlaufrichtung an Führungen (37) verschiebbar ausgebildet ist.
