Claims (9)

  1. Procédé pour des machines d'impression, pour appliquer des revêtements d'illustrations, selon lequel,
    - la machine d'impression comprend : un cylindre de contre-pression (2), un cylindre porte-blanchet (5) et un cylindre porte-plaque (4) coopérant avec encrier (6) et le cas échéant avec un groupe de mouillage (7), et
    - l'encrier et le groupe de mouillage sont dégagés du cylindre porte-plaque (4),
    - le cylindre porte-blanchet (5) est dégagé du cylindre de contre-pression (2), et
    - le cylindre porte-blanchet (5) est dégagé du cylindre porte-plaque (4),
    - on applique une matière de revêtement générant les illustrations, en respectant les illustrations sur le cylindre porte-blanchet (5),
    - après l'application correcte de l'image, on pousse la matière de revêtement donnant l'image, le cylindre porte-plaque (4) et le cylindre porte-blanchet (5), et
    - on transfère la matière de revêtement d'illustrations sur le dispositif générant les illustrations par l'intermédiaire du cylindre porte-blanchet (5) sur le cylindre porte-plaque (4).
  2. Procédé applicable à des machines d'impression pour appliquer une illustration d'image selon la revendication 1,
    caractérisé en ce que
    l'application de la matière de revêtement générant les illustrations sur le cylindre porte blanchet (5) se fait par jet d'encre.
  3. Procédé pour une machine d'impression, pour appliquer des revêtements générant des images selon la revendication 1,
    caractérisé en ce que
    l'application de la matière de revêtement générant les illustrations sur le cylindre porte-blanchet (5) se fait par un film de transfert coopérant avec un laser et par l'influence thermique du laser, le milieu porté par le film de transfert est transmis du film de transfert au cylindre porte-blanchet (5).
  4. Procédé pour une machine d'impression pour appliquer des revêtements générant des images selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3,
    caractérisé en ce que
    la matière de revêtement générant les illustrations est appliquée à la surface du cylindre porte-blanchet (5) ou à la surface d'un manchon installé sur le cylindre porte-blanchet (5).
  5. Procédé pour une machine d'impression pour appliquer des revêtements générant des images selon la revendication 1,
    caractérisé en ce que
    sur le cylindre porte-blanchet (5), on génère des informations d'image sous la forme de zones temporaires repoussant l'encre et de zones temporaires absorbant l'encre, formées par une installation appropriée et le cylindre porte-blanchet (5) est ensuite revêtu de manière continue.
  6. Procédé pour une machine d'impression pour appliquer des revêtements générant des images selon la revendication 5,
    caractérisé en ce que
    les informations d'image sont prévues sur la surface du cylindre porte-blanchet (5) ou sur la surface d'un manchon installé sur le cylindre porte-blanchet (5).
  7. Procédé pour une machine d'impression pour appliquer des revêtements générant des images selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6,
    caractérisé en ce que
    pour transférer le revêtement d'illustration, du cylindre porte-blanchet (5) au cylindre porte-plaque (4) on fait fonctionner les deux cylindres (4, 5) en contact l'un avec l'autre selon une vitesse de rotation adaptée aux caractéristiques rhéologiques du milieu à transférer.
  8. Procédé pour une machine d'impression pour appliquer des revêtements générant des images selon la revendication 1,
    caractérisé en ce que
    le revêtement d'illustration est appliqué à la surface d'une plaque d'impression tendue sur le cylindre porte-plaque (4) ou directement à la surface du cylindre porte-plaque (4).
  9. Procédé pour une machine d'impression pour appliquer des revêtements générant des images selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6,
    caractérisé en ce qu'
    après le transfert du revêtement d'illustration, on neutralise la coopération entre le cylindre porte-blanchet (5) et le cylindre porte-plaque (4) et on lave le cylindre porte-blanchet (5).
