Claims (11)
- Procédé pour appliquer des revêtements susceptibles d'être illustrés dans des machines d'impression équipées d'un cylindre de contre-pression (2), d'un cylindre porte-blanchet (5) et d'un cylindre porte-plaque coopérant avec un système d'encrage (6) et le cas échéant avec un système de mouillage (7), le revêtement susceptible d'être illustré étant appliqué à la surface du cylindre porte-plaque (4) ou à la surface d'une plaque d'impression tendue sur le cylindre porte-plaque (4) lorsque le système d'encrage ou de mouillage est arrêté,
caractérisé en ce qu'
on écarte le cylindre porte-blanchet (5) du cylindre de contre-pression (2),
on applique la matière d'enduction par une installation d'enduction (8) sur le cylindre porte-blanchet (5) et
on transfère cette matière par le cylindre porte-blanchet (5) sur le cylindre porte-plaque (4). - Procédé d'application de revêtements susceptibles d'être illustrés dans des machines d'impression selon la revendication 1,
caractérisé en ce qu'
on utilise un système de chambre à racle pour appliquer le revêtement sur le cylindre porte-blanchet (5). - Procédé d'application de revêtements susceptibles d'être illustrés dans des machines d'impression selon la revendication 1,

on pulvérise la matière d'enduction sur le cylindre porte-blanchet (5). - Procédé d'application de revêtements susceptibles d'être illustrés dans des machines d'impression selon les revendications 1 à 3,
caractérisé en ce que
pour transférer le revêtement du cylindre porte-blanchet (5) sur le cylindre porte-plaque d'impression (4), on fait fonctionner les deux cylindres (4, 5) en contact l'un avec l'autre à une vitesse de rotation adaptée aux caractéristiques rhéologiques de la matière d'enduction. - Procédé d'application de revêtements susceptibles d'être illustrés dans des machines d'impression selon la revendication 1 ou la revendication 4,
caractérisé en ce qu'
après transfert de la matière d'enduction sur le cylindre porte-plaque (4) on coupe la coopération entre le cylindre porte-blanchet (5) et le cylindre porte-plaque (4) et on enlève la matière d'enduction qui reste sur le cylindre porte-blanchet (5). - Procédé d'application de revêtements susceptibles d'être illustrés dans des machines d'impression selon les revendications 1 ou 5,
caractérisé en ce qu'
on enlève la matière d'enduction non transférée au cylindre porte-plaque (4) à l'aide d'une racle et/ou d'une installation de lavage. - Installation pour des machines d'impression, destinée à appliquer un revêtement susceptible d'être illustré,
la machine d'impression se composant d'un cylindre de contre-pression (2), d'un cylindre porte-blanchet (5), d'un cylindre porte-plaque (4) muni d'un système d'ancrage qui peut être dégagé du cylindre porte-plaque (4) et le cas échéant d'un système de mouillage qui peut également se dégager du cylindre porte-plaque (4) et d'une installation d'enduction (8) pour appliquer le revêtement susceptible d'être illustré,
le revêtement susceptible d'être illustré étant appliqué sur la surface du cylindre porte-plaque (4) directement ou sur la surface d'une plaque d'impression tendue sur le cylindre porte-plaque (4) et une installation pour dégager le cylindre porte-blanchet (5) du cylindre de contre-pression (2) et/ou du cylindre porte-plaque (4),
caractérisée en ce que
l'installation d'enduction (8) est associée au cylindre porte-blanchet (5). - Installation pour des machines d'impression, pour appliquer un revêtement susceptible d'être illustré, selon la revendication 7,

un système de racle à chambre pour appliquer la matière d'enduction sur le cylindre porte-blanchet (5). - Installation pour des machines d'impression, pour appliquer un revêtement susceptible d'être illustré, selon la revendication 7,

une installation de pulvérisation pour appliquer la matière d'enduction sur le cylindre porte-blanchet (5). - Installation pour des machines d'impression, pour appliquer un revêtement susceptible d'être illustré, selon la revendication 7,

une installation pour enlever la matière d'enduction qui reste sur le cylindre porte-blanchet (5), cette installation pouvant être appliquée contre le cylindre porte-blanchet (5). - Installation pour des machines d'impression, pour appliquer un revêtement susceptible d'être illustré, selon les revendications 8 et 10,
caractérisée en ce que
l'installation pour enlever la matière d'enduction qui reste sur le cylindre porte-blanchet (5) est une racle et/ou une installation de lavage (10).
