Claims (12)
- Klemmprofil für eine Glasscheibe mit einem starren Anlageschenkel für die Glasscheibe und einer Klemmvorrichtung für das Einspannen der Glasscheibe, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Klemmprofil (1) zwei Kammern (22, 30) aufweist, wobei in die eine Kammer (22) die Glasscheibe (2) eintaucht und die andere Kammer (30) ein Klemmstück (12) der Klemmvorrichtung mit einem Spiel (13) aufnimmt, derart, dass aufgrund einer geringen Wandstärke einer die beiden Kammern (22, 30) trennenden Zwischenwand (8) ein Ausweichen dieser in die eine Kammer (22) zur Folge hat, wodurch ein Einspannen der Glasscheibe (2) bewirkt ist.
- Klemmprofil nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die eine Kammer (22) durch einen Anlageschenkel (6) einem ersten Teilbereich eines Grundschenkels (7) mit der Zwischenwand (8) und die andere Kammer (30) durch die Zwischenwand (8), einem zweiten Teilbereich des Grundschenkel (7) und einem Klemmschenkel (10) und daran angeformten Vorsprung (9) gebildet ist.
- Klemmprofil für eine Glasscheibe mit einem starren Anlageschenkel für die Glasscheibe und einer Klemmvorrichtung für das Einspannen der Glasscheibe, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zwischen einem Anlageschenkel 6, einem Grundschenkel (7) und einem unter einem spitzen Winkel zu dem Grundschenkel (7) verlaufenden Klemmschenkel (10 ) mit einem Vorsprung (9) eine Kammer (31) gebildet wird, wobei in der Kammer (31) mit Spiel (13) ein Klemmstück (32) vorhanden ist, das in seinem Querschnitt der Kammer (31) angepasst ist, das an einer Anlageseite (33) eine Zwischenlage (5) zur Anlage an die Glasscheibe (2) aufweist und das durch Schraubelemente (15) zwischen dem Klemmschenkel (10) und der Glasscheibe (2) verkeilbar ist.
- Klemmprofil nach Anspruch 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Klemmschenkel (10) in einem spitzen Winkel zum Grundschenkel (7) verläuft.
- Klemmprofil nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Klemmstück (12, 32) einen trapezförmigen Querschnitt aufweist, wobei zu einer Grundfläche (28) eine Seitenfläche in einem Winkel von ca. 90° und eine weitere Seitenwand (27) unter dem gleichen spitzen Winkel wie der Klemmschenkel (10) zum Grundschenkel (7) verläuft.
- Klemmprofil nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Klemmstück (12) in Abständen durchgehende Gewindebohrungen (16) von einer Oberseite (29) zur Grundfläche (28) aufweist.
- Klemmprofil nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in dem Vorsprung (9) in den gleichen Abständen wie in dem Klemmstück (12) Durchgangsbohrungen (18, 19) vorhanden sind.
- Klemmprofil nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Durchgangsbohrungen (19) als Stufenbohrungen ausgeführt sind.
- Klemmprofil nach einem der Ansprüchen 7 oder 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Durchgangsbohrungen (18, 19) von Schraubelementen (15, 17) durchfasst sind, die in die Gewindebohrungen (16) des Klemmstückes (12) eintauchen und somit ein Verkeilen des Klemmstückes (12) zwischen dem Klemmschenkel (10) und der Zwischenwand (8) bewirken.
- Klemmprofil nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an dem Klemmprofil (1), vorzugsweise an dem Grundschenkel (7), Laschen (25) angeformt sind, die zur Montage des Klemmprofiles (2) auf einem Untergrund dienen.
- Klemmprofil nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Klemmprofil (1) und das Klemmstück (12, 32) aus Leichtmetall bestehen.
- Klemmprofil nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Klemmprofil (1) innerhalb eines bauseits zu erstellenden Medium so einbettbar ist, dass nur der Vorsprung (9) und der freie Endbereich des Anlageschenkels (6) sichtbar sind und trotzdem die Glasscheibe (2) ein- und ausspannbar ist.
