Claims (5)
- Vergießeinrichtung für flüssiges Metall, in deren Boden ein Ausguß zum Entleeren der Vergießeinrichtung vorgesehen ist, dessen Öffnung durch eine in vertikaler Richtung bewegliche Tauchglocke verschließbar ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Ausguß (2) um seine dem Innenbereich der Vergießeinrichtung zugewandte Öffnung (3) eine Erhebung (4) aufweist, so daß die Öffnung (3) oberhalb des Bodens (1) der Vergießeinrichtung angeordnet ist und daß die Tauchglocke (5) an ihrer Unterseite (6) eine der Erhebung (4) entsprechende Aussparung (7) aufweist, so daß der Ausguß (2) durch die Tauchglocke (5) formschlüssig verschließbar ist.
- Vergießeinrichtung gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Erhebung (4) bzw. die Aussparung (7) im wesentlichen halbkreisförmig ausgebildet ist.
- Vergießeinrichtung gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Erhebung (4) bzw. die Aussparung (7) im wesentlichen konisch ausgebildet ist.
- Vergießeinrichtung gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Durchmesser der Tauchglocke (5) in ihrem unteren Bereich (8) zu dem unteren Ende hin zunimmt.
- Vergießeinrichtung gemäß Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Tauchglocke (5) radiale Vorsprünge (9) zum Abhalten von Schlacke aufweist.
