Claims (10)
- Vorrichtung für die Reinigung von inneren Rohrwänden mittels einer eine Federwelle (1) bildenden Schraubenfeder (2) mit Windungen (3, 3a, 3b, 3c) aus Federstahl und mit einer Rotationsachse (RA) und einer gewendelten Windungsachse (WA-WA), wobei die Windungen (3, 3a, 3b 3c) zumindest auf ihrer Außenseite (4) einen von der Kreisform abweichenden Querschnitt aufweisen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zumindest die Außenseite (4) der Windungen in der Weise profiliert ist, daß die Federwelle (1) selbst mit mindesten einer Kante (K) schabend auf Verunreinigungen der Rohrwände einwirkt.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Außenseite (4) mit mindestens einer den Windungen (3, 3c) folgenden Längsnut (8) versehen ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Querschnitt der Windungen (3b) ein Vierkant ist, dessen eine Flächendiagonale (4b) zumindest im wesentlichen radial zur Rotationsachse (RA) verläuft.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Außenseite (4) mit einer Profilierung (5) versehen ist, in der sich Vorsprünge (6) und Nuten (7, 8) abwechseln.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Vorsprünge (6) zumindest in einer Umfangsrichtung der Windungsachse (WA-WA) scharfkantig ausgebildet sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Vorsprünge (6) von den Nuten (7, 8) umgeben sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Nuten (7, 8) zwei Gruppen bilden, von denen die Nuten (7) der einen Gruppe im wesentlichen in Umfangsrichtung der Windungsachse (WA-WA) verlaufen und die Nuten (8) der anderen Gruppe in einem Winkel hierzu.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Nuten (7, 8) beider Gruppen sich unter einem Winkel zwischen 30 und 60 Grad kreuzen.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Vorsprünge (6) sich in Umfangsrichtung der Windungsachse (WA-WA) derart überlappen, daß Antriebsbacken einer Antriebsmaschine für die Vorrichtung (1) nicht in die Nuten (8) einfallen können.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Vorsprünge (6) in der Draufsicht rautenförmig ausgebildet sind.
