Claims (9)

  1. Procédé pour réaliser des degrés de brillance différents sur des supports d'impression dans des presses d'impression, selon lequel, par application d'une couche d'encre on génère une image d'impression sur le support d'impression et dans une étape suivante on revêt toute la surface d'un vernis, et
    - pour appliquer la couche d'encre formant l'image d'impression on utilise au moins deux systèmes d'encres caractérisés par des propriétés de travail différentes, de façon que les systèmes d'encres diffèrent l'un de l'autre quant à leur capacité de résorption du vernis et
    - on applique un vernis sur toute la surface de l'image d'impression, au cours d'une étape suivante,
    - chaque système d'encre coopérant avec la couche de vernis, en modifie de manière spécifique le degré de brillance.
  2. Procédé pour réaliser des degrés de brillance différents sur des supports d'impression selon la revendication 1,
    caractérisé en ce que
    le système d'encre concerné coopère physiquement et/ou chimiquement avec la couche de vernis.
  3. Procédé pour réaliser des degrés de brillance différents sur des supports d'impression selon les revendications 1 ou 2,
    caractérisé en ce que
    le degré de brillance est inversement proportionnel à la capacité de réception du vernis par le système d'encres,
    les couches d'encre des systèmes d'encres à moindre capacité de résorption, laissant plus d'encre à la surface et les couches d'encre du système d'encre ayant une plus forte capacité de résorption, prennent une partie plus importante de la couche de vernis.
  4. Procédé pour générer des degrés de brillance différents sur des supports d'impression selon les revendications 1 à 3,
    caractérisé en ce que
    les composants du vernis qui définissent la brillance sont pris par la couche d'encre.
  5. Procédé pour générer des degrés de brillance différents sur des supports d'impression selon la revendication 1,
    caractérisé en ce que
    le vernis utilisé est incolore.
  6. Procédé pour générer des degrés de brillance différents sur des supports d'impression selon la revendication 1,
    caractérisé en ce que
    l'un des systèmes d'encres est composé d'encre hybride contenant une partie d'encre durcissant sous l'effet du rayonnement et l'autre système d'encre se compose d'encre caractéristique de l'impression offset.
  7. Procédé pour générer des degrés de brillance différents sur des supports d'impression selon la revendication 1,
    caractérisé en ce que
    l'un des systèmes d'encres se compose d'un liant caractéristique pour les encres d'impression telles que par exemple un verni.
  8. Procédé pour générer des degrés de brillance différents sur des supports d'impression selon la revendication 1,
    caractérisé en ce que
    le verni durcit sous l'effet d'un rayonnement.
  9. Procédé pour générer des degrés de brillance différents sur des supports d'impression selon l'une des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisé en ce qu'
    à la fois les encres hybrides et le verni durcissent sous l'effet de la lumière UV.
