Claims (10)
- Procédé pour tenir partiellement de supports d'impression dans des presses de grands formats,
selon lequel, on réalise une image d'impression sur le support d'impression en appliquant une couche d'encre,- pour appliquer la couche d'encre formant l'image d'impression on utilise au moins deux systèmes d'encres ayant des caractéristiques de travail différentes de façon que les systèmes d'encres diffèrent l'un de l'autre quant à leur capacité de résorption du vernis et- on réalise le vernissage partiel en- réalisant des zones à degrés de brillance divergents de façon qu'- après application de l'image d'impression, avec une plaque d'impression à plat à usage universel, en ligne, on réalise un vernissage de toute la surface de l'image d'impression, en utilisant un vernis coopérant différemment avec les systèmes d'encres. - Procédé pour réaliser un vernissage partiel de supports d'impression selon la revendication 1,
caractérisé en ce que
comme plaque de compression de surface à plat on utilise une plaque d'impression offset usée. - Procédé pour réaliser un vernissage partiel de supports d'impression selon la revendication 1,
caractérisé en ce que
le système d'encre concerné coopère physiquement et/ou chimiquement avec la couche de vernis. - Procédé pour réaliser un vernissage partiel de supports d'impression selon la revendication 1,
caractérisé en ce qu'
après application des systèmes d'encres on les traite par des procédés différents, par durcissement et/ou séchage. - Procédé pour réaliser un vernissage partiel de supports d'impression selon la revendication 1,
caractérisé en ce que
le degré de brillance est inversement proportionnel à la capacité de résorption du système d'encre par rapport au vernis, les couches d'encre des systèmes d'encre à faible capacité de résorption laissant plus de vernis à leur surface et les couches d'encre de systèmes d'encre à forte capacité de résorption absorbant une partie plus importante de la couche de vernis. - Procédé pour réaliser un vernissage partiel de supports d'impression selon les revendications précédentes,
caractérisé en ce que
les composants déterminant la brillance du vernis sont absorbés par la couche d'encre. - Procédé pour réaliser un vernissage partiel de support d'impression selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes,
caractérisé en ce que
le vernis utilisé est incolore. - Procédé pour réaliser un vernissage partiel de support d'impression selon la revendication 1,
caractérisé en ce que
l'un des systèmes d'encres est composé d'encre hybride contenant une partie d'encre durcissant sous l'effet du rayonnement et l'autre système d'encre se compose d'encre caractéristique de l'impression offset. - Procédé pour réaliser un vernissage partiel de support d'impression selon la revendication 1,
caractérisé en ce que
le vernis durcit sous l'action du rayonnement. - Procédé pour réaliser un vernissage partiel de support d'impression selon la revendication 1,
caractérisé en ce qu'
à la fois les encres hybrides et aussi le vernis durcissent sous l'effet de la lumière UV.
