Claims (6)
- Mittels eines Heizmediums flüssigen und/oder gasförmigen Aggregatzustandes beheizbare Kalanderwalze mit einem mit peripheren Bohrungen (4) ausgestatteten Walzenkörper (1) der beidseitig mit Zu- und Ableitungen für das Heizmedium ausgestatteten Flanschzapfen (3) versehen ist, und bei dem die jeweiligen Endbereiche der peripheren Bohrungen (4) mit thermischen Isolier-buchsen (8) bestückt sind,
gekennzeichnet durch
den Flanschzapfen (2, 3) zugeordnete Einstellvorrichtungen zur bestimmbaren Drehung und/oder Axialverschiebung der Isolierbuchsen (8). - Kalanderwalze nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Isolierbuchsen (8) im Bereiche (12) ihrer inneren Enden sich nur über Teilkreise erstrecken. - Kalanderwalze nach Ansprüchen 1 und 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in einem dem inneren Ende zugeordneten Bereiche (12) sich die Isolierbuchsen (8) nur über einen vorgegebenen Zentriwinkel erstrecken. - Kalanderwalze nach Anspruch 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Isolierbuchsen (8) im Bereiche (12) sich über eine zum inneren Ende abnehmenden Zentriwinkel erstrecken. - Kalanderwalze nach mindestens einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Isolierbuchsen (8) an ihrer äußeren Stirnseiten je mit einer Verzahnung ausgestattet sind, die mit der Verzahnung eines in einer umlaufenden Nut (7) des jeweils zugewandten Flanschzapfens (2, 3) angeordneten Zahnkranzes (9, 14) kämmt. - Kalanderwalze nach Anspruch 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Flanschzapfen (2, 3) jeweils mindestens einen Einstellbolzen (10) aufweisen, dessen dem Walzenkörper (1) zugewandtes oder auf dessen Achse gerichtetes Ende einen Zahnkranz bzw. ein Zahnrad aufweisen.
